Nice folks nice atmosphere. Quality of work is not good. Got a simple gel manicure and within one week, it was peeling. Got it done Thursday, it was peeling by Wednesday. Had to get my nails done again by the end of that week.

I came in for a pedicure today I asked for milk and honey with extended massage. The women dug into my toenail and I was gushing blood. I left with my toenail bleeding and in pain. I'm super upset and out $80 I asked for Hannah and they send me another lady with the same name tag but it was not the tech I asked for..... they told me go home put Neosporin..... I paid $80 and now I have to go home and give myself treatment for my toe nail. I'm very upset.

First time coming here. Booked an appointment with one of the two guys working there and he DELIVERED. He was very attentive on getting the nail shape right and making sure I was happy with every step or the process. The price is quite reasonable for the design I asked for. Will be coming back. Only thing I can complain about was him not filing the back of the nails down, but I feel that I can comfortably ask them to do so next time.

Came here around February to get a full set for my niece and my mom French tips for my mom for her birthday!! It was on a Saturday, I called in before hand to see if they did time for a couple of walk ins because Saturdays are usually super busy and packed. Luckily for us they had time for a walk in! My niece went first while my mother and I waited for our turn. We were sure if we had time for all of us to get our nails done since we had dinner reservations for my moms birthday. So we were on a time crunch but just like I suspected there wasn't enough time for me to get my nails done sadly! I saw the reviews on Yelp and knew they do bomb a** nails and was excited try them out! But my niece's nail came out perfect just the way she wanted them! She even said this place is going to be her go-to! My momma bear absolutely loved her nails and was so happy to see how well they did them. Absolutely loved this nail salon and definitely can't wait to try out this place when I get a set on!

I went to this shop today from a referral from a friend. I meant to go earlier tho sweet but they book up fast. Finally was able to get it today. First impression...it is located in the center across the street from FoodsCo. Never really ever went in there before but it looked a bit shady off hand. Got to the shop and everything was ok. My chosen nail tech, Katy was not ready when I arrived though I was about 5 minutes late. I didn't worry about it too much, I just patiently waited. Finally it was my turn and she brought me back to her seat. First thing, the floor was not swept, there was mail trimmings from previous clients under the station. I don't even think the towel was switched out because I saw fingernail clippings on it. I didn't want anything extravagant, just medium coffin with a nudist pink color. Katy's custom mix color was great. We got started on the service. She's really thorough yet quick and I can appreciate that. What I didn't like is that I didn't see any clean tools taken from a pouch or anything. Seems like the same drill bits, sand bands, clippers and cuticle nippers. I didn't see any barbicide around. I got a small nick but no bleeding but I was screaming in my mind. The service took about an hour and I was very happy with the results. I think that I like the color better as matte but still happy with it. I think I will come again, however, I may bring my own tools because I do not feel comfortable with what they use. My mom used to be the inspector so I pay attention to all of their moves, techniques, and storage. Tips...don't call in, book with them through Vagaro. It will be pending but once accepted by the tech, it will be confirmed. They prefer cash though they do take cards, cash app, and Venmo. You may not be serviced at the time you've selected so don't get upset. If you are worried cleanliness of the tools, bring your own.

The place I was going to try to get into was closed. I'm not a one salon gal, I will try different spots. I called Nails Palace and they were able to get me right in. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure because why not!? It was a very relaxing experience, I read my book and enjoyed the massage chair. Kim took her time and was very pleasant. While cutting around the cuticle I think she may have cut my toe because it's super sore now. It happens. I will be back to see Kim again for sure. read more

Reading past reviews, I was a bit nervous to go here, but decided to give it my own experience without judgement. When I went in, they greeted me right away. There was about a 10 minute wait. When I went and sat for my pedicure, it was with Randy. He was AMAZING. He was kind, inviting and very gentle with my feet, without even needing to be asked. When he grabbed the polish, he double checked to make sure I was okay with the color. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place. read more

KATY is your girl. I had to come on here to rave about this place & my Katy girrrl as soon as I got into my car. Lol. I am very meticulous when it comes to my nails and have been bouncing around different salons trying to find my person that cares as much about my nails as I do.. I'm happy to say I've found my nail artist! All of the artist in this salon are talented. Katy took close attention to detail on the design, the colors, and shaping my nails. Ended up coming back here I really tried to like this nail place. Caught an infection. Never again, the er dr DEFINITELY found an INFECTION in the nail. Was prescribed antibiotics for a very swollen right thumb. This nail shop is no good. Last thing I would like to note is the nail shop tried to tell me that I did something wrong. Since taking antibiotics the nail has reattached to nail bed, NOT turn purple, or come off as Ryan stated he thought it would. read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in years, so naturally I found a place nearby with decent reviews. I went in for a full set and pedicure for my wedding day. First, the pedicure was really fast and not really relaxing, but that was okay because it was awkward in there so I kind of wanted to leave. I ended up leaving with both of my nails cut too much and got an infection in my right toe because of it. For the nails, I believe it was Steven who helped me. Loved how they looked but he filed my skin off on both pinkys. Steven was apologetic but I think they should offer a discount of some sort after that. I also thought the price was too steep. My maid of honor went elsewhere, loved her nails, and paid about $20 less and didn't get her skin filed off. Would not return, but 2 stars because at least my nails looked good on my wedding day even if they hurt. read more

They have a lady named Katie and she is the go to nail person she gets basic and a little more detailed work done very nicely. She tries to make sure her work is not only good enough for you but her as well!! For feet there is a younger lady who does toes well. They are my go to for sure. read more

I think I may have found my nail shop. I found them on Instagram and made an appointment for a fill and pedi. Katy did my fill and was a pleasure to deal with. She was very meticulous and very sweet. She gave me exactly what I was looking for after I showed her some inspo pics. Monica did my pedi and she was great. I loved the environment. Every tech seemed to enjoy being there and their customers seemed happy. It was super busy but I had an appointment. I highly recommend you book your appointments in advance. read more

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Never going back again! The gel on the nails would not dry and the guy was rushing so fast, some nails were uneven and the polish looked horrible. He had an open cut that was bleeding and I told him he should put a bandage on it and he said yeah I should....very UNSANITARY! He didn't even try to engage in conversation and every time he would say something, while I was responding he'd start talking to someone else....mid conversation.Even then I still tipped him because I was ten minutes late. But as I was walking in he was doing someone else's nails so I would have had to wait either way and had the nerve to have an attitude. NEVER AGAIN read more

Nail palace is VERY RACIST !! John is super unprofessional I asked him what his name was and he completely ignored me. I've spent a lot of money at this nail shop so it is very disappointing when I come in to get a quick fill and after I was done I politely asked for him to file down my big toe nails down just a little bit because they did not look natural at all and they said it would be a extra $5 when they know I come all the time . It was crazy but I'll never be going there again I will never spend a dime there !! BIG RASICT !! read more

Update! Jennifer aka Jen is my go-to for a mani & pedi. He (yes he :) ) is nursing my real nails back to life after a stint with acrylic. I really like how he pays attention to detail and his shaping skills are sooo good. He's quick, in a good way and he really knows what he is doing. A bonus....he gives really good massages...like really good. If you're looking for a great nail tech for natural nails, I totally recommend Jen! I love Jimmy, Ken and Jimmy's wife! After my go to nail lady left lady bugs, I came back to Jimmy's shop. Jimmy has always been amazing at doing nails since forever and that's why everybody always wants him to do their nails. Ken is really good too.Jimmy's wife does THEE BEST pedicures (trust me). Even though I live in Concord, I go to Jimmy's to get my nails down. FYI I have yet to visit a nail shop in Concord that "can do acrylic nails". The shop is small and can get busy, but worth the wait. read more

I always love my nails when Ryan does them. Plus they are reasonably priced compared to others who use the same products. It's sometimes hard to get an appointment the same day, so I'd suggest you book at least a day or two in advance. read more

first time today. Seeing all the other ladies with their nails done... they do amazing work here. I sat in two and the lady in 1 had almond shape or coffin. My tech pointed out the lady next to me set. yasssss like hers because her set was beautiful. I asked about her nails and color and she said she lets him freestyle. One thing about me. I am a hardcore nail biter. Not proud at all. So when I come to get my nails done I'm always disappointed but I get it I understand. My nails are hard to work with. But let me tell you that Ivy has done my nails the best. I'll update if anything happens TOO TOO EARLY. But I think they do great work and I want to come back and try different people because they all look like they did amazing work from what I seen while I was there. read more

I would give this place negative stars if it would let me! The guy who sits in the first desk is the owner, he is incredibly rude, both times I have been here, i whitenessed him get in arguments with customers, today this lady told him she didn't want pink on her nails, and he proceeded to argue with her about this shade of PINK was not pink, mind you it was VERY pink! My issue is after I paid $90 for a full set, almost every single nail had lifted off after just over a week, when I called to set up an appointment to have them fixed he hung up the phone on me. So I made an appointment online, when I go there he said I'll give you $10 off! $10 off $100 he charged me for a new set, THE NEW SET I ONLY NEEDED BECAUSE YOU DIDNT DO THEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!! NO THANK YOU!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! This place is not worth it!!!! read more

I don't recommend getting nails done with( ivy )she was super rude after I asked how much it would be for a set of nails. She immediately started being hostile and was talking in her language about me. Customers shouldn't feel ashamed for asking a question about pricing knowing (ivy) always overcharges for nails. Luckily I was able to do my nails with a different tech. read more

I've been here a few times to get a great dip manicure from Monica. But recently I received one from Ryan(Brian) and it doesn't even last one week! The top coat peeled even the same day. He even filed into my cuticle. He coughed into his hand and then reach over to my hand without washing or disinfecting his germs. Not worth your money or time. read more

Pre-covid I came here faithfully, and was usually very satisfied. Post covid there is an entirely new crew. I got tossed to the subpar performer.. I can't even count the amount of flaws in my full set. She was obviously inexperienced, and it showed up in the work. She began doing my pedi which I was very satisfied with. As I looked at my nails longer & longer I couldn't take it I told her this below average service was not worth the $50 she was trying to charge.. she had the audacity to get irritated and say "why you didn't say nothing over there?!?" IM TELLING YOU NOW!!! And to add insult she said the $50 price tag was a discount LOL!!! I kindly told her the nails were garbage and she can be mad at herself thinking she could pass this off as a professional service! If I wanted to let someone practice on me it would've been my 15yr old daughter! The pedi was awesome though! But I Will definitely NOT be returning!!!! read more

Currently getting my feet worked on, I feel like I finally found a good nail salon. They do excellent work and are very detail oriented. The hot stone massage was the best. I ordered the basic manicure and pedicure combo. What felt really good is they didn't hustle me for an upgrade or anything. They did excellent work on both my mani and my pedi and the price was just right. I will definitely come back here. read more

I like getting pedicures here, hot rocks+ massage for $25. I will pass on getting full sets, when the guy was finished I had him redo a couple of nails because they were bubbling and cracked. A few hours later I noticed my thumb nail was peeling. In my opinion I payed to much this set that was crusty, cracked, not well shaped. The place is clean and they are nice. read more

This is my go to place for nails!! I always go to Katy for my acrylic set and she always is so accommodating of every design I want. I'm very particular with my nails but I just send her the design before my appointment over insta and it's always exactly what I wanted. Worst experience I've ever experienced at a nail salon. Do not go to Nails Palace! I made an appointment for 1 o'clock for a full set and pedicure , I show up and get placed for pedicure first. No problem. Pedicure was actually really nice he did a good job but Steven or Steve whatever his name was who did my nails was HORRIBLE ! Steve or Steven, Was so much in a rush he glued my nails on incorrectly, he cut my nails incorrectly and then when I started to look at my nails he told me they won't look like that.... told me after pedicure come to him to finish the nails. I'm now waiting with my nails half done looking like an idiot while he tries to rush in two other girls but has to stop with them half way also to finish with me!? Made me feel so unwanted ... wouldn't help me pick up my stuff and move when he wanted to kick me out of the seat when I wasn't ready nor my nails. My nails don't match in shape, nails are crooked, bubbles on the surface and looks clumpy .... He also wanted to kick my fucking toe after the pedicure over three times. Almost ruining my toes ... my nails look like complete shit and everyone who sees calls them out. I will never come back again. Spent over two hours in there to have a shitty ass service. read more

Every good woman needs a Jimmy in her life! Why do I say that? He has you feeling better then you look before you leave the shop! He does the best Airbrush nails in Pittsburg. Mark my words and just look at the pictures. I am always satisfied when he does my nails. I have been with Jimmy since he was at Ladybugs in Pittsburg and he has been so blessed to have his own shop now that I don't look anywhere else. I am happy to come here. I recently just got them re-done after about a month and oh boy I was still getting complements on my nails! I am sure you will love this place when you go. Make sure you get a Pedi here as well because the chairs are sooo comfortable. Name a message chair that messages your whole body at the same time? Cant think of one can you? Then you have to come to Jimmy's to experience it! Prices are reasonable and everyone here is always so friendly. Dont forget to take a picture and post! You wont be sorry! :) read more

Jimmy is the best not only have Ive been going to him over 7 years but he has great customer service, and he is very out going.. Nails Palace is very clean, professional, with sterilize tools, great customer service, and your nails last long. Try him out, you will be happy Trust me!!! Soooo , I decided to go here other than My nails spa because they have been getting bad reviews as far as sanitation , came in hoping they could help me out but I'm not pleased , my nails are uneven and not matching at all , one of my nails are shorter than all the other ones and my nails are not strait. It's all just crooked -_-. Can't do anything about it because I don't want to have to cut my nails that I grew out. I would come back because I'm still a bit optimistic about this place but I wouldn't go to Thanh. I like my nails to look uniform and every time I look at my nails I see that it's uneven. read more

Absolutely amazing work and amazing staff. The location isn't the best but it is fairly quiet. I wouldn't have ever knows there was a nail shop in this plaza if it wasn't for yelp. They have the nail polish that changes with temperature, which is my current favorite. The nail techs are super sweet and welcoming and they actually talk to you. A gel manicure was $23 and a polish change with a full for acrylics with gel was $28. I haven't gotten a pedicure from here yet, but I heard they are lovely. Next time I need one, I'll come here & update this review. Now that I finally got a pedicure from this location, I am hooked! I chose number 4 which was $30 and included the works. She was very thorough and took her time. It was a great pedicure! I will be back for sure! read more

The vibes are very calm as well, good r&b or pop music is often playing, and I realize I'm not really hit with those toxic nail polish fumes when I'm in there as they usually keep the A/C running or have a good airflow in their place. Overall, I come here when I know I need my nails done by people who care. Also, I love that Sophie is easy to reach when it comes to making an appointment. She is so responsive & sweet! I also couldn't help but notice that their prices were better than what I had been paying at my previous (more pricey) place, and I ain't mad at it. I called before, so I can't speak for their walk-in wait times but they weren't too busy for a Saturday afternoon. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time but still felt like the pedicurist spent a while on my massage and didn't try to rush through and part of the pampering process. Glory be.

I love Jimmy and Vicki. I have special needs when it comes to having my nails done because of my health at 82 years old. Jimmy is always careful to not nick my skin. When Vicki does my toes she too is very careful. Jimmy takes his time with me and makes my nails look good. My family teases me about my "party nails" when he gets creative on me. The space is very clean and pleasant smelling, not that chemically type of smell. I recommend Nail Palace to everyone who asks and all my friends. I've been coming to Jimmy since I moved back to California in 2009. I agree with everyone that says Jimmy is the best and everyone needs a Jimmy in their life. read more

After 15 minutes I realized that the woman working on my hands didn't really know what she was doing, she kept shaking as she was cutting my cuticle, and sprayed my hands with alcohol twice within a 5 minutes span. I thought she would have moved on with applying nail polish. I was wrong. She proceeded to apply hand lotion right after applying the gel base. At this point I had to stop her and my pedicure was finished and was confused and nervous- not a feeling you want after leaving a nail salon. They were going to shift me over to a table to finish my gel application and I said I would pay for my services and leave. I was then asked to pay for my full service for a clean-up as my manicure. My only regret was not pushing back on that $20 charge, but I won't be returning back.
