I have been going to this place for years and as of today I will NEVER go back! Lilly is the rudest person you'll ever meet! For years she's always done a great job on my nails, however it's her attitude that gets me! It's hard to spend my hard earned money at a place where I feel my dollars aren't appreciated. This lady will ask you for a tip before you can even reach in your wallet to give her one! She talks about customers as they leave, she's nosey as hell... the list goes on! I went to her yesterday and when she was done I noticed my nails didn't look like normal... I asked her to fix a few things but she told me "your nail fine". Without thought I left, but the more and more I looked at my hands I said nahhh this has to be fixed. So I went back this morning with a positive attitude in a great mood. I showed her the things I needed fixed and she REFUSED! She got loud with me as if I was a problem. She told me my issue is I don't like the color polish...not true! I love the color. It's the horrible job with the acrylic that I don't like. I'm never one to complain or write this type of review but if you value your hand earned money this is not the place to spend it. Ive tried giving this lady chance after chance but today was the last straw. I've referred so many people to LILLY and they say the same thing! HER ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE! I swear it's so hard to find a good nail tech in this area. Nevertheless, got dang it I found him. Y'all, when I say Chris is IT! It's like they new I was the most complaining/picky person ever and placed him in my path so that I would have NOTHING to complain about. Lol, walked in and was immediately seated, asked if my water was ok, he sanitized the tools, he was meticulous!!! I was like I'm in freaking love! Usually halfway through a pedicure I have to say something... I said not one word during the whole pedi... I felt so well cared for I actually started to fall asleep... The positive - the massage and paint job were good and overall the staff was nice. BUT... Beware of this place if you care about cleanliness. Everything was dirty and the nail techs did not follow standard hygiene practices. When applying a mask or scrub he "double dipped" his glove/hand directly in the jars right after having put his hand in the water where my feet were soaking. The place was not busy but they took very little care to keep the place clean. When i asked the nail tech doing my manicure about the tools she was using that were clearly old and dirty if they had been cleaned - she said yes and pointed to a machine...somewhere... but she did not remove them from the standard sanitary packet. Lastly, when it was time to pay, she told me they accept cash only even though that had not been posted anywhere. She then turned on an atm in the corner that had a shady towel sitting over it and advised me to take out cash. After insisting that i was not capable of using the atm and did not have cash, she turned on her credit card machine and accepted my card for payment. I understand if businesses need to charge extra to use a credit card, but they shouldn't be shady about it or lazy. After the manicurist shared photos of her previous work and nail art, I can see why people would come here, she is very talented! But as an out of towner looking for a simple mani/pedi, the health risk of this salon was not worth it for me. read more

I originally went for a full set. The set was a basic French tip & turned out okay. Some of the nails began to lift but I returned for a fill in. The "tech" ripped my middle nail & would not stop even though I expressed I was in pain. I also asked for a design which I got from the app Pinterest. The main nail tech LILLY said that was her picture but I never followed her on social media. I didn't understand what she was saying & when I expressed that I didn't understand what she said she sucked her teeth & both "techs" berated me. I was unhappy with the service the nail "tech" that serviced me & the other "tech" argued with me & told me my price was 80.00. I was completely unhappy with the design, quality of the work, & lack of regard. I told them repeatedly I wanted chrome powder on my nails. They insisted they had chrome & when I asked about it during my service they became ambivalent to my direct request in which I would be paying for. 3 days later my nail pops off & the middle of my nail that I told her I felt pain in is ripped down to the meat of my nail. I would rate the quality of this business a ZERO out of 5. They only take cash not card. I would assume because clients would dispute charges due to unsatisfied services. I was quoted $45, and felt that was a fair price. When the base was finished, I was told that the practitioner who would do the design was busy and she asked me if I could wait about 30 mins. I agreed and waited, and when she began working with me she quoted me $70 for the design. $70 for gels with one simple flower is far too high a price, and to make someone wait for 30 minutes without transparency about price is unfair. I think that I was serviced by the owner of the salon. I spoke to her about the amount of space that was visible between my cuticle and the polish. She told me that she does everyone's nails like that. I told her that my nails look like they need to be filled in a week. She put gel polish on my nails. She asked me if I wanted to continue with the service (I was going to have stones put on my nails), I told her no. SHE THEN HAD THE GUMPTION TO ASK ME TO PAY WITH CASH INSTEAD OF MY CREDIT CARD. The ATM is located behind her station. (I am sure that her business is profiting from the use of the machine). I told her no. My bill was $110. Who carries large amount of money with them these days. This was a second attempt here... the first I went in for a full set... epic fail because two of my fingers were bleeding from the guy using a hard buffer "too hard". This second attempt I was greeted and waiters for about 15 min then was walked to the pedicure area where I waited an additional 45 min (they had to change the water 2x because it got cold). I have been coming here for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. I have been able to just walk in and be seen within 15 to 20 minutes without an appointment. My nail tech John does an excellent job on my nails and I get numerous compliments on them. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxed. They keep the lights dim in the pedicure area so you're able to enjoy the water. An added bonus is having a glass of wine while your feet soak. They're very gentle and make sure to not be rough. I have never had a bad experience with them. They even stayed open late for me so my husband and I could get pedicures and manicures the night before a trip we were taking. Nail tech wasn't ready until 4:45 I should have known and left at that time. If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in wanting to get a fill and repair but no polish. That is what I told the nail tech (asian and/or Korean woman) who is usually the only nail tech I've ever seen there seemed to have an issue that I didn't want my nails polished, so I had to explain to her why I didn't want polish and that I wouldn't be bothered if my nails weren't polished. So she agreed to do my nails, told me a price, even though I felt like it was to much for what I wanted but I didn't feel like it was necessary to make an issue about it as long as she does a good job. As she was doing my nails I mentioned to her that she had did my nails before, she kept asking where did I get my nails done, how much did they charge if a black person did my nails, she was rushing, not laying the acrylic properly, I told her politely that she filed my nails unevenly, and she told me she couldn't fix my nails because she didn't do my nails originally. So when she was done I told her I didn't fill comfortable paying the full price because my nails looked worse than what they looked like before I came in and she said she couldn't fix them after the fact. The nail tech turned into a "karen" her response was unprofessional, she became defensive, argumentative, called the cops and locked me inside. As I said before she had did my nails before so I'm completely shocked by her behavior and mind you I'm sitting down and trying to explain to her why I didn't agree to pay the full price. After that she agreed to what I offered to give her but continued to make a scene being unprofessional and disrespectful. By telling me to leave, never come back and making immature rude comments. So I left but forgot my bag and returned to get it of course, I forgot to put on my mask and went back to the car to retrieve it, then went back in the nail salon and asked to speak to a supervisor and was going to inform someone above her of what happened. The nail tech claimed she was the supervisor, continued to disregard her behavior, she refused to tell me her name because I didn't recall what it was she told me to leave and call the nail salon phone number to talk to someone else because she didn't know who worked with there, which was a lie because I spoke with a young man who was the only other worker there and he said the nail tech and her husband owned the place and are the only supervisors. Then some random woman who most likely is a regular client of her's or having a bad day felt the need to aggressively and disrespectfully insert herself into the conversation and attempted to justify the nails techs behavior. By saying I shouldn't have been upset with her, I came in multiple times to start trouble, she can't fix them because she didn't do them so it's to bad, "I'm trying to get my nails done and I want her to focus on me" "she doesn't have to rectify the situation if she doesn't want to" and continue trying justify the nails behavior but sat quiet as a mouse with nothing to say when the nail tech made a scene from the beginning. I told this random lady she had nothing to do with the conversation between me (the unsatisfied customer) and the nail/supervisor who refuses to rectify the situation, I came in to get my nails done, not argue or fight and I also mentioned I was pregnant. Then she said "you don't know where I'm from and If I am in here you better not come in here acting like that". So at this point I'm beyond frustrated and sick of this belligerent woman who just wants to find something to argue about keeps trying to talk to me as if I'm her child. Then some little girl on the other side of the room felt the need to start recording because she thought the situation was funny and then the nail tech decided to record me after I reacted to all the nonsense she created as if was I doing something wrong. After realizing I'm going back and forth with some random lady with a bad attitude who can't mind her business and a nail tech who clearly is not fit to be a nail tech let alone a supervisor I decided to go about my day. read more

This place was absolutely horrible. I will never again step foot in this place. My nails look disgusting. I kept having to tell the guy what to do and it still is not right. The salon is really pricey for it to be so sloppy. I am extremely disappointed. My nails are not even and there is lint or dust underneath my gel polish. The technicians name was John and I believe he is the owner or manager of the shop. He kept trying to blame the sloppiness of the polish all in the polish I selected. I had been going here for a while now but after yesterday I will never go back I came in to get a gel manicure,pedicure, and eyebrows done. I got there around 11:00 and didn't leave until close to 3:15!!!. I spent the majority of my time simply waiting to be serviced. Jon did my nails and because he wasn't able to do the design I showed him he did something ways different which was rushed, sloppy, and mediocre!! The lines were so crooked he had to add some designs to salvage it. Next my pedicure was again rushed and there was paint splattered all over my feet. Lastly I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my eyebrows because HE FORGOT and like everything else he rushed through them and took off so much hair that he suggested shading them it SMH my left eye was tingling a little more than normal and I woke up this morning to a scar under my eyebrow from MY SKIN BEING RIPPED OFF....and the total for this disaster: $87!!!!!! This is way you stick to what and who you know. If I could give no stars I would I came to this place out of urgency. I needed my nails done for a function happening the next day. My regular, very professional tech was booked for the evening. So, against my better judgement I tried this place. Keep in mind I currently had SNS on my nails only two weeks old time for my regular redo. I should've paid attention to their responses when I asked for SNS They didn't seem to sure about it. They were welcoming I will say that and seemed friendly but I don't think this gentleman was skilled with SNS as I'm accustomed to. He proceeded to sand my nail to get the clear coating off... okay not unusual so proceed. He brings out the bowl of "acetone" to soak my nails. Now mind you I get SNS manicures biweekly and it only takes 3-5 minutes for the stuff to start peeling away, not at this place , 10 minutes pass I notice nothing is happening... 5 more minutes pass still nothing. I decide to ask for cotton in the bowl as I regularly get to help rub SNS off, still nothings peeling or trying to come off. I asked is it water or acetone in the bowl because nothings happening and anyone who has soaked in acetone knows how strong it smells this appeared to be a accetone water mix, he was puzzled and smelled it, took the bowl to the rear added more acetone, placed it in the microwave and returned the same bowl with the same cotton in it. 10 more minutes pass barely peeling so he starts filing my nails. Take note that my nails are very thin , the combination of acetone and filing rigorously jeopardized my nails even more. I'm trying to be patient and give them the benefit of doubt. I've now been sitting here being filed and soaked to remove SNS for 30 minutes no way it should take this long. I kindly asked to just have clear polish put on so I could leave, I told them that I've never sat longer than 45 min-1hr getting my nailed redone soaking and hand massage at my regular salon. All's done and he barely slapped some clear coat on my nails, the skin on my finger tips are wrinkled and dry like old grapes at this point. I asked how much...$15! What!? I'm told because he removed my nails the cost is $15 and he refilled the acetone bowl 3 times. 1st of all you didn't remove a nail or acrylic you only horribly attempted to remove SNS which is still on my nails. I got a GEL FILL-in, coffin shape and new color for only $39 & they did an amazing job! They got me in and out really fast and I appreciated it. I've never gotten anything too fancy, so I don't know what they really specialize in. I keep it simple so I don't leaved unsatisfied. I went in a second time for a MASSAGE and I loved it! I was so relaxed after and for an 1hr it was $60. I would NOT suggest European waxes. It was a waste of $60. Go to a place that specializes in them or just shave it yourself because you won't be pleased with the outcome. I was waxed too many times in the same spot, which irritated my skin. Then to add insult to injury, I was waxed with what looked to be paper towel! It may not have been, but compared to what I'm used to it was tacky and took entirely too long (an HOUR to be exact). The paper was also cut too small, which is why the tech had to keep waxing the same spot to get all of the hair. read more

I complained that I made an appt and she's just now ready to start my nails...I didn't know only one tech worked here. Lily proceeds to say with attitude that the other tech had an emergency before I came. My response was you should have informed me so I could know and come back when you're ready for me. 3 customers walk in (2) for brows and (1) for pedi. Lily say you not happy do you want to do nails...I said this time just want you to know my issue...with attitude she walks away and say give me 5 minutes to do brows after I've already waited an hour...I said you won't get another minute of my time and walked out! Lily was rude, disrespectful of my time and didn't care how I was treated as a new customer!!!! I would never enter this establishment again! This is hands down the WORST nail salon I have been to in my entire life. If I could give zero stars I definitely would! This was my first visit and I should have known that things were off when a customer came in complaining about nails that she had just gotten done that were damaged and while she was getting her damaged nails repaired she ran out because she saw not one but two roaches. Nevertheless I wanted to give this place a try since my regular nail tech was on vaycay. I explained that I had somewhere to be so I didn't want to be long yet the nail tech kept stopping to assist other customers and other employees dragging my SNS manicure out to an hour and thirty minutes. At about an hour in I asked that she tend to me her customer because I had somewhere to be she told me "don't rush me". So after she was done I left. This was a Friday and two of my nails broke on Monday. I returned Tuesday to get them fixed only to find out they were closed. I returned on Saturday the nail tech was busy so I came back on Sunday. I asked that she redip my nails to add an extra layer and make them stronger to avoid the rest breaking and she told me she would have to charge me. I asked how much and she took a while to think of a price for which she came up with $18 and said she was the manager so she can make the prices. Now mind you I already paid $55 my first visit and SNS nails are supposed to last 2-3 weeks while mine didn't last 3 days. So when I told her that was ridiculous she said that was a discount I also explained that I needed a clear coat since they were chipping already and she argued and told me I didn't need it. I asked her name to which she responded "Why? You don't like me so you don't need to know my name." I asked for the owner she said he was in California and she didn't know when he would return. The customer service was horrible. I know this is a long review but I wanted to really explain why I was giving them 1 star. I will never be returning and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. They were empty when I first got there but I thought it was because it was a Friday and it was early. I went in for a fill in and cut down but because she was so busy trying to text she ruined my nails. She cut them too short and they didn't even look uniformed. I went to get my eyebrows done. The tech Leelee was very rude. She keep moving my head back and forth until I had to tell her okay now don't move my head like that just ask me to turn my head.
