I've gotten my nails done here before and really don't like this place. It's often overcrowded and the floor here is absolutely disgusting. This place isn't very sanitary as they use the same tools on different people without putting them in chemicals for cleaning. I also didn't see any prepackaged, sanitary tools that often put me at ease when at a salon. I may just be a germaphobe, but the prepackaged nail tools ensure that everything is sanitary. I swore I wouldn't come back here. Flash forward a few years, my friends were in town, we were about to go on a cruise and we all needed our nails done badly. This was the only nail salon still open so I decided just to suck it up and go. Big mistake. It was extremely overcrowded and dirty. Although the lady doing my nails was nice, my nails were not done well and for $30, I expected a little better than what I received. $25-$30 is fair for a gel manicure, but I have gotten a $30 manicure at other places and it was much, much nicer. The next day, my friends nail polish already chipped and throughout the next few days, all of our nail polish started chipping. I have never had a gel manicure last less than a week until I came here. By the time we got off the cruise, 5 days later, my gel manicure was peeling off in many spots. I will NEVER go here for services again. Went in one evening for acrylic fill in with gel polish. There was an older gentleman that did my nails, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he told me that he could not do it. The owner GiGi told him to try anyway, and he did. Fucked my nails up! First off I wanted coffin. Idk what shape they gave me. Secondly if an employee can't do something then the owner shouldn't have them do it. Your customers are not guinea pigs, their nails represent You and Your business. So why force him to try?!?! He did my nails in frustration m (breathing hard, cut my cuticle by being rough etc.) Finally I requested someone else. What made it worst, I was charged $40, for a $25 Dollar Service that still wasn't done correctly. Gigi told me that even though I wasn't satisfied I would still have to pay because of the "effort" that was put in. RIDICULOUS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am. From the customer service to my nails everything was terrible. I went in yesterday with my friend and both of our nails look horrible. And the lady had the nerve to tell us that it would look better after I washed my hands.. Well I did and they still look horrible. My nail polish is already bubbling, peeling, sticky and dull on some of my fingers!! Wtfreak?! She even talked me into using shelac!!! My tech was rude and didn't even tell me how much my bill was. This salon talks about the customers right in front of their face but thinks you dont know just because they speak another language,label you as a problem when you ask them to correct bad work or have a problem when you refuse to pay/or request another technician because they draw blood during a pedicure.ive given then chance after chance,tip well,etc....im over it and looking for better. read more

I got my nails don't here and I was charged 30$ for nails that aren't even the same length horrible ! And I ACCIDENTALLY left my wallet in my car and said may I go grab it and they said give me something valuable ( so I gave them my phone ) and they made an ENTIRE scene like dang accidents happen y'all didn't have to come at me like that . This is the absolute most horrific nail salon I have ever experienced, and if you value your nail health, you will not waste your time or money. My daughter and I went in for manicures on a day that she needed some pampering. Her manicure was rushed and so ugly that we asked them to redo it. It was just as poorly done the 2nd time. My nailtech, a man who barely spoke English, tried exhaustively to upsell me to a spa package, and refused to acknowledge my well stated, simple request for a MANICURE ONLY, began by sawing my nails with a hard file, back and forth. Not only did it feel awful, that is a huge red flag that this person knows nothing about caring for fragile nails! I had no luck in trying to explain that he would damage my nails if he continued, and damage is not even close to the word I would use. It has been two months now, and my nails have never been in such a grossly deteriorated state. As I suspected would happen, they began to break and peel within the first few days after, and I now have a fungus in one of them, while the rest are thin and refuse to grow without being very brittle and splitting. I am so angry that I wasted money I could not afford to, and I am still trying to save my poor ugly nails! Also, it had taken me all summer to grow them but this man sawed then down to half the size!! I should have refused to pay for such a horrible experience! Went here a few weeks ago. One of the guys did my nails. He put too much acrylic on and they look thick and buldgey. I'm done with them.

if I could give them -3 stars, i would. I've been here 3x for a full acrylic set & each time, I left very unsatisfied & regretful because they do rush jobs. My first issue is, they don't let anyone know how long the wait will be. Every time i went in, I've asked & their response would be "a little bit, 5 mins" & each time I've been there ive waited over 15 mins & this last time I waited 30 mins. I'm only going to speak on my last visit because that's what led me to leave a review. I went there to get a polish change on my full set & instead what i got was burnt skin & clumpy nails. My gel polish was drilled down but my acrylic was not re-layed. I even asked & the young lady (which im pretty sure was in training) said okay. But It didn't happen. She began polishing. I had to ask 3x for my nails to be reshaped & that didn't happen either. I should have left at this point but I figured they knew something i didn't. In short, i wanted marble, foil & cat eyes. The marble came out looking like a kid took water paint to my burnt skin, the foil wasn't even laid flat & the cat eyes was over my cuticles that wasn't cleaned up. In conclusion, they didn't finish .I paid $55 for a pedicure & 8 nails half way done. I asked a customer sitting next to me if I was being an asshole customer & she said no. She also thought it was clumpy & she didn't like her nails either (which was being done by the owner) she said what she got wasn't even what she asked for. I asked the manager herself & she had nothing to say about it. I asked her why should i pay $25 for horrible service. She said because i got multiple colors & not one set color. I told her im not paying $25 when i didn't even get my nails relaid & 8 nails was half way done. Not 1 nail was fully finished. She said okay $20. Well my friend and I came in on the last day before the shutdown. It was busy which was expected. I personally didn't have any issues, but the way I watched the staff treat some of the customers was just disappointing. They argued with a lady the whole time I was there because they didn't give her what she wanted and she explained to them to please fix her nails. Instead of doing what she asked they argued with her and told her she was wrong. How do you tell someone who's spending their hard earned money that they are wrong??? Why continuously argue with her ? Just fix what she's paying for. Then my friend was getting her nails cut down during a pedicure. She expressed that she wanted her nails square, but before she could even finish he said "I CANT DO IT". The only one he couldn't do was her big toe because of it's shape. His tone of voice was disturbing. It just bothered me to see how poor customer service is towards people that actually keep the place in business. read more

Never AGAIN! I spent $63.00 and my toes and nails look horrible, I got shellac done on Saturday, its Monday. I would LOVE a refund. I wanted to go back and have them re do them, but feel like its a waste of time because they are rude. my nails are peeling and bubbling, and you can still see my real nail threw the polish!, for $63.00 I could have went to a high end place. If you want a very quick manicure or pedicure, this is the place to go. Just be prepared that they all are talking about you while you are getting your nails done. They speak in their language and laugh at people, and talk amongst each other to see if you are tipping on your credit card receipt. Im sure they are paid well, and they keep staring you down ready to talk smack if you don't tip. I know this shop makes good money because of the turnover of the cliental. I don't like to feel uncomfortable when I visit a nail shop....Im wondering how they would feel if people treated them that way when they are trying to just relax. I have gone here several times and every time they seem to get worse! They rush through getting your nails done and if you ask for overlay on your nails they charge you $40 which is more than getting the tips put on which is crazy. The workers constantly talk in a different language to each other which makes me think they are talking about the customers! I will not go back again!!!!! read more
