Me and my best friend got our nails done here last minute march 15th we were both charged $57 for these terrible manicures. I got a gel manicure and she got a acrylic overlay something simple since they were closing soon. I asked for the first photo to be recreated for my nails, the man who was doing nails was doing a terrible job so i asked him to just do all black he didn't seem to understand so someone else took over and did black french tips on my nails. They didn't look terrible at first but the first guy who did my nails filed my nails down extremely low to the point that my skin was getting filed and my nails looked like nubs. Both nail techs drilled my nail bed too much and my nail bed is now raw and sensitive to touch. Me and my best friends nails started to chip and break off THE NEXT DAY and have been since..... Its only been two weeks and both of our nails look and feel terrible. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Full Set w/ free hand designs

Kemy is the absolute best nail tech I've ever been serviced by! Not only is she extremely talented, but she is beyond professional and timely. The shop is always very clean and sanitary. You can tell that she is passionate about her work. My entire family goes to her regularly!!

Kemy is the best , never disappoints me. Every set I had was perfect!!

Highly recommend this nail salon . I go to kemy and she never disappoints from simple nail to unique designs .

They were understanding about my dislike of my nails and asked me to return to fix them. I did and they came out amazing.! They are so understanding and nice .. Will be going back

Huge scar/ bruise under my eyebrows after waxing.... There was no hair where the bruise is.

I try to be fair but, this is just too much. I got my eyebrows waxed and everyone knows that the skin around your eyes is thin and delicate. They should only put wax where there is hair. I was wondering why she waxed so far down but, she had done it before I was able to say anything. It's 3 days later and I'm still in pain. The skin around my eyes is bruised and burning and I can hardly wash my face. It looks like I have been beaten. I can't put makeup over it because it hurts.... I would have been better off not getting my eyebrows arched. Today is also the anniversary of my mothers death a year ago and so even my tears are really staining my eyes! This is so terrible! I paid. I went home and was all welted up. I went back up there to show her what she had done and she said to put Neosporin on it. I have been doing that but, it's not helping. I will call the doctor tomorrow to go in and make sure my eyes are not permanently damaged. I'm pretty upset because I did not have hair all the way down almost to my eyeball. This was so unnecessary. All of this because of what should have been a simple wax and go. I have been miserable since that day. I pray it heals soon so I. Am be back to normal. This is just awful!

I had a fantastic experience at Craft Salon with Stylist Kayla Ivey…read more I've been searching for a local hair salon with stylists that are experienced in alternative haircuts and found this gem! Kayla did an incredible job matching my reference pictures, and she was so much fun to talk with! My haircut inspo was a kind of long shag/long wolfcut with lots of layers and a little bit of bangs. I am so happy with my entire experience here and I can't wait for my next haircut!

For nearly 20 years, Natasha at Craft has been one of the only people I trust with my hair -- and…read morefor good reason. From platinum blonde to highlights, to fun phases like feathers, she has consistently delivered flawless results. I have textured hair, which can be challenging for many stylists, but Natasha has always handled it with absolute expertise, care, and precision. She understands my hair, listens to what I want, and elevates it every single time. Whether I'm looking for something bold or something subtle, she nails it. Beyond her personal talent, Natasha surrounds herself with excellence. Her staff is top-tier, and it's clear she only hires people who match her high standards. I've never had a single experience at Craft that was anything less than exceptional. If you want someone who is skilled, creative, consistent, and genuinely passionate about what they do, Natasha is the one. I cannot recommend her -- and everyone at Craft -- highly enough. A true gem in the world of hair care.

Katie is a miracle worker! I've been getting Brazilians since I was 18 and facial waxes since 13,…read moreand let me tell you, Katie changed everything I thought I knew about waxing. Those red splotches after waxes that I thought were just part of getting waxed? Nonexistent with Katie. I am genuinely convinced she is magic because I never knew a wax could be this painless before AND after! Also as a gal who has always struggled with intense ingrown hairs, ones that doctors told me could only be fixed with laser, I was stunned when Katie took the time to get all of them out and coached me on how to prevent them in the future, truly above and beyond! She's is the most thorough esthetician I've ever been to, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment that I am actually looking forward to my next wax!

Always looking for my go to eyebrow spot. And I think I found it!…read more Booking online was super easy and simple. I have always wanted to know what was inside that building/house especially with that gorgeous curved front door. Passed it so many times on University. Parking was easy and nice to have designated parking spots for Bare Philosophy. Walked in and had no idea that you had to take your shoes off. I get for cleanliness sake and winter bringing water/salt, but I wasn't expecting it. I walked in and noticed another patron standing inside with her socks on so I followed suit. I didn't notice behind me that they provide slides to wear after you take off your shoes. There was no staff downstairs so no one to greet me or give instructions. There was a sign that said they were short staffed and to help yourself. It was the day before Christmas Eve. Really pretty inside and welcoming. Lots of areas to look at product. There was a coffee machine. Old historical charm throughout! The other client got brought back and I just was standing around. I finally heard someone in the foyer area and was checked in at that point and brought back to a large room for my eyebrow appointment. We spoke a bit about eyebrow shape and how she likes to keep things natural/follow your natural shape. Can always take off more later if I wanted. I think my eye wax was all of five minutes. Trimming, a few strips of waxing, and then tweezing and that's it. Let me have a look in the mirror and I was happy for the most part. I should've asked to trim my eyebrows a little more. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done. The staff who did my brows was very nice and we made conversation throughout my service. I felt comfortable and no pain with the waxing/tweezing. Afterwards, she checked me out and you can give a tip on a card. $20 is a fair price for an eyebrow wax, what I was paying for at another place in the area.
