It's not clear how much each service is and I didn't see a pricing list in store. There's a 10% discount for first-time visitors but somehow I still paid the same as another customer who got a gel mani/pedi when I only did a gel mani. However my experience was less than ideal. I went in wanting dip as I was reading it was stronger and I've been struggling with lifting off builder gel. Multiple staff kept talking out of it and that their builder gel lasts a long time, uncomfortable but hopeful I said okay since Builder Gel is better for your nails in the long run. I got one color, builder gel on natural nails, and just a simple shape. Nothing too complicated I haven't gotten elsewhere before. I went home and thought it was fine for the money, $45 for builder gel + $8 tip. Probably wasn't going to return but also wasn't going to write a review. However, after 1 day my pointer finger nail chipped and started lifting and my middle finger also started lifting. I called and they said to come in and they would fix it. I went in and sat for 30 minutes until someone saw me -- had 3 different people come look my nails in the meantime but never start prep process, etc. After 30 minutes I was taken to a different station and she took maybe 15 minutes to "fix" the issue. Upon leaving and having a time to look better at my nails I still left unsatisfied. I chose not to go back a third time as I don't feel confident they will be able to actually do my nails well. I gave 2 stars as they did offer and attempt to fix my nails and didn't charge me for the "fix." I would be cautious going here as it seems your experience may vary...

I use my hands a lot at my job AND I have the bad habit of biting my cuticles, and my nails still look great with minimal to no lifting for 4+ weeks. Sally is so, so good at what she does not only because she is an expert at shaping and getting my nails just right (I do an acrylic overlay on top of my natural nails most of the time, GelX occasionally) but she truly wants to take care of you and do everything she can to make sure you have the best experience and leave happy. I have given her SO many challenging inspiration pictures and she always finds a way to get it done. Everything from designs, gemstones, aura nails, velvet nails/cat eye, chrome, French tip, snake skin/blooming gel. If something is not exactly right, she will fix it to make sure you leave happy. I get compliments on my nails constantly! The other ladies who work there are also great at what they do. I have gotten many pedicures by Kathy, Lily, and Mary. Lily is also so good at cat eye polish for manicures so at times she has taken over for Sally to help get the magnet just right. Mary has done my nails for more basic designs and French tips. They all know what they are doing and work together so well to accommodate everyone's needs and get you in and out as efficiently as possible. They have snacks, candies, water and other drinks, and they have given me little gifts like lotion and cuticle oil for Christmas. One staff member did my pedicure as I relaxed in a massage chair. She was very detail oriented and took her time to ensure perfection. Another staff member took the same approach when it was time to do my manicure. Other customers struck up conversation too.
