Amazing! I called for a day-of appointment and they took me at noon which was perfect. I used to come here when I was in high school and still lived in Pacifica so while I'm visiting my parents and needed my nails done for a wedding this weekend I decided to come back. They made me feel like I had never left and did an amazing job on my acrylic fill and gel set. They even mixed a custom color for me so it wouldn't clash with my dress! Love this place, great job and wonderful technicians. :) read more

Just had a pedicure here at Nails by Lisa and had a great experience! All the staff are friendly and the salon does not have that strong vapor smell that most do. I had a French pedi by Ryan and he did a meticulous job! Would definitely recommend this salon to friends read more

Tell NO ONE about this place. The communication can get interesting, but you're in and out with thee best BOMB PROOF pedicure of your life and ahhhh-massage in the vibrating chair & from the massesuse/toe nail tech. read more

Tina is thee only one that gets to touch my caterpillar like brows! She shapes them so perfectly and is real, compassionate and always a pleasure to be around. I like the mani pedis here too, but I will always come to do my waxing @ nails by Lisa! read more

I was a virgin before I had lisa. In that I'd never had a pedicure or manicure. I'm a guy and never thought I'd do that. Broken ribs forced me into that. I was nervous but from the moment I walked into lisa's I was instantly comfortable. Lisa is one of the most beautiful people in the world. She emigrated from vietnam, worked hard and loves what she does. I was honored by her attention and perfection to detail. She also did not hurt me, remember I was a virgin. The experience was the best. I will see her again whenever I'm here. Her glowing countenance was warming and comforting. I would give her 10/5. read more

Lisa is a perfectionist. The ladies are all so sweet. They're always busy so call ahead :) great work.

Clean quality work funny ladies. So sad I found this place on vacation! Now I know what I want in a nail salon at home that I can't find !

Pink & Whites are the best my nails last me more than 3 weeks always....pedis are great they really get in there and fix the feet & toes all up! All the girls & Loc are great! read more

Love this place, I went there once so far and liked it a lot, the ladies all speak English and it made me feel good other shops do not and it gives me a headache and it also makes me feel as if they talking about me I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. They are friendly and prompt. The only problem I had was finding parking. Their parking lot is so small and I have a big truck. Finding parking on the street is difficult. I will go back, Terri did my nails and she was great. read more

I came here for a fill, and my nails are perfect! After getting a full set at another salon, and being very unhappy with those results, Ryan was able to correct the problems with minimal effort. My nails before I arrived at Nails By Lisa, were thick and blocky, and uneven all across the nail. When I left Nails By Lisa, my nails were smooth, even and perfectly set. I am so happy I came here. This is my new nail salon. read more

I went in for an acrylic fill without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. The nail tech (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was very friendly and did an excellent job. I've been to a lot of nail salons and I'm picky. I would definitely go back. The only drawback is the small parking lot. It's a little awkward to negotiate and that the business is cash only. I always forget to carry enough cash on me and I hate paying ATM fees. read more

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and have seen A LOT of salons on the Peninsula. I love having an acrylic overlay but hate when my nails look fake! I found this place when I was living in Pacifica and so happy I have! The women are so nice and are great at remembering their customers. I always make a point to have Terri do my nails, she is so funny and we always have a great conversation which really completes the experience. I am also very comfortable there because they rarely speak in any other language than english. It can really make the time boring and uncomfortable if you don't understand what everyone is talking about!?! They are great about taking you in last minute... I'm horrible about making appointments two weeks ahead! I also never carry cash but they have a ATM inside the shop. It's a guarantee that I am a customer for life! read more

I went to Lisa for a pedicure today and all I can say is wow! She did an amazing job and worked on me for a full hour! My feet have never felt so soft in all my life. The best pedicure ever! Thanks Lisa. Can't wait to come back for another one! read more

Called this morning and was able to get a same day appointment . I received an acrylic full set with nail polish $35. I had a younger gentlemen do damage control on my nails (I normally do my own acrylics and I am def no expert :) )he took time to make sure every nail was perfect and match in size and shape. All staff was extremely friendly and was able to relax. Only downfall took 1.5 hours but my nails def look perfect read more

Lisa did my mani/pedi and was fabulous. She was the first person to ever get all the callouses off my feet and make them feel so smooth and soft. She's such a warm person - very funny, too. I will definitely be going back. read more

The best pedicure and manicure ever! Today was my first visit. I've never had such great service at a nail salon. Lisa was great and seems to be a perfectionist. She worked hard to make the heels of my scaly feet "smooth like a baby's butt" as she put it. I loved everything about this place! I live 2 hours away but will definitely come back the next trip there!!! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for 4 years regularly. My birthday was last week and Teri insisted my $40 fill was on the house! How's that for customer service?! Love you ladies!! Xo read more

I love Nails By Lisa! I've been going here since I was 16 years old and I've never been disappointed. They do great gel manicures and they give excellent massages when you get a pedicure. read more

Lisa and her daughter are amazing nail experts. Lisa was able to skillfully remove my callouses on feet better than any nail care person has ever done. I will happily be back now that I live on the coast! read more

I love this place. The ladies are great at what they do and always make you feel welcome. My favorite place to get a pedicure.

Other posters are correct, they do an excellent job with nails. The problem is they are NEVER on time when you book an appointment. My last (and final) appointment in mid-Januay had me waiting 50 minutes for a booked appointment and I still wasn't seated. I chose to walk out - my time is to limited to just sit there and I was absolutely insulted that they didn't respect my time or the other woman who had been waiting along side me for the same appointment time. I can only hope she walked out - all of our time is too precious. Today I called to book another appointment specifically requesting an early time slot so I wouldn't have the same experience again. They responded that their appointments are more tenative than fixed and if I don't have flexibility then maybe I should go someplace else to get my nails done. I can appreciate a 5 or 15 minute swing but not 50 minutes. It seems as though they don't want the business and I will find a place that respects their clients more than this. I'm happy to give my money, including genorous tips and Christmas bonus, to a salon that wants the business/money. Adios. read more

Great customer service, fabulous attention to detail and reasonable. Have searched for my new salon and can say I've found it. By the way, this group of people are energetic and infectious. read more

I used to come here for my pedicure. The last time I had it I got infected with hot tub folliculitis. Gross! Took me several weeks to recover, luckily the marks faded. Never returned. Beware! read more

Price increase way too high and they took two hours just to do a manicure and pedicure. 70.00!!

What a wonderful suprise! After just finishing a half marathon yesterday, my feet were so sorry I just needed to get a mani/pedi. I checked yelp and followed the reviews. Lisa's was able to make me a same day appointment and even accommodated when I was running behind schedule. One person did the mani; the other person did the pedi. Both were amazing and reasonably priced. Once I told the staff I was there because of the half marathon they were extra cautious with my toes. I have never had a pedi without having pain in my toes/cuticles but no pain this time! They were wonderful and even stayed late to give me the full treatment. I am definitely making this a habit! read more

Seriously, Lisa is an artist! Yes, you may make an appointment and end up waiting but that's because Lisa is a perfectionist and has spent up to an hour and a half on my feet. When I leave, they are flawless and stay that way for a month. If you are tired of leaving a salon only to go home and swab off your painted flesh, keep going to your salon. As for me, it's always going to be Lisa's. read more

o.k. except for a small parking lot my wife loves this place, I treated the wifey, and my mom to get there nails done, they were treated very well, my wife had her feet done by lisa herself. Thats cool to see that the owner also works and not just tells others what todo. my wife had not ben there in over a year and they still remember her great service she will be back read more

I love to go Nails by Lisa because they pride themself to make you feel wonderful by the awesome foot massage and the best services .

Biggest rip off EVER. $82 for three mediocre manicures! They charged my aunt $8 extra to remove her gel manicure. Total bull. I expected a nice massage, paraffin wax, and the nicest manicure of my life. I got none of those things and she did a horrible job with the nail polish and didn't even use a proper top coat. Will never, ever return. The service was decent but it nowhere near justifies the price. I can't believe people pay for this crap place. read more

I will not be back. Ever. I had an appointment, which at this nail salon is pointless because you wait whether you have an appointment or not; and it's a LONG wait. I waited over an hour before I got up and walked out. NO mani pedi is worth that. I go to Davi Nails, get a great mani pedi and have never had to wait. read more

I used to love going to this place. They raised there prices $30 for a basic pedicure! The pedicure was nothing special for $30 some places in Pacifica give you much more details and spend time massaging legs and feet for less money . Try Pronails or the place on palmetto . read more

If you want a fair pedicure, go to Lisa's but don't expect them to spend time on you if they have other customers waiting. Don't bother making appointments, because they don't keep them! We recently reserved 3 spots for mani/pedi just before my daughter's wedding. We arrived THREE minutes late and all the spa chairs were full, we were told we'd have to wait 45 minutes. FORGET ABOUT IT! Their best pedicure is mediocre for the Bay Area...go somewhere else! read more

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I JUST CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT & TERRI SAID THAT I was too HIGH Maintenance & does not want to to do my nails. The last time i was ther a couple of months ago, ON a SUNDAY big, mistake. I had an appointment, & had to wait OVER AN HOUR. AS a regular client all she had to do was call me & tell me she was running late. We are all humans. When i got there she acted like it was no big deal Or eeven APOLIGZED. I hope this comes back & bites her in the ass. I guess she has that many clients, that she can treat me like that!!!!! read more

Terri, Lisa, Bambi, and Kathy do such a wonderful job. I love this salon. They are all perfectionists and take great care of every customer. Highly recommend this place. Everyone is so lovely and the space is immaculate. Definitely stop in for a mani+pedi. Highly recommend. read more

When I go to a pedi place it is for the massage as much as nails. Maybe more. So I was VERY disappointed that I basically did not get any massage at all :( Very friendly, but nothing special especially for this price and zero massage. read more

Used to be my favorite place for years until recently...if you like to make an appointment and sit for 45 mins. waiting, like reading cheap magazines, try to reschedule and have the owner tell you that if you don't like it go some place else...this is the place for you...yep, this is how they treat their loyal customers...hope you plan on having more Terri!!! read more
