Moreover, Leah, the owner of the salon has never charged me over $220, and would exceed my expectations. I am extremely sad with the results from this time around, or lack of results rather. I asked for the situation to be made, right, and resolved but Emily said since too much time passed she will not fix or refund. Yes, it has been more than 7 days, but my hair is the same as it was when I walked out of the salon on 10/19, its still brunette, with no highlights except in the front. You never offered to fix my lashes to make them less full--it was only after I gave feedback asking if there was a way to make them less dramatic and if it was possible to remove some. **Your response was: "You're asking me if it's okay to remove your lashes?" with an attitude, and you said I booked a voluminous lash set. When did you ever mention that during the consultation when I clearly asked for a natural look with pictures? You didn't say that my request for a 'natural' look isn't achievable with your technique. If only you had mentioned that booking a classic full voluminous set wouldn't achieve the natural look I wanted and offered a different technique or attempted a different lash set, instead of ignoring my requests and confidently saying you could achieve the look I wanted based on the two pictures I showed you. I clearly said, "As long as my lashes look like either of these," for example.** Normally, during the initial consultation, lash technicians clearly explain what they can and cannot achieve. You said "I know what I'm doing" when I was explaining that I wanted a NATURAL look with clear pictures for example.
