Cathy is amazing and I always try to get my nails done by her, but of course everyone loves Cathy so there are times where she might not be able to do them. They just got a receptionist though, so it is a lot easier to make sure you get the nail tech you love. They did change their prices BUT they are still affordable compared to competitors which leaves room for a great tip! read more

Overall Cathy's was a great salon with a friendly atmosphere. The prices were reasonable and I was given the option of a hot stone massage included with my pedicure!! There was a significant wait time, but I was seated in a massage chair as soon as possible and given complimentary slippers to dry my nails. Nightmare visit. The manicure & pedicure were the worst I have ever received and I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. No hand massage, uneven nails & no shaping. Polish was not done on the nail sides. I had scheduled an appointment online, but because of their language barrier, everything I wanted was completely misunderstood. This created an enormous amount of stress for me when I arrived, and which I surely didn't need from a nail salon. Cathy had the nerve to blame it on me. Neat clean bright place. Made a 5:30 appt for a pedicure after work. They took me right away which I appreciate. Pedi was very relaxing and the massage chair worked well. Always a plus in my book. read more

Was greeted immediately with smiles. My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and I got dip polish and a manicure. We were out within one hour. Ly (I think) was my technician and she did a very good job and was sweet as can be. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bradenton. read more

I had my first pedicure here today and I couldn't be more pleased. The shop is very attractive and clean -more like a spa. The pedicure was excellent-no shortcuts and very well done. Called for an appointment the same day and they were able to get me in at the time I wanted. When I got there they were a little behind schedule, but nothing crazy for a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggestions about colors, polish, and nail care. Cathy did a great job with my gel polish and was gentle with my brittle nails. The building seemed clean and I saw staff sanitizing as customers finished up. Everyone was wearing a mask and they require them for customers. I have been to 3 other nail places in town trying to find one that can successfully do dip powder. I have FOUND it! Cathy does a GREAT job! My nails have stayed perfect for 3 weeks! I made an appt for sat. Morning. The lady on the phone gave me a time then changed it. I confirmed before hanging up. Then got text hour later with a different time. Ok no worries I showed up at earlier time and only had to wait few mins. I was sadly tho greeted by what I think was a sixth grader, I am guessing the owners son. He had no idea what to do. He asked me twice to pick colors, I told him I wanted a pink and white french gel.he said something to a woman there not in English. I was seated with Tony who did not seem fluent in English. The child then came over again and told me to tell Tony what I wanted even tho I had already told him I want white tips with pink base. The child then said something to him not in English. It was very uncomfortable. He started my nails cutting my cuticles in the process. In his defense the cuticle cream looked watered down. They also don't have good cleaning of the tools. After he started me he then took out a spray bottle and sprayed the clippers and wiped with a paper towel. I have been to enough nail places to know that isn't really clean. He also had a hard time getting my nail shape correct so I walked away with very short nails and I walked in with long nails. I also did not get a pink base. He just put a topcoat on my natural nails. Not a bad look but not pink and whites either. I wasn't offered anything to drink and when I asked for water he didn't seem to understand. I saw the lady next to me get a water and was instantly glad. He also used a Dremel tool on my nails, I don't have acrylics, I had no polish clean natural nails, why do you need the Dremel tool. all in all I won't be back ever. I would not call this a clean salon by any means. He also charged me $33 when listed price was $27. I came here because they were new so I figured how bad could it be. Place was crowded by too many nail stations and not enough techs. Chair behind me kept hitting mine with no apologies and the smell of acrylics was very strong. I have been to many places where you can't smell the acrylics that much and I walked away with a migraine beginning. I now see why the average age in the salon was 60+. read more

My good friend made me an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with Cathy as a treat from my husband. My husband called to verify the appointment time the morning of the appointment. Cathy said it was an hour later than what I had in my calender. I added an extra service for callous removal. The guy who did the pedicure (Hai) was great! I got a glass of wine! It was so relaxing! The color was applied by Cathy. Then, the manicure.. Cathy rushed through it and the edges were not done well. She applied oil between the layers of polish and there was no top coat application. My nails still feel tacky to touch today. Cathy has done an awesome manicure and pedicure on me before - before she opened her own business. I'm disappointed this time. read more
