I called today to see if they could help me and the lady on the phone made me feel horrible. She told me to speak up next time, that I chose the color, and that it would take like 30 min and that they were all booked. I hate the nails I paid for. Now I am stuck with them for weeks. I just want them off and to never go back. Usually this is a great place but this experience will have me finding a new place.

I didn't enjoy that they tried to push for gel polish after I already said I was not interested. I understand the benefit of gel but I did not want it and my husband's grandma was not interested so it was annoying to have it kind of pushed on us. I usually get gel myself but we just needed something quick and I had no desire for gel that day. Most the staff was nice and got us in quickly. Another moment that I just didn't love was when I could tell one of the nail techs got mad at my husband's grandma because she accidentally chipped her nail because she's not used to getting her nails done during the process. I get the frustration from the nail tech but I just felt like it was a bit awkward and made my husband's grandma feel bad. But it could have been a one-off bad moment as the other moments was pretty good and the staff is really nice. So I just have a mixed bag of good moments and some moments that I just thought was not ideal. If I needed my nails done and I needed it nearby then yeah I'll probably go back again but I wouldn't make an effort to go here as it didn't wow me.
