By the time they were able to confirm our appointments, it was figured out that all 3 of our technicians were busy/double-booked. It all worked out, because they ended up shifting clients around to accommodate us. Amy and Nina were great! They were kind, fun, and professional. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with May. She was a bit distracted by her "missing" equipment, so she LOUDLY verbalized being upset about that many, many, MANY times. I ended up agreeing to her upcharge suggestions (I booked a gel manicure...ended up with acrylic tips)...but the quality of her work wasn't the best and then she intentionally overcharged my services. I tipped them well, signed my receipt, and left out quickly so we could make it to our dinner reservation, so I didn't realize she overcharged me until we got home and took a closer look at my receipt. I called and spoke to Amy the next day...she confirmed that I was in fact overcharged and extended her apologies. She also offered to take the overcharged amount off my next service, if I choose to come back. I really appreciated the care Nina and Amy took with my daughters and I also appreciated Amy's service recovery. I may return to give them another try, but will opt not to book with May.

I've been coming here for a year and recently took my friend here who never gets her nails done. She was blown away by the service that she said she wants to add this to her routine. Phoebe is phenomenal and really cares about her craft! She will go above and BEYOND to make sure you're satisfied Allie is my go to girl because she's able to do overlays and make my toes look brand new / flawless. I'm so disappointed to say that today I've experienced the worst pedicure of my life. I had a 4:00pm appointment that I booked online. The technician that I had was very young, kept calling me "bro", and was literally playing a video game on his phone while he was giving me a pedicure! I had yellow polish on my toes from the last pedicure I had here. The technician was scrubbing them with a tool and I told him that it was regular polish, not shellac. He said I know, and kept going over them with this metal tool, which was a little painful. Then he cut my toenails with the polish still on, removed the polish, and barely filed my toenails. He tried scrubbing my feet awkwardly, which was very ticklish so he just stopped. Then he took some water out of the foot bath and put it all over my legs and rubbed them down with a scrub and then removed it. I received no lotion, and then he placed hot towels on each of my feet. The technician said that something bit him and went into the back room for a while. When he returned he was playing the game on his phone. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. There were no other customers or employees working when I received my pedicure which was strange because they are usually busy and it was only 4:00. When the nail tech painted my toenails it was very rushed, he barely let the base coat dry and he began applying the polish. I've included pictures so you can see the terrible paint job, my dry feet and yellow nail polish still visible from my last appointment. I also have a rash from the aggressive scrubbing. I let the polish dry under one of the dryers but it was hard to see the details due to dim lighting. When I got out to my car in the sun I was very disappointed. My feet were much better off BEFORE this pedicure.

All of the technicians are experienced, attentive, and efficient. I rely in their creative expertise and my daughter brings in a specific photo example. Either way, the nails turn out polished, clean, and durable. I cant speak highly enough of the nail art and shaping they create. However, when my nail tech did the regular manicure it was fast, bubbled, and pretty bad. They were going to send me on my way with some pretty bad nails. I kindly asked why there were black bubbles? We were coming from a different nail salon which we walked out of because we felt so unwelcome. They were so kind and stayed open late for us. It was my birthday so we did spa pedicures with hot stone (amazing!) and gel manicures. All of the employees were so friendly, professional and accommodating. Not only did I have a surprise party waiting for me back at home it was also a surprise engagement party! Paradise really saved the day. I'm so thankful!
