Very disappointing experience. Helen, at table #3, did a poor job on my nails. She asked me what…read moredesign I wanted, but when I showed her, she had this expression like she wasn't really sure how to do this simple design. She was also giving me color options that wouldn't even match the design. About 35 minutes into my appointment, she rudely told me she was spending too much time on my nails because she had other customers and appointments. I ended up leaving without getting any design. At that point, I was over it. On top of that, the builder gel was poorly done. There were visible holes, hairs, and uneven areas throughout the gel. Overall, the service and quality were very disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I'm so happy I gave them a chance and that they were open and so accommodating. The service was great! Everyone is so nice and as someone who is very picky, I can happily say they did great on my French tip pedi & gel x nails. The salon is small but roomy and very clean. There is a parking lot in the plaza but it's shared with other businesses and small so it can be busy. However there was plenty of street parking nearby. I will definitely be back when I need a new set.

I had a very disappointing experience at Top Nails. My mom and I specifically went to this salon…read morebecause we wanted a particular nail technician. We went yesterday, but she was off, so my mom came back today specifically to have her do her nails. Unfortunately, when she arrived, the technician we requested was on her phone and did not acknowledge or attend to us. Instead, someone else ended up doing my mom's nails, despite us specifically coming back for the technician we had requested. On top of that, the quality of the nail service was not what we expected. The paint application was uneven and looked poorly done, which was especially disappointing given that we made a separate trip back to the salon. I understand that things can happen, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed especially because i've been coming here for over a year every two weeks, Cindy always asks about my mom and when my mom comes in she's not even acknowledged. When customers specifically request a technician and make the effort to return for that person, I believe they should be treated with more consideration and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

I walked in to get me and my daughter a pedicure . Right away I told the man I wanted a pedicure and gel for me and my daughter and he told me to sit down. It took them about 40 minutes to put me in a chair. I overheard one of the workers (the one that told me, my daughter couldn't get her nails done ) said next time, bring a tip in cash to another client very rude when she's giving you a tip preferably you want it in cash anyways I finally get to the chair and they tell me after 40 minutes of waiting that they cannot do my daughter's nails. You could've said that in the beginning. Reminder, I asked the guy for two pedicures for me and my daughter gel polish so my daughter getting a gel pedicure was very much known, but they waited until the very last minute 40 minutes later to tell me no. And they still expected me to get my service when they wasted 40 minutes of my time where I could've gone somewhere else. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money.
