Absolute Scam & Awful Experience if negative star were a thing this place should have them all…read more House of Nails was hands down one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I was quoted $75 for a mani/pedi, then once they started, the price mysteriously increased with extra charges never explained or approved. Total scam behavior. The technicians cut into my cuticles the entire time--painful, careless, and unsafe. On top of that, they somehow managed to leave red nail polish smeared all over my hands, like basic cleanup wasn't even a priority. The staff spoke to each other in Spanish the whole time, barely communicating with me at all, which felt extremely unprofessional--especially when prices were changing behind the scenes. As if that wasn't enough, they ordered and ate lunch while actively doing my nails. Completely inappropriate. The entire appointment took nearly THREE HOURS for work that wasn't even done well. Vibe was awkward in there the talk to you like their talking down to you and some of them expect you to be okay with them what you went in there for initially. I pre paid $75 for what I was getting, next thing I know they charged me $180 for a simple pedicure and manicure that was supposed to be dip but instead decided to do gel X when that's not what I wanted... AWFUL don't go here!!!!!!!! Between the pain, the mess, the overcharging, and the disrespect, this was an awful experience from start to finish. I left feeling frustrated, overcharged, and honestly shocked. I will never be going back. Save your time, money, and cuticles and go somewhere else.

Staff was personable, professional, and communicated effectively sadly the lashes did not last more than 2 weeks and they were installed in 'bunches' rather than individual

Do not waste your time going here. Especially if you want a pedi for two…read more They take you only one at a time. If I wanted a pedi by myself I would have come alone. Expected to be done together sitting next to each other to have someone to talk with while getting pedi. First of all- I don't have a husband. Second - we would not have been completed at same time- the other person was done within 15 mins after I walked out. There is no way to do a decent pedicure in 15 mins. Lastly- I was willing to give you another chance so I could update my review and say with appointment this is what service is- but you don't want- and was not interested in making an appt cuz I left you bad review. Deeply Disappointed with My Experience at Angels Nail Salon…read more I visited Angels Nail Salon hoping to brighten my mood after losing a beloved pet the day before. I showed the technician a specific design and color I wanted--pink magnetic nails with heart details--but the result was nothing like what I requested. The color was different, the hearts weren't done at all, and instead of letting me know she couldn't do the design, she just continued without saying anything. My nails were also left uneven, with each one a different length. When I asked about using gel extender to improve the shape, I was told, "No, it's fine," even though it clearly wasn't. On top of that, the stickers were completely different--my reference photo had silver stars, but she used gold--and after only two days, they've already started peeling. This visit cost me $60, and I left feeling even worse than when I walked in. The lack of care, communication, and attention to detail was extremely disheartening, especially given the reason I came in. Only good thing I have to say is the pedicure was nice and I still tipped 20. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to have an experience like this.
