If you're looking for a natural manicure/pedicure, meaning no chemicals, gels, acrylic, or whatever else can be done to nails nowadays besides basic nail polish, do not come to this place. They seem to run a busy business for gels and elaborate nail work, but do not seem to know how to paint natural nails. I came here while visiting my mom and was amazed that they only had a handful of natural nail polishes... 90% of their colors are for gel manicures. I picked a color I hated the least and sat down with a nail tech who immediately tried up-selling me a gel manicure. I had to tell her three times I only wanted a normal manicure. She finally conceded and didn't say anything else to me the entire time I was there. She also really sucked at giving a basic manicure - maybe it's a NYC thing, but where I'm from for $15 you get a full manicure, including nail cut or file to your preference of shape, cuticle work, hand soak, exfoliation, hot towels, and moisturizing rub. The woman that worked on me here filed my nails into... something, not really square or oval (nor did she ask what I wanted), cut all my cuticles without asking, lukewarm towels, and a tiny bit of moisturizer. On top of this, because I guess they rarely do basic manicures, the nail polish was thick (old) and she seemed not to care how haphazardly she painted my nails. There wasn't any place to dry my nails and instead I was immediately whisked off to my pedicure chair, where I received a similar, though slightly better, treatment. Overall, I spent way more than I would in NYC for a manicure that chipped two days later. Don't waste your time if you're looking for basic nail services, they really have no interest in serving you. read more

Be careful with this place. I had pedicure, and asked the technician to cut out an ingrown toenail. She decided to also cut deeply into my cuticles on both sides of the nail. I'm headed to the drugstore to get hydrogen peroxide so it doesn't get infected. Also, they really try to push the upgrades on all services which I don't like. read more

This is probably one of the worst places I have ever been for a nail service. I walked in and requested a shellac manicure. After I was seated, the tech began to 'file' and buff my nails in a matter of less than two minutes (I'm serious) and was about to apply the polish when I stopped them and asked about my cuticles being trimming and a better job shaping my nails....to which I get a reply, 'you wanted a manicure'? I picked up my purse and left. (Never have done that before EVER!! ). Nor have I seen such a slack job at a nail salon either. I'm not a prima Donna but seriously? That's just lazy. smh..... No reviews? ? This is my absolute favorite go-to place for pedicures and unfortunately i don't even live here. I only get pedicures when I come to visit my sister who lives here. Its a must every time when I'm here. Every place I've ever gone to does a sad quick 2 second massage and just always sucks. This place gives a nice long foot/leg massage that feels great. They also use hot stones which is included in the regular cheapest pedicure massage. Its honestly the best if you look for places that give a nice massage with the pedicure. read more

A friend of mine referred me to this place. It was great. I made an appointment for the 2 of us to get pedicures and manicures together. We were together for the pedicure but no where near each other for the manicures. The quality of the shellac manicure and pedicure I received was awesome and lasted a month. I have come here for a few years now and their service has always been the most considerate. Towels for the laps of the ladies that wear dresses for pedicures. Working as a team to make your visit time considerate. The quality, the effort, and the generosity is so appreciated here IMO. read more

This place is absolutely awful! My bestfriend and I went in and asked for full sets or acrylics. Mine were $25 and came out good. The lady who did mine was pinkey. The man who did her nails however cut her nails too short. When she told him long. He then made them crooked and didn't put the acrylic on the whole nail. The corners of her real nails were exposed. We told the manager and he was very rude. He said that he saw nothing wrong with the way he did her nails (of course not because he wanted to keep the money) they then refused to fix them. My mom had to make a scene in order for them to do so. When they had someone else do them the man who did them poorly before was laughing at her the entire time she was getting them fixed. Making her feel very uncomfortable. Do not go to this place! read more

This was the only place open after hurricane Irma. My daughter needed a mani-pedi for a sorority event when she gets back to her college. It was supposed to $22 and $25, but at the end of the visit, it was $62. I had a pedi and an eyebrow wax and that was $33. This is not the first time we have been in this place and they change the prices on us halfway through. They don't always do the best job. I also feel that in the aftermath of the hurricane, they might be price gouging because no one else is open right now. I expected to spend $50-$60 all in and ended up spending $95. This place is alittle run down; like they bought second hand chairs. Even the waiting area seats are pits. It's a bit cluttered and towels are stained. The people who work here do a good job although I find it awkward to get a shellac pedicure by someone on the floor under the table. What I like is that they don't grind my nails off to remove earlier color. read more

Worst experience I've have today and I've been going there for almost 2 years. The owner is very disrespectful and does not care about his customers. Both nail techs that worked on me did a horrific job on my nails. I went in with my own very long nails and left with stubby nails. The lady that changed my toenail polish was very rude. Tony is the only one that ever did my nails before today and I have never had a problem-with him. Very disappointed with the service and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
