My tech was amazing, she was very kind, shaped my nails PERFECTLY- exactly how I wanted them, and didn't take too long either. The pricing also wasn't bad, very reasonable. Changing from 5 to 2 stars. Went back to get one of my nails fixed that broke and was met with attitude. Kept getting asked if I really got my nails done there? I kept telling them I did and even told them I would pay for my nail to be fixed. Which they did charge me $10. But I didn't appreciate the attitude I was met with by the older gentleman. He also didn't bother to shape my nail to match the others and left it all chunky! read more

I stumbled upon Nails 4U in Maricopa about a year ago and haven't looked back. It's great to go some where and get consistent results. I am a simple French tip manicure but with a super thick tip so my short nails look long. Not a expert at this, daughter in-law took me for a pedi, it was so relaxing, the chair is a massage chair.

These people are thee rudest people! I've gone here 3 times. You walk in they say nothing. Today I walked in and kept saying Excuse me. A lot of nail techs and none looked up. Finally I walked around and said excuse me, how long for a pedicure and the rude man that sits in the first seat points at the ladies sitting along the front as if I just knew they were all there for pedicures. I got a $55 fill in done on Saturday evening. By the next day one nail loose so I went back Monday morning for them to fix it. It wasn't until I got back home that I realized THREE MORE nails were lifting!! (Two have since fallen off)but I refuse to waste my gas and go back up there. I'll just never go back!! If I could give a negative review I would. Do not go to Nails 4 U! Worst pedi EVER! They didn't take off the old nail polish, filing was ragged, didn't remove dead skin from calluses (I paid extra for that service) & they didn't even clean under the toe nails. When I pointed these out, the technician adamantly insisted otherwise. I even spoke to the owner & she refused to do anything about it. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there again! read more

After moving across country, loading and unloading a trailer, I was looking for some relaxation and pampering. While I would say the young woman who did my nails was great; I was honestly appalled by the treatment I received by one of the older women staff after I told them I just wanted a pedicure and nothing more. I attempted to look at the gel colors to find which I'd like but the woman snatched the colors from me and directed me to the nail polish on the wall only. I've had some bad experiences at a nail salon but I've never been dismissed in the way I was as a paying customer. My polish barely lasted two weeks when normally they last a month. I won't be back but hopefully they have some better customer service for others. I won't bring my friends and family here. read more

I'd give it less than one star if I could because the guy that sits in the front chair was so rude. I went in for my 1130 appointment and the place was busy. I was on lunch so when he said hello I let him know who my appointment was with and asked how long. He loudly and rudely said he can not control how fast anyone works he is only able to control himself. His rant went on long enough for me to be completely embarrassed. When he was done I said I was only asking if you would check. Well he sits down and says something to the lady in his chair and I said again I was only asking because I'm on lunch and I can come back. He went into another rant so I just said forget it and walked out. I will NOT spend over 100.00 with a business where he was so rude. I had such an amazing experience at this salon. 2 weeks ago I went and got my nails done at above and beyond and was very disappointed in how my nails turned out. They were thick and rushed. Owner John Vu was incredibly detail oriented and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and fixed them. I've never been more in love with a set than this one! He was super funny and great to talk to and they are extremely professional and great at taking walk ins. Overall I'm so happy I found this spot and highly recommend it! read more

I had a great experience. I don't usually get my nails done in Maricopa because of bad experiences I have had at 2 other places, so I go to Chandler or Gilbert. However, my schedule didn't allow for that and I gave this place a try. I'm glad I did. Tran-(#7) did my nails and she was amazing. I got the dip powder on my fingernails. She was so fun to talk to and she did great. The ambiance was nice- it was pretty, safety/health measures in place, clean, relaxing music. I've been to several nail places in Copa and have not been impressed by any of them. I had a pedi done here and it was ok so I got a manicure too. I thought the tech did a wonderful job and figured I finally found my go-to place for nails. Three weeks later I returned for another manicure, this time a French manicure. Same tech. First of all, she removed my old gel with a drill. She did not do this the previous time. She was way too aggressive with it and my nails are horribly weakened - ALL of my nails are either cracking or splitting. The white gel on the tips was wearing off after less than a week. Also, you can see where she missed getting off the old gel under the clear new gel. Still can't get a decent manicure in Maricopa. read more

Horrible establishment, go elsewhere. Horrible, the guy that is did my pedicure rushed through the entire thing, seemed like he was annoyed and was pleasant at all. I had to tell him to be more gentle, I asked to speak to the owner and she said he's just fast, he's worked for me for 10 years he works fast and can take 25 mins for something that takes 45 mins, he gets me 2 customers instead of one. I was so turned off by this, I explained he didn't even do my cuticle, he was rude and needed to slow down, she said well others like him bc he gets them out quickly.. he didn't use the right color I requested, I didn't even let him massage me or do the hot rocks, after he kept pushing and tugging my legs. I used to be a regular customer here and now as nice as they are, I am never going back. For many years the won crem d la copa! Let me share with you my frustration it's 21st Century and they don't allow you to tip on a card. Also no credit card transitions under 10.00. This is super frustrating!!! When they first started this I went to the ATM. Then I had to go break a 20.00 and take back a tip. The last time I went I forgot you can't tip On the card so I did not have time to go get cash so the poor girl got no tip. Just recently I went in because a nail broke a week after getting them done and they said it would be 5.00. Well I'm like most I don't ever have cash and the minimum credit card fee is 10 so I left thinking. I'm Dont I'll never go back. It's a shame and a lame business practice. After going to two other nail salons in Maricopa and being extremely dissatisfied, coming here was like a breath of fresh air (even though technically you can still smell the nearby dairy farms lol). My mom and I got pedicures and they took us immediately and were able to do both of us at the same time. I got gel polish on my toes and she did an amazing job. My mom got the deluxe pedicure and John really scrubbed her feet and got the calluses off which took some elbow grease for sure overall amazing job and hopefully we experience the same next time read more

I'm new to the area and found this salon in the Maricopa magazine. It had great reviews so I tried it. It was just ok. I had some issues. My toe was cut at the cutical, my right hand the tips she put on were to big for my nail bed and cause my finger to become very irritated and sore along with my skin peeling off next to area. I also had refile all my nails as they were so freaking thick at the cuticle that stuff actually caught the edges! My finished nails were lumpy from tips, color from dip faded quickly! I made an appointment @5 and i waited 50 minutes and still didn't get my nails done, didn't get greeted by anybody right away, and they just didn't seem to care. My question is, what are appointments for if you're not going to make time for that person. If i would've waited 15 MAYBE 20, that would've been perfectly fine but i waited an hour. I stopped in on Saturday 3-21-20 at 10 am. I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. That was the fastest $40 i have ever spent. 16 minutes for total both. The older lady was very pushy and I should have left. My nails look like a 16 minute job. Ragged, not trimmed evenly, for both the manicure and the pedicure. I am extremely disappointed at the service here. I have been going to them since they opened and given them multiple chances. On several occasions I have gone with a friend and they have completely their pedicure before my feet are even touched while taking people who come in after me first. When complaining about it, they've given me a pen to say they're sorry, yet it continues to happen. Making someone wait for over an hour in water while completing the persons pedicure your with is unacceptable, I will no longer go here or recommend it.
