First time trying this nail spa after being disappointed by a couple other places in town. Fortunately I had a great experience with my services. I got a manicure and pedicure on a Friday morning. Got there when they opened as a walk in and was greeted by a friendly employee and sat down in a pedicure chair right away. I was very happy with both services. My family went here for pedicures and they were able to accommodate 3 of us with chairs for us to sit next to each other. The staff was very friendly. The prices were reasonable. I had the express pedicure and it still felt indulgent at $35. My family opted for other options with paraffin wax and a lot of massage. (They had four more besides the one I had.) I walked in a little after 4pm, was hesitant cause their hours are different online and the hours at the shop were different. Walked in, they asked what I wanted or needed, just needed a pedi, said ok, picked my color and got my service! Was super anxious and didn't talk much but I think I found my new nail shop!! Went here Mother's Day. We called ahead and were told to come at a certain time and waited at least 30 minutes for pedicures. I personally went to get a full set of acrylic nails waited over an hour to get sat at the chair, 20 minutes to even receive services on my nails. Once sat in the chair the person doing my nails did not attempt to clean my nails up of the hangnails or cuticles. The shape is inconsistent and looks like I've had this on for at least a week. Every employee kept bouncing between each customer receiving services throughout our visit. Every employee was very nice and friendly but after waiting almost 2 hours for a set of nails and have this be the result I'm not happy with this experience. Maybe visit on a weekday when they can cater to just you as a customer and take their time. read more

Got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish! I'm happy they were able to take me in as a walk in. It's so cute how they're a family, all working together. Their daughter was there too; drawing and being all cute. This was the first time I got my nails done in Maricopa; I was hesitant on choosing where to go because most of the nail salons around here are not highly rated. I'm happy I had a great experience here! My favorite part is the sugar scrub! There were so many steps so overall it felt like a relaxing spa experience. She was very gentle with my feet. My girl friend asked if I wanted to get a pedicure-it had been over a year since my last. I told her I would research and find a place that had good reviews. They were hard to find. So we called and made appt and was happy to be able to get in the same day! Walked in and saw a very clean salon. Greeted by Kevin who was friendly and very funny! I believe he was also the owner. I can happily say it was by far one of the best Pedicure experience I have had in a long time. So I took my mom and myself to this nail salon on Friday 4/12. First of all,, the staff were, very pleasant and friendly which I really appreciated cause my mom is 89 years old. Kevin worked on my mom, he was very gentle and caring, made sure my mom was comfortable while working on her. Holly did my pedicure and she was awesome, it was the best pedicure I ever had, will definitely go back. Tina did my mom's pedicure, very gentle and kind. Nina did my eyebrows , she did a wonderful job, perfect!!! I encourage everyone to try this salon, you won't be disappointed. I recently moved to Maricopa and was going into Chandler to get my nails done, but I wanted to go local. After several attempts I found the best salon in town. This is probably the best nail salon in Maricopa. I called yesterday on my way to work if they have availability and they said yes so I just went straight to the salon. I got there around 4:10pm. I told them I wanted Ombre nails and showed pictures. My nail technician was amazing! He took his time to make sure the shape is perfect (I wanted coffin shape). He just exceeded my expectations. He is quite funny too. I LOVE my nails and I received countless of compliments at work today. PS: The price is really good too. I am so disappointed with this place, my friends and I went here for an appointment at 4:30pm, but weren't seen until 5pm. There were three associates working, and one was going back and forth between clients. The salon seemed to be clean, aside from the wax room which had a bunch of towels and storage things in there. My nails aren't the best I honestly left unhappy with how they were painted on. I had asked my technician to reshape them, to paint more due to not covering my whole nail, and pointed out to her that the polish did not reach my cuticle. She huffed and puffed a bit but was harmless. It's an inexpensive salon to go to which I appreciate, it was 30$ for a gel manicure. Although, I will say keep an eye out for how they do your nails as well as making an appointment is not respected, and expect to wait a significant amount of time to waiting. read more

Nails look good, however, my boyfriend and I felt like they rushed through the mani and pedi. I got a pedicure and my nails turned out to be average. The tech was doing the nail trim and everything was fine, but when I woke up today (the next day 1/1/23) my big to is red and it has pain when there is any pressure on it. It doesn't seem to be the most sanitary it looked like they re use the clippers and other tools. They just rinse them and put them back in the plastic. read more

Awful customer service. I made an appointment for 5pm. I walked in at 5 pm and the place was pretty full. I looked around and gentleman asked what I needed. I told him I had an appointment for 5 (it was 5) my name. He just looked away. I assume they heard and we're going to get my spot ready so I started looking at colors while I waited. After 10-15 mins I asked how long it would be... he told me 35-45 minutes! In shock I asked how that was possible when I had an appointment! His reply was "a bunch of kids same in for prom". I told him, ok well that's the reason for an appointment. He again just said "they came in for prom, sorry". First of all, why did you let me look around for polish after I told you I made an appointment fit 10-15 minutes and NOT tell me then you had no intention of seating me any time soon. Second, I'm sorry but prom is a pre planned event! It's not my fault that those kids failed to make their own appointments for something they knew about weeks, of not months in advance! My intention of getting my nails done was to paint them green in honor of my fathers favorite color, for his funeral. That was an unplanned event and in the midst of my own planning I made time to CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT! To be told "it's prom, sorry"Ike that is a valid reason to dismiss a confirmed appointment, or just a superior event to whatever else someone might have was beyond upsetting. I did not know what to say and was so upset I just said never mind since I couldn't wait and left. This was just horrible "customer service" and just beyond poor business practice.
