Went here with my daughter to get my nails done and the job was absolutely atrocious. Staff wasn't very pleasant place wasn't very clean or inviting. They didn't use any new/clean files or buffers. I would highly recommend not coming here. read more

I've visited several salons in Maricopa, and unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing experiences. I was assigned to a technician who mentioned she had only been at the salon for three days, and it showed in the quality of the service. She struggled to properly fill my nails, and the final result did not meet basic expectations. What was especially concerning is that it seemed the staff may have been aware she was still inexperienced, yet I was still assigned to her without any adjustment or support. As a paying customer, I expect a consistent level of skill and service. I'm not concerned with how many locations you operate--I'm concerned with whether each one maintains a high standard of customer service and quality. Based on this visit, that standard was not met. read more

Don't waste your time if the owner isn't there. When the owner is away staff do not want to work! I went in to get the same nail set I always get from the store and was told they don't offer the nails. The owner normally does my nails every time and to be told they don't offer the nails is crazy! Just lost a customer! read more

Please don't go here, they use way too much product and get it all over you. The acrylic for my thumb wrapped around my entire thumb. I complained because the very next day the paint was peeling and there were air bubbles, the ne nails were misshapen, which I complained about and he spent an "extra amount of time fixing" I added pictures because no one would even listen to me the next day. I paid $122+ $10 tip but I can not stress this enough it will be painful if you go here read more

I have to be honest, the reviews didn't make me super confident but took the chance since I was gifted a gift card for them. I got a French tip pedicure, done by Tammy, and she did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail, listened to what I wanted and made recommendations to optimize my results so thank you Tammy! They look beautiful! read more

Lady was nice but I didn't get what I asked for. The lady even repeated the style name "cat eye" and I said Yes. The one that uses the magnet. She didn't tell me they didn't have the tools to do this, instead she just did chrome. I guess this will have to do. At least my cuticles are cleaned up. read more

If I could give this business a no-star rating, I most definitely would. My wife purchased a gift certificate from there for my birthday. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a nail salon. The older lady who performed the service was rude and obnoxious. I could not understand her words as she could barely speak English. She was in a hurry throughout my pedicure and manicure, and did a terrible job at that. She left fingernail polish on the skin of my toes and fingers and did not do my cuticles appropriately. She left two bubbles on my index fingernail as well, which I did not notice until I was home. She talked about me with her coworkers in a language I did not understand, and they laughed because I asked her to apply blue polish on my large toenails and clear polish on my fingernails. Bottom line - this place sucks royally. I will be reporting them to the BBB read more

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to . The tech was beyond rude and nasty. I waited for 30 min after being told it was a 20 min wait when I asked how much longer it would be she said 15-20 min I waited. I went in for fills and left with my nails look terrible. The lady would not answer questions and did what she wanted not what I asked for. It was very disappointing. I went in the next day and the staff told me to back later because the lady who did my nails was not there and the staff that was not there would not even look at my nails. I can't believe that they are so rude to there customers and are in business. read more

Hi, I'm really sorry to write this because I genuinely believe the nail tech (Lam, I think it said on her license) was trying her best and she's seems really sweet. To make this short I'm going to just summarize the pros and cons of my experience. Pros - cute salon - nail tech seemed like she was trying her best and was very kind - relaxing vibes - has availability Cons - I asked to see what nail colors they offered and never saw them - my previous gel set was pried off with a new nail extension, which ripped off many layers of my natural nails and hurt a lot - the nail drill was used on my natural nails that had just had the top layers ripped off and my nails were left so thin I was almost crying in pain. I was surprised they didn't bleed. - the nail drill was used to file my natural nails, which also filed the skin close to the tips of my fingers - nail extensions were applied crooked - acrylic nails were filed crooked - acrylic was not cleaned underneath the nail, so there's huge globs of acrylic underneath the tips of my nails - polish wasn't applied to the entirety of the nail as it didn't include the edges - polish was applied unevenly - chrome was applied with her fingers, no tools or applicator - chrome got all over my fingers - chrome was cleaned off my fingers with a wet cotton swab while the top coat was still setting - final nails were still crooked and uneven - cost 85$ I'm realizing now after crying and reaching out to a lot of my friends that my natural nails are destroyed. I cannot get my nails done for a while since my nails will need to regrow and require treatment to become strong enough to resemble normal nails. I've attached some photos, honestly the new nails do not look that bad but I felt the need to post this because I hope this nail salon can learn and grow, and if not I can atleast let someone else know what to be careful for here. My primary issue here was what happened to my natural nails, which I do not have a photo of, as I will now require nail treatments and potentially be unable to get my nails done for a month or two. I usually only leave positive reviews, but this experience was disappointing and I feel it needs to be shared. I came in for my usual dip powder service, which is $55 and includes removal of the previous set. While my nails were soaking off, I decided to switch to a full acrylic set with gel polish--also $55, mind you. To my surprise, I was told I'd have to pay an additional $25 for the removal of my dip powder simply because I changed my service. My issue is that the dip would have had to be removed regardless, and switching services didn't require any extra work beyond what's already expected in a normal appointment. If I had soaked my dip off at home, I would've still paid $55 for a full set with gel polish--so it really felt like I was being nickel and dimed. This isn't about the money, it's about fairness and transparency. If you're going to charge for removal, it should be consistently applied across all services that require it. To add to that, the reason I wanted to switch from dip to acrylic in the first place was because my previous dip set (done here) started chipping within 2 weeks--which has never happened to me, and I've been getting dip for years. When I mentioned this, I was told, "It's not our fault," which I found a bit dismissive. I wasn't placing blame--I was just trying to avoid the same issue. I did complete my service and I still tipped out of courtesy, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. I value good service and clear communication, and this experience just didn't sit right with me. read more

I really wanted to love this salon. I went right at 11 their opening time. I got seated for a pedicure right away. I was thinking "great, this is awesome ". Yeah, thats pretty much where that thought ended. PROS: They have a decent color selection. I like how they give you a book to look at to select a color vs going over and picking one yourself from a wall. The male technician I had gave a really great massage. CONS: I was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. So I was thinking, well maybe they just do one kind. Then 3/4 through my pedicure a person was set next to me and asked to pick a pedicure and was given a menu. The nail technician did not turn on the massage on my chair, did not offer me any thing to drink, did not really say hi or even talk to me at all beyond handing me a color book and saying pick a color. The pedicure itself was very fast. It appeared all his tools were in a plastic box, nothing was in a newly wrapped package. I was just thankful I was his first client of the day because it looked like utensils were not really sanitized between uses. My rough spots were all still rough after the pedicure. He only used a file vs the grater that I've had used for many other pedicures. He filed for just a very short time. I went home and had to file more with my own file to get my heels smooth. As I was getting my pedicure several people came in wanting services and they were all treated very rudely. It appeared that they were short staffed and their customer service seriously lacked because of it. I am guessing I will not be the only person not returning. I would definitely not go back here for a pedicure in the future. read more

Unprofessional and unethical establishment!! The owner is rude and she will ruin your natural nails! Never allow a manicurist to file the top base of the nail or the sides! It weakens your nails requiring more maintenance!! Nails are breaking as they grow back. Paint started chipping 2-days later! Horrible service! ZERO customer service! Negative vibe... not happy place. read more

I would not recommend anyone to go here!!!! The owner and employees are not responsible and when asked about a service they will tell you "yes yes have a seat" but, you sit in the chair and half way finishing the service they switch up on you and say it's going to be $$ for this and that or say they cannot fulfill the request. They take in way too many clients and have you sitting at the desk for over an hour waiting on a technician instead of being truthful and saying "salon busy" or "come back". I came in to have acrylics removed and the owner stated that they can go ahead and remove to sit at table 9, once the technician came she started to file off my nail and cut my finger started to bleed and not once did she say "I'm sorry" the technician had walked away to attend new clients that walked in the door and left me sitting there for over an hour just for them to tell me that they could not take off the acrylic!!! Walked out of there with my hands full of acetone that they had me soaking in and a bloody finger. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Do not waste your time, seriously not worth it. read more

My husband and I went in for the first time ever: not only were they welcoming but I didn't know they had been open for some time. We didn't have an appointment and came in close to closing time - they were able to accommodate both our pedicures. We chose the organic pedicure option which was amazing - they scrubbed us with real oranges and let us choose a scent between lavender and mint for our bath soak. I truly enjoyed the way they do callus removers as other places I've been use the metal grater which I've been told is unhygienic and leaves rough feet. It was my husbands first ever pedicure and they took the time to explain while also being patient which is leg jerks( ticklish). He came in with painful ingrowns and left with happy feet. Everything about the process was lovely. We will continue to come back!! read more

I had the misfortune of having Jennifer give me a simple manicure. She told me it wouldn't last long and tried to upsell me to a gel. I'm 70 years old and I know how long a manicure lasts. I have had the gel before and it was damaging to my nails. Anyway, I picked out a color and she must have spent 5 minutes texting. I would have walked out at that time but my sister was already soaking her feet. I think this woman got bitchy because she couldn't upsell me. Everyone else who works there are very nice. Awful waste of money. My nails were uneven and bulky. I had to fix my pedicure when I got home.

I received a gel manicure on a Tuesday and within 2 days three of my nails began to chip. I paid $35 for the service and gave a $10 tip. When I went back within that same week and requested to have my nails redone, but not with the same polish, the nail tech only agreed to redo the 3 that were visibly damaged with the same polish. She accused me of trying to get my nails redone for free, because I did not like the nail color. This was my third time at this salon and 2 of the 3 times I've received poor service. I am a Counselor and I try to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I think this is a hit or miss salon and I won't be going back. I now understand why they only have a 2.5 rating. Their inconsistency in customer service and lack of interest in long term customer retention and satisfaction is surely a red flag. read more

I've been here a few times before always great service. Walked in at 930 on Saturday all pedicure chairs were full and I didn't see anyone doing nails. Asked how long of a wait and was told 30 minutes. When I then asked if it would be 30 mins or an hour, the woman rudely said "you no wait you go somewhere else." All I was asking was if 30 minutes is realistic considering NO ONE was doing nails and ALL pedicure chairs were full. I understand being busy and I also understand I didn't have an appointment however customer service experience was horrible. Won't get another penny from me. One bad seed in the bunch can make all the difference. Immediately went over to Nails4U, got right in a chair and so happy that I did! read more

Left there and went shopping felt something wet and noticed blood running down 2 fingers. Bloody cuticles. I noticed a small nick while I was there but didn't realize how bad it was. They charge too much just because they rub oranges on your feet. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

The only person I've had a good experience with is the man who works there. He's always friendly and does great work. My experience today was horrible!! I came in for a soak off and full set. I understand the woman told me because I had builder gel, they couldn't soak off so she couldn't do a full set after she started drilling my nails. My problem is the way she handled it. She left my nails uneven and choppy and just said " I can't do anything with this" and dismissed me. She didn't even bother to give me other options. Not until I mentioned why not give me an option for a gel manicure. Then all of a sudden she can work with me. I just left. It's the attitude and lack of care that drove me away. read more

This was my first time here. Myself and a relative walked in, got a manicure and a pedicure. Both technicians seemed nice to me, but they did a horrible job. One technician asked me so many questions that I felt like she was interrogating me. My manicure gel nails after 3 days one cracked and one completely peeled off. Its extremely expensive for poor service, and a bad job. Usually when I get gel nails at other salons it lasts weeks not 3 days. The person that gave me the pedicure left nail polish on my big toe. She kept rubbing her chest on me too. Not sure if it was an accident or not. It was uncomfortable for me. My relative had the oldest technician, who did a horrible job on her manicure. She was rough, she gave her hangnails, and didn't even add a top coat to the gel nails and then abruptly said, you're done. She left nail polish on her finger nails. To spend over $100.00 for a manicure and pedicure, you expect the gel polish to last longer than 3 days. read more

I was a walk-in for a manicure and I was told it would be a forty minute wait. I waited the full time another client walks in and wants a more expensive service so all of a sudden she has an appointment! 1st time last time!!! So disrespectful of my time. No apology or anything. read more

If I could then zero stars I would . I paid for a full set and I asked the guys doing my nails to have them as thin as possible ( it's how I always get them ) and he assured me he was doing it that way . Well turns out I've never had such thick nails before . Take in mind I'm being getting acrylics for 15+ plus year . So when I asked them to fix it . He called my picky and ungrateful . And just went on insulting me saying I wasted his time . And then the lady that did my toes . Which was not what my issue was , starts to insult me too . And she finally said you know what we'll just take them off and refund you the money . Also take in mind I just wanted them fix never ever mention anything about getting refunded . They ended up calling the manager and then she tells me I can't refund you I'll fix it for you . I tell no I'm not going to pay you for having your employees insult me and belittle me . I also told her I was just the originally to get them fixed but after the way they treated I wanted nothing to do with this nail salon . So in the end she take my nails and in the process rips my nail (real one ) off and doesn't even say sorry . So in the end this place is horrible with customer service and little think nothing of the clients . So DO NOT COME HERE at all ! Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else read more
