I love this place so much! I always go to the same nail tech who brings me a water when I get in, has nail appliques I love and is really friendly. Reason 4 stars and not 5, I took my mom to celebrate her newest promotion and the tech that saw her didn't say a word until she started going on about eyebrow hombre services which my mom would love! No. It was insulting, and she was offering the opportunity to pay to be a model? After my mother clarified that no, she wasn't interested, the tech saw me and started again. I returned here after many years because they're one of the few places that still use REGULAR polish for pedis (Regular polish lasts over a month on my feet. I do NOT "need" gel polish on my toes.) I got a basic pedicure & a basic full set of acrylics on my hands. "Mary" was friendly, but elderly & with bad eyesight. She nicked my cuticle & it's now painful & bleeding. I got home & see caked, leftover acrylic on my cuticles. Entire job is sloppy & thick. As the photos show, NOTHING...NOTHING about this work was worth $55. Regular polish always wore fine on my acrylics--WHY are y'all using gel polish on acrylics?? I would return for an IMMEDIATE, complete removal...but this bleeding, open cut CANNOT go into a bowl of acetone. It's so painful, it hurts just to put a bandaid on. Instead, I have to go on my vacation with lavender Chiclets on my fingers. Y'all have GOT to do better!! And for any nail salon reading this--STOP demanding gel-polish-only for pedicures!! I was willing for the 50 but after a little thinking I just wanted to leave her seat she kept just wanting to find ways for me to pay more. little did I know she already found a way...... I brought my daughter for her first pedicure. They filled the tub on the chair with water & my daughter sat down but then chickened out. They still charged me full price for her treatment even though they did NOTHING but fill up the water. Extremely unprofessional. I won't be back. I'm typically not one to leave negative reviews but I'm sad and disappointed in the service I received today. The nail tech seemed rushed and was taking phone calls in the middle of my service. She cut my nails way too short and filled so aggressively she cut my pinky. My nails are all different sizes and look so poorly done. At the end of the service, I was told I could not tip on my card and had to tip in cash I handed her a $20 and asked for change and she took the liberty of tipping herself $10 (over 20% of the service price). There's also a water fountain located near the sink. Pretty neat to see that in a salon. I got a dip manicure and due to lack of time polish change on my feet. Great color selection! Nails 4 U is conveniently located 2 minutes away from my house. I can always count on them to get me in and out! I have never had to wait for a nail tech to serve me. This may be based on the time and day of the week. I don't have a favorite technician anymore. 2 years ago I used to be Kamy's client, but she moved away and they wouldn't tell me which shop she transferred to lol.. So now I just saunter in and see whoever is available. I generally get pedis and dip or shellac..they do a pretty decent job and the shop is clean. I also like that they use English sometimes and they don't talk you to death while you're trying to relax and be great! I will say that I'm pretty basic, I don't get designs or Swarovski diamond on my nails. I just come for a rub down and some polish. read more

On top of that she did my manicure TERRIBLY and MESSY . Had me put my hand under a light , then I accidentally pulled it out too fast so ONE nail messed up and she HUFFED AND PUFFED . No. What could have been a 4-5 star experienced turned into a nightmare almost requiring urgent care. My technician, nice and sweet but with almost no English, cut off a chunk of a cuticle that was actually my finger. I bled for HALF A DAY. I bled through four cotton balls, two bandaids and was still bleeding when they finished my gel mani- it took almost 2 hours. I felt nauseated all day, and pray they kept their utensils clean so I don't get a blood disease. She was very nice, apologetic, used all sorts of first aid treatments on me..BUT NOTHING WOULD STOP THE BLEEDING! Upon check out, I was charged full price (OK, seriously when someone checks out and they are STILL BLEEDING and REQUIRE BANADAGES, it should be FREE). I had to go to a very formal event that night with a bloody bandaged hand. Nice. I think this was a one time accident, and had it not happened I would have gone with 4 stars probably. They did wax my eyebrows really nicely. BUT! That was a serious serious cut, and clearly reflects training, skill, and health concerns. Plus!!! My daughter's toes did not last one day. First, they wouldn't let her use the colors she picked - picked one for her. She wore sandals from her appt at 9 am until 5 pm when she dressed for an occasion, and her pedicure-paint was destroyed. My first time in -was definitely clean and organized. Jennifer did a great job on my pedicure. It was interesting however that the pedicure is priced at $45 and I was informed that because they laid a bag in the tub it would be $46.... (really?) I guess my questioning of this practice which I found to be inappropriate made her a little uncomfortable because she failed to put on the dryer for my toes I sat there wondering why I didn't feel like the air was blowing. I read reviews all the time but I never thought this would happen to me. I sometimes think that the customer maybe came in with rough hands but she did this to me. So my regular go to nail shop was closed and I had to go somewhere quick and was told to try this place. First, I'll say the 2 stars are only for the clean environment and convenience as it's right down the street from my home. I wanted Dip powder on my natural nails so I was then shown to that station where they a variety of colors. I picked a color and we were set. As I was getting them done, the nail tech BRAGGED about how good of a job that they do and my other nail tech from the other shop did mines poorly. At this point, I'm just ready to be WOWED. That didn't happen. My nails came out another shade and ALSO had a dark film over it and was told it would go away once he put the gel top coat over it. I knew that wouldn't make a difference but whatever. I was right! The color I wanted was fire red they came out BURGUNDY AND still had the dark film over it. I told him I was unhappy but of course he still charged me dismissively. I thought he would at least take something off being that I was unhappy with my service. I will not be back. I selected my color and got seated right away. I splurged and picked the lavender deluxe pedi. I was so excited to go to this salon but I was really disappointed. I took my friend here to get her first set of acrylics and I wish I would've taken her somewhere else. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude for no reason at all. The gentleman who did my nails seemed unprepared. He had to borrow someone else's tool and he nicked the skin around my nails a few times. He was very nice and I went to tip him and the woman at the desk said they didn't do tips on debit cards which I just felt was a bit ridiculous so I went to their in store atm and got some cash to tip the gentleman. Also there were basically no alcohol options. I ended up getting a white wine but it wasn't very savory. My friends experience didn't sound any more enjoyable than mine was. read more

There was a older man who greeted me and did my toes. he did great! i returned today and i'm so disappointed. i went for another polish change and a full set. the man who did my nails seemed like a perfectionist but yet my toes were poorly cut and badly polished. not to mention he cut my fingers more than three times! I know he got the hint when i kept pulling my fingers away and kept grunting because he was sawing away making me bleed. My last polish change was $10, when i went in again it was $13. The outside doesn't look like much but when you walk in its everything you want in a salon.. Nail polish colors galore, big spacious layout for nails or feet, and of course wine! I got the deluxe pedicure for my first time here bad let me tell you guys it was worth every penny! I arrived no appointment and greeted nicely at door, picked out my colors and climbed right in chair. My foot goddess today was Lee. Between the chair massage, the Cabernet, and her massaging my calves and feet longer than any salon I was in heaven! A hot stone massage in addition to the regular massage and wrapped up with hot towels I couldn't ask for more out of a Pedi. My feet and legs thank her Lol For a first time experience this place was amazing and worth every penny. I will return and make sure I get the same treatment and if so I will never go anywhere else! This is pretty much my favorite place for a bargain mani/pedi. Depending on the special they've got running, you can get a deluxe pedicure and a manicure for $35-$45. You can usually walk right in without an appointment. A deluxe pedicure includes your typical foot care steps, but they also exfoliate your feet and legs below the knee, rub them with something minty and wrap your legs in hot towels for a wonderfully relaxing tingly sensation. Then, they massage your legs with hot stones and some kind of tropical oil that makes them feel very mosturized and smell great. I've always felt that the nail techs here were very thorough and take their time making your feet and nails look great. Like many of the more affordable nail salons, the decor here is kind of sterile with lots of big, massaging recliners for pedicures along the wall. There is a big, tropical-ish mural on one wall that at least sets a relaxing tone. I'll definitely continue to come here for affordable nail care with a few extra touches. I went in for the first time yesterday afternoon for a manicure/pedicure. They had a sign outside offering a mani/pedi special for $30- not bad! This is a fairly large nail salon with plenty of pedicure chairs (10 I believe) and a large row of manicure stations. You sign in at the front desk when you get there and pick your color. I was seen within 2 minutes- perfect! I opted for the $30 special which was the basic mani/pedi. I didn't think the deluxe pedicure was worth the extra $10 but to each her own. The basic pedicure was just what I needed at a price that was more than affordable. There were two cons though.. 1- my nail tech, Kim, was not nice. She clearly was not into her job, and kept yawning in a very obnoxious way. In fact at one point, the nail tech next to her waved in front of her face and smiled at me because it was more than evident Kim would have rather been anywhere but there. bummer. 2- it took a while, although I believe that was my nail techs fault. I have gotten mani/pedi's at other nail spots and been in and out within an hour which is how it should be. You can leave a tip on your credit card but you have to tell the nail tech in advance. Your best bet is just to bring some cash to tip afterwards. Overall, I would definitely return and I was very pleased. I just hope I don't get the same nail tech next time! read more

This nail salon has a lot of space and is really clean. Definitely a good place to go to get a relaxing mani/pedi. They were friendly when I went and did a great job! What would keep me coming back to this nail salon is the color selection-they had every shade of every color I could want! There were a bunch of essie polishes to choose from. There were a bunch of gel color options as well. The other nail salons I've been to simply don't have this many options and tend to be cramped for space. Went in for two pedicures with myself and my daughter. We were both seated at the same time and greeted from different employees. I noticed that there was something floating in the tub and when I asked about it the technician just shrugged. I asked for her to please help with several ingrown toe nails and she did not acknowledge my request. I could tell that she just wanted to rush through the service. My pedicure was finished in 15 minutes while my daughter's that started the exact same time was 30 min. Not only did the technician not help my ingrown toenails, but the polish was not completely covering my toes. It was way too much money for a 15 minute service. We will not return. read more

They assigned two nail techs (one for my pedicure and one for my manicure) and they worked together, as well as had a nice conversation with me. Thilda did my nails (I think), and she did a FABULOUS job. She painted a beautiful pattern on my ring finger to showcase my engagement. She did most of the talking, and translated whatever the other one was saying. I really appreciated that because at some locations, they have conversations all around you and pretend like you don't exist. Theary did my toes, and she was very thorough. Her spa treatment was fantastics. I was very impressed that she didn't skimp on steps, despite the rushed time. All in all, I had a spa treatment ($23) and a full set of french manicure ($25) for a total of $48 (plus tips, of course). One of the best pedicures i had in a while. Place looks clean and i inspected the bowl a few times before i sat down. If ur getting a classic pedicure it's definitely worth it. The hot oil and hot stones felt great. I really enjoyed the massage even though it felt a little rushed. My manicure was completely rushed even though i just got clear polish. All in all it was good. Went in about 2 days ago to check them out because my manicurist is on maternity leave and they are literally 3 minutes from my house soooo why not. The place is very nice. They offer lots of services other than mani/pedi/waxing. The guy at the front desk was nice and so was the lady that did my mani/pedi but her work was amateur at best. She left polish on my toes (around the nail) and didn't bother to grab the polisher remover to get it off which is lazy considering it was sitting right next to her. There was no way she didn't see it because I noticed as soon as I sat down at the dryer. She seemed rushed and that really turned me off to this place. I had some high expectations of this place but I was very disappointed. The location is convenient with plenty of parking and other nearby shops. I was greeted upon entering and seated with a manicurist rather quickly. She was friendly and moved through my gel manicure quickly. At first glance my gel manicure seemed great (shiny/glossy finish, color was opaque, etc). However, TWO days after my gel manicure, three of my nails were chipping and by day six one of my nails was completely ruined and I had to remove the polish because it was getting stuck on everything. A couple additional nails started snagging on things (hair, sweater, etc). I'm not a particularly picky person and I've had many gel manicures in the past and have never had this problem. I considered going back to have them fixed but that seems like a waste of time at this point. I would not return to this location for a gel manicure or any other service.
