Bought this Groupon to get a good deal and ended up being conned into paying MORE THAN FULL PRICE. Wish I would've read the reviews of countless other women who have gotten scammed and coerced to pay extra once they get their nails done. Paid for a "gel manicure/regular pedicure" combo for $28 online before my appointment. Once I arrive the lady does my gel manicure and also gives me a gel pedicure WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME IT WOULD BE EXTRA. I did not ask for this service and I assumed she knew the conditions of the Groupon. Once I get to the front desk the lady is telling me I need to pay $34 on top of the Groupon!!! For a service I was never informed of! If you are going to give me an extra service, could you at least tell me you're going to charge me DOUBLE what I already paid? I am so incredibly furious. I would've refused to pay but at that point, after getting a half-ass mani-pedi, being deceived and mistreated, all I wanted to do was get out of there. These people are LIARS. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, reviewing on Groupon, Google, Yelp. I'll be waiting for a refund. read more

If your time is important to you you should not come here! I made an appointment a week in advance for yesterday at 6 PM. At 5:39 PM, while I was on my way there in rush hour traffic, I received a phone call from someone (who now I know was the owner) saying that there was a mixup in the computer system and that I was scheduled with the wrong nail technician, and that my nail tech was working on a walk in that had just arrived. I needed my nails done yesterday for a function. I called this morning to speak with the owner, and found out that it was the person I spoke with yesterday. After trying to explain why what happened yesterday was wrong, she started to speak over me and hung up before I could say anything else. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and so should you. Appointments mean nothing at this place. read more

I normally don't write reviews but I have to say this is my favorite nail salon. The quality of work is beyond worth the price. Besides excellent nail service they also have a hair salon. It might sound strange to get your hair done at a salon that is primarily for nails but let me tell you they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I got a balayage from Annie and she really took her time to do it right. My hair has never looked so great and I'm extremely satisfied with the work these women do. read more

I found this place on Groupon and called on a whim to see if they could schedule me in and the lady who answered the phone said yes come now. That worked out wonderful me and boy did the nail tech do a wonderful job. She was gentle and quick but detailed too. The place was cute and very clean. They have a great system and they are very accommodating. The price point with the attention to detail can't be beat. Definitely will make this my place for my Mani Pedicures. read more

Love this place , the service is great , nail polish is all new , great prices and odalys is my to go lady I love her

I love this place I been coming for about two months now and everyone is so friendly. I immediately get greeted and treated as one should. They have an amazing staff that all take their time with their clients. I usually go with Oda, and she takes her time with my nails that if she finds the slightest inconvenience, she'll redo it to perfection. read more

My first time here was okay but this time I had to wait 30 minutes to get seen. Not sure I like doing this with covid, a call that they were too busy would be best. I was also 10 minutes late so not sure if my lady went with someone else. They said they were too busy and need to leave space because of covid. Then my moms nails on her feet got all cut and she is still bleeding which is why I mainly give this 2 stars. No need for that to happen. Also my lady said she would not put cream and oils in my hand since they did my feet first? So strange as they did it to my mom. read more

$30 gel mani regular pedi! Can't get better than that! And on Monday's they have a $5 off student discount just bring your student ID! This place honestly just depends on the nail tech you do your nails with. They are all friendly people but in my experience the best tech is Odalis! She is nice talkative and does great work! read more

I came into Nails 4 Me on a Saturday at 3:45 for a manicure. Not only was the young lady at the front desk extremely polite, but when I told her I had no appointment and needed service, she didn't hesitate or tell me they were unable to help me, she immediately checked for availability and told me very nicely I could wait, moments later a manager stepped in and helped her have me seen immediately. Now, if the wonderful service wasn't enough, my pedicure was amazing too! I recently moved to the area and can say that Nails 4 Me has earned themselves a new client. read more

Wife & I Both Had 1130am Appointments. We Arrived On Time, Wife Was Seen Right Away, But No One Was Available For Me. 3 Women Arrived After Me And Were Seen Right Away While I Wasn't. I Inquired Why I Hadn't Been Seen, Their Answer Was: "Cause Everyone Is Busy." Yet They Attended 3 Women After Me. 1 Hour Later, At 1230pm, I Was Still Sitting Without Being Seen. My Wife Finished So I Just Walked Out Upset. No One Apologized, Nor Tried To Correct Anything, Nor Even Said Anything. They Obviously Discriminate Towards Men!! They Should Let People Know Before Being So Unprofessional & Immature And Waste People's Time!! read more

I was excited to try this place out as it is close to home and only $30 for a gel mani / pedi! Though I arrived yesterday around 4pm and didnt leave till 6. Im not complaining that I spent a long time in the salon cause usually that means the nail tech is taking their time with your nails. Instead I got a crappy job and an okay experience. The picture shown is how my nails look like now & they look like a practice run for a new nail tech. Im extremely disappointed. My friend went with me, her nails are just as bad and they were done by a different nail tech. read more

Extreme lack of professionalism. I gave this place three chances and it was nearly as disappointing each time. It was the final straw after my last appointment where my nail tech wanted to leave while doing my nails and was asking other nails techs if they could finish up her job. Not only was she extremely rude but she wasn't even doing her job right. I sent a message to the owners complaining about my experience and they didn't even acknowledge my complaint. I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. The nail techs are very unprofessional and don't even do a good job. read more

The place is very clean and the people are very sweet. You do have to make appointment because it is rare that they'll have an open space without appointment but they always try to help out. Maria Elena does the best mani & pedi definitely recommended. read more

My husband and I went there each with an appointment at 11:30 AM but they only had 1 manicurist ready for me. My husband was told to wait for his manicurist who then completely ignored his set appt and took another person instead of him. I was done an hour later and still he hadn't been taken care of. My husband ending up walking out and no one even tried to apologize nor assist him. We feel they are discriminating men. The lady who did my manicure was awesome but we will NEVER go back there again. Too bad for them!!! read more

Great place to get your nails done. It's very clean and the staff are nice and friendly.

I purchased 2 groupons for hair botox and when able to wash my hair, very unhappy with results. I have had this done before and wash and go straight hair with no frizz. This place hair is just like nothing was done. I went back to place and they said I had to blow dry my hair which I never did last time. They obviously do not care that I spent 160 for services at this place. read more

Horrible experience and a complete waste of time and money! The nail technician was extremely rude and was annoyed that I did not speak Spanish, cut my cuticle to the point where it wouldn't stop bleeding, did not utter an apology in the slightest, left my polish with bubbles and couldn't keep the color on the nail itself (for both mani and pedi) Additionally, my polish came off in less than two days. I honestly could've done a much better job myself, for much cheaper, and without bleeding. If I could give this place negative stars I would. read more

I've been coming to this place for months now and I am very satisfied with the service. I started doing gel mani and the techs are very professional, now I'm obsessed with acrylic manicure and the way Maidenys works! She is so careful and committed to what she is doing. My nails were perfect for a month and I had to go and do refill only because my nail was growing but the polish was in perfect condition. read more

I love this salon! Very professional staff, happy atmosphere, super cute and clean salon. Already referred several friends.

I love this place. It's a super cute and clean store, many different services to choose from like hair styling, eyebrows, mani, pedi etc. Everybody who works there is very friendly and nice. I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it lasts me weeks. And should I have a chipped nail, which so far just happened once, they happily fix it at no charge. Mostly I do appointments but walk ins are not a problem as well, which is awesome for a mom with 2 kids :-) read more

The people who work there are super nice, but I wasn't to happy with nails. The lady took 30 minutes to do my toes .... my gel nail polish chipped of after 2 weeks. I wouldn't go back but the staff was amazing. read more

My nails (hands) only lasted a couple of days on two different occasions. Unfortunately, due to distance, I was not able to go back to fix them after the gel fell off my nail. My guess is that the nail polish they are using is old. Nice price and nice staff but I need my nails to last longer than that! read more

Very sloppy gel manicure. Nails were not evenly filed and she left lumps of polish behind and around the nails.

I came here for the first time today after hearing many good things about this salon and seeing their posts on Instagram. I was however disappointed and dissatisfied with the nail technician who worked on my nails, Claudia. The receptionist told me to pick my nail polish color and so I had gone to seen the options available. They have many colors. Claudia did not introduce herself. While getting my pedicure she would complain about the color I had chosen (dark blue) and missed a part on one of my toes so it looked uneven and I had to ask her to paint it again. When working on my gel manicure my nails were filed unevenly and I had to asked her to file them correctly twice in which she kept on curving the uneven nails in when the shape was squared. Long story short one side of two nails of my nails is squared and the other is oval. Part of my nails had began to lift from the gel polish I had before and had to ask her to remove the rest of it after she passed the buffing tool. And not all of it was removed so it's still under my new gel mani now. My last and biggest complaint was before my mani was done I had let her know that there was blue polish still left on the skin of my fingers from her painting. Instead of asking where, she proceeds to argue that there is not causing two of the other nail techs and their clients to look over at us. I had to point out to her where. If I wanted a messy/sloppy job on my nails I would have done them myself and not wasted my time (almost 2 hours), money or gas trying to have them professionally done. If I'm claiming there is still paint it is because I'm looking at it. She then proceeded to cut my cuticle again to get the polish out and file out the sides. After finishing my manicure I said thank you and did not receive a response. I did not have a great first experience. I would return to the salon as it was very clean, had a good selection of nail polish and the rest of the staff was very nice, but will not be returning to be serviced by that particular nail tech. read more

Ladies were accommodating and friendly. The only thing was that they are not appropriately staffed. I walked in for a gel mani/pedi and the service was not available at the time. I settled for a regular mani/pedi. It was the first day of the nail technician working and she didn't not clean her tools with alcohol before working on my feet nor hands. She did not clean the edges of my nails nor were they painted professionally. I took a shower afterwards and they started peeling already. Was trying to look for something convenient close by my house but learned my lesson. Not the best experience. read more

BEST salon ever. Great gel deal for students & others. Salon is very clean and the staff is friendly.

I'm not a person to do reviews about places but I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady that did my nails When I was choosing my color she kept hurrying me up because she had someone else coming in next. Very unprofessional. She also cut me, my nails feel bubbly. I have nail polish around my fingers. She didn't file them correctly or remove the skin she needed to. Apart from that she kept telling me to put my nails in the light for less than the time I was supposed to. Not a very good experience. read more
