This review is long over due! I have been coming to this place since they opened. It's family owned and operated. The owners are so sweet. They have an amazing gel mani and pedicure special. Can't beat that! Well kept and clean place.

The most affordable nail spot in miami hands down! You need to call and make an appointment as they are always booked even though their sign says walk ins accepted. I think this is the best kept secret but it's no longer a secret. Cons- pedicure stations are uncomfortable, the deign of the seat is too far back to be relaxed and the padding on the chair is on the cheap end. No frills here- sometimes they play music on the TV, the door is always revolving. Depending on who you get as your technician you could be there for at least 2 hours for a mani and pedi. It's worth it, the technicians take their time and make sure you like the style of your nails before they paint them.

my nails are crooked, and their literally pointing up, it's actually so bad it's sad. the other workers were nice, except mines. the front desk guy was a wonderfully person was amazing but the girl... they also charged me $100 for a simple set! the gold area was also tragic, the color was not it and i think she had no idea what she was doing. as a summery, DO NOT GO!!!!

My pedicure 24 hours after getting them done.

I went to this salon for the first time four days ago and had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel polish is already chipped (gel polish usually lasts me at least 2 weeks without chipping) and my pedicure was ruined 24 hours after getting it done (see attached photos). I took my sneakers off and the polish was completely ruined as though it had been wet...but it was an entire day after they were painted. The worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my life. The owner is not cooperating in refunding my money so I just filed a dispute with my bank. An absolute horrible experience all around. Avoid this salon at all costs!

Very nice nail salon. It also has a hair salon in the back area. It's under new owners. Which is a lot better than before. First of all the price went back to $35 for manicure and pedicure. The previous owner started like that and then jacked it up to $45. Now there are more girls working there which means no waiting time if you just walk in. Best if you make an appointment for no wait. The personnel are all very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and plenty of parking spot on the other side of the shopping center in the back area.

Small nail salon on Bird Rd and 104. It's quiet and relaxing inviting environment makes this place get four stars. Not to mention Gel mani /regular pedi only $30!!! Yay!!! Nice selection of colors DND and OPI. I had my nails done with Odalis and she was great. She was very detailed and paid attention to details. Very happy with this little gem. Most nail techs seems to do a great job from what I noticed. Pedi chairs did not have a massager but they had nice pillows to add comfort. Note- if u pay with credit card there is a $2 charge which was fine with me. It's easier than having to stop at an ATM. Very nice, low key, definitely will be coming back! Thank you!!

It was my first time and I absolutely love it! The staff was very welcoming and my manicurist Laura did a very good job! I already booked my next appointment! The prices are also very good! 10/10

Bought a Groupon and came to Nails 4 Me. Honestly one of the best manicures and pedicures that I've gotten in a while. The lady I had cleaned my nails and my toes thoroughly! They took their time and the environment was not crowded or too loud. Will be coming again! read more

While there are so many nail salons in Miami to choose from, I happened to have been in this area and stopped by for an emergency mani and pedi. I got my gel mani and regular pedi for $30 which is the only reason I'd continue to visit this location. The nail technician that helped me was Odalis, and if you're looking to do your nails here I recommend to request her and call ahead of time. read more

Wow! This place is AMAZING! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They do a great job and make sure to leave your nails looking perfect! i will never go back there again! I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with Debora. The following day which was Saturday, I noticed that my gel manicure was peeling from 1 of my fingers and it was too late to call them. They are closed on Sunday so I called them on Monday and complained about my nails peeling. I went back on Wednesday and they fixed 5 nails that were peeling . Odaylis fixed them and I was happy again and I gave her a tip anyway because I felt bad that she had to fix one of her coworkers lack of professionalism ! Today is Friday two days later, 1 of my nails is peeling again!!!! I am not going back them to fix my nails again!! I am very disappointed with the quality of their nail polish and equipment!! NEVER AGAIN will I go there. I highly don't recommend this place!! Unhappy customer!! read more

Although they did take a while they were amazing! I love the way my nails came out. I used the Groupon to do a gel mani and regular pedi. I am so glad I found this nail/hair salon!!! This gem is tucked in the corner of El Rinconcito plaza. I was impressed with how clean it was as soon as I walked in. The customer service from the owner and the staff was immaculate! My nail technician Nurys did an amazing job with my gel mani/pedi. She is sweet, very detailed and makes sure you're a happy client. I was in a hurry, but I also wanted to cut my hair. Maria made sure I left with my haircut and worked her magic to finish me quick. She asks questions on how you want your hair, listens to exactly what you want and will deliver it. Thank you Grisel for el cafecito! I am a happy client and will definitely be back! read more

Literally just left this place and i had to post about how amazing they are. I am such a picky person when it comes to nails, i need someone to truly care and not just get the job done and move on, but they are so dedicated. She checked my nails a million times for any imperfections, she asked me every step of the way if i liked my nails and i am so glad i found this place. They are welcoming and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I recommend coming if your nail place makes you frustrated every time you leave. I love coming to Nails 4 Me. I have tried different nail techs and I can tell you that all of them are excellent. The place is quiet, modern, spacious and super clean. The owners always have some Cuban coffee for the clients. The customer service is great, they always try to accommodate me. I just went for my Gel mani/ pedi which is a great price, only $30 and I left with weyebrows and a blow dry done by Ani. read more

Went to this salon for the first time to do gel manicure and pedicure, 3 days later mi right hand was already peeling off, called the salon to see if they will help me they told me to go back and they will see what could be done. I had to pay again to get the gel done (That ended up falling some of them the very next day) and the technician that had done my nails before didn't even try to apologize or offer anything to help my situation all I heard was that I was not compatible with the nail polish and that's why that had happened and that she never had anyone complain about her work. Overall not a good experience ended up paying more money that if I went to a high scale place would not recommend this place at all . read more

So in love with this place. They are super covid friendly super clean. The prices are great 30 for gel mani and regular pedi they have such a great selection of colors to chose from and they're all beautiful colors. Everyone is super friendly and nice the owner is super helpful and is very attentive of anything you may need. Loved how my nails came out. They lasted 2 and a half weeks and NO chipping at all!! 10/10 would recommend read more

I have to say this salon meets all my expectations and more. I've never felt more welcomed and in such a friendly environment when doing my nails. Everyone is always willing to help and I've gone before to do gel and I loved how my natural nails look but I was looking for a change and decided to do acrylic. I'm in love with my nails would definitely recommend. The owner is super helpful and friendly and willing to help look for anything you might need. read more

Really clean and modern place with great customer service and a friendly environment. I got a full set of acrylics which is an appointment only service but i didn't mind. It took rather long, not to mention the nail tech was late but that was out of her control. I came with a friend and we knew it would take long but we were here almost 4 hours and the outcome wasn't that great for the price. The gel polish was applied pretty sloppy and my nails are uneven, so needless to say I wasn't satisfied. The saving grace of the salon are the ladies that work there, they're very nice and the environment is very friendly I'm just not so sure I got my money's worth. read more

My nail tech was nice and attentive however the cuticle work was very rough. The tools/practices aren't too sanitary in my opinion (used same pumice stone, nail file, etc instead of disposable ones and had ants in the work station). Not a huge color selection, and I found it odd I was charged a fee to pay with a credit card. read more

If I can give this "salon" 0 stars I would. WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! I came in and specifically told the girl I was on a time crunch, I knew the girl was new but I still gave her a chance because I'm in the industry and everyone has a first day. Let's start by saying she took 10 min to put the aluminum wraps on my fingers because I had gel on 5 NAILS. Still gave her another chance..... move on to the pedicure.. again, she's new as in first day new I later find out.. it took 40 min for a pedicure WITHOUT paint. At this point, I was already restless and I had to leave (time crunch like I mentioned to her at the beginning) still cordial and keeping my composure I tell her sorry but I have to go. MOVING forward to the lady in the front, this lady still had the audacity to charge me $18 for a pedicure without paint lol she also added that mani-pedis usually take an hour and 30 min.. I've never had a mani pedi take an hour & 30 min in my life. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I paid & left the girl a tip because it wasn't her fault but WOW I was shocked at how these people handled everything. I later called and spoke to the OWNER an older man, he basically explained how there was nothing wrong with the way they handled business and I think he was even trying to say that they had no wrong in the situation. I paid for a shitty pedicure with no paint and wasted 50 min of my time FOR NOTHING because my nails look crazy !! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I was actually excited about this place being so close to the salon I work at but what a BAD EXPERIENCE. It's all about customer service in this industry people. No wonder this place is dead and has shitty reviews. read more

The only reason I give them a star is because my nail tech Odalis was a sweetheart. She went above and beyond to make my nails look great. She was friendly and charismatic. There is not a lot polish variety. However upon time to pay the owner could of not been anymore rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They charge to pay with card, and do not honor groupons. Needless to say i will never return here. Nail salons are a dime a dozen in Miami. The owner needs to take customer service classes. read more

Unfortunately for me, my Manicurist moved to Tampa due to the CO-VID 19 pandemic!!! The new norm! Ugh!!! I had no other choice than to find a new salon. I searched online and came across this place which is conveniently close to where I live & has great reviews on Google. Nonetheless, I was still hesitant as I'd be trying someone new. When I called to make the appt. the Salon Owner answered and she was extremely nice & friendly. I shared my concerns with her. We talked for a bit & even had some laughs. I got a good vibe from her. The salon & service didn't disappoint!!! It's very clean & Yaneisy is awesome! She's accommodating to suit your needs. I left happy & satisfied with the whole experience! Obviously, I scheduled my next appt. & will continue coming here. I highly recommend this place!!! Believe me, this is coming from someone who is super picky!!! read more

This place was referred to me by a friend. They have a large selection of colors if you're a gel customer and for regular nails like my self less than half the options. It's $30 for gel nails with reg pedi or $20 for reg mani pedi. I asked if they had funny bunny. (The only color I use). Then they did a pretty good job overall however Not even 24hrs later and already my nails have chipped. Normally it takes about 5 days before Nails chip for me. Also when I went to pay I got charged $30 and I said "oh I did reg, isn't that $20". On my first visit I gave her the benefit of the doubt in regards to her awful attitude and overall demeanor and figured she just had a bad day. On my second visit she was equally rude and unpleasant to be around so this is just her personality. Everything seems to bother her and she does not want to converse in any capacity or even make eye contact for that matter. She wants you in and out of there as fast as possible and rushes through everything including removing the gel from your previous manicure. She doesn't let the acetone cotton balls soak on the nails long enough so she uses the grinding machine typically used when you get acrylic nails to grind off any remaining gel to the point that it hurts. This leaves your natural nails thin and brittle. She does not ask you how you want your nails shaped and if you dare speak to her to try to tell her, you will get the look of death. On my second visit I opted for French which she charges $8 extra for. On day 2 three of my nails had chips and one had completely broken off because of how soft my nails were (see photos). Been doing gel for 5 years and this has never happened to me. By day 5 they all had lines in them looking like the nail paint is cracking. She is located in a dumpy shopping center and shares an entrance with an asian massage place. Masks are required, not optional. While she may be a little less expensive than average not worth it when your nails chip in 2 days .

I called right away, but they had already closed. I tried again the next day (Sunday) and they were closed as well. On Monday morning, I called again and the owner told me to come in at 2 PM. I asked if they had something similar so I wouldn't have to redo the color on my feet, but after looking, they said they didn't and told me I needed to choose a new shade. I agreed and thanked them for helping. Once they finished, they told me I would need to pay to change the color on my feet. I explained that I only changed it because they didn't have anything that matched what they originally used. At that point, the owner AND the two nail techs became extremely rude and even insulting. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly suggest you steer clear of this place. Horrible service.

At checkout, the cashier looks at your finished nails to determine what to charge you, which I also found unusual. I prefer clear pricing upfront. For the Sunset/107th Avenue area, I think they are seriously overcharging for the level of service and experience provided. Didn't even clean under the nails, so these will lift. I gave them a try, but I'll gladly drive the extra 7 miles back to my regular nail person. Definitely do not recommend.

Chloe took off my gels, cleaned and shaped them beautifully. I was so happy with her attention to detail I decided to do dip instead of gel. When I asked for the change from gel to dip she accommodated my request despite the extra length of time it would take and that they were getting busy. I've had dip many times before and it seems to be a hit or miss when trying someone new, but Chloe did a superb job. The staff was very friendly despite the language barrier, they made me feel comfortable even though they spoke a little English and I spoke a little Spanish. I will absolutely go to Chloe again.

Note that you need to consider that you have clients that senior citizens and cannot go on your new accusation. I will do my best to find another place to do my pedicure. When I arrived, I was told they were short-staffed, assumed I wasn't coming, and gave my appointment to someone else. The other person wasn't even there yet, the salon wasn't busy, and I was literally in the shop... however he no interest in figuring out my appointment. I may have waited or came back if he seemed interested in figuring out solution, but he didn't, in addition to this was really his second strike in mishandling me as customer. On a previous visit, I got a gel manicure and pedicure before a trip, and my nails started peeling less than an hour after leaving. I called immediately and was told by the same guy, I could get them redone for free when I returned from my trip. I was gone for three weeks, and when I came back, that was no longer honored because "I should have came back sooner" - even though I had specifically been told to come back when I returned. I continued coming because Phen is an absolute sweetheart and I adore her (she wasn't the one who did my peeling manicure btw). Unfortunately, between these two experiences, I'm done. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect good customer service and for people to honor what they say.

I was told it's under new management and found that their services are top-of-the-line. I received excellent nail care and service; I was taken care of like royalty, beginning with many choices of nail colors, followed by a choice of tea or coffee. The ambiance is relaxing. They even have bookshelves with real books for when you are having a pedicure. The prices are higher than in other nail places so it will be difficult for me to have a mani-pedi every two weeks, but I will try my best to use their services because I really love this place, and the nail technician Tania, was so nice and did a great job on my nails and cut very carefully the cuticles and dead skin around the nails I am hoping that the new management decreases the prices in the future. Today I walked in and was told there was a two-hour wait, with five clients already waiting while only one technician was actively doing nails. This isn't the first time I've experienced extremely long waits here. As a loyal customer, it's frustrating to spend so much time waiting to be seen. I hope management can improve scheduling and staffing because the service itself is great, but the wait times are becoming unreasonable.
