The…read moreowner booked the service and put us in for the most expensive pedicures but let us know we could choose off their pedicure menu when we came in. We chose the mid priced pedicure when we arrived. The tech understood us and repeated back to us the one we ordered. Upon checking out, we were charged with the most expensive pedicure, which is a substantial difference. When I realized the error the owner blamed us and told us we should pay since we received the fancier pedicure (I have no clue if that's the case or not tbh). We didn't choose the expensive one and I don't believe we received the expensive pedicure. Additionally, we were there for FOUR hours because they were running behind. When I told the owner that she was charging me incorrectly, she was rude and so unprofessional. She then texted my sister for HOURS afterwards ignoring our requests for her to stop communicating.
