My nail tech left some cuts on my cuticles and brushed past them like they weren't there, and I felt as though the establishment as a whole was a bit dirty. To top it off, our two basic mani/pedis + tip cost $225, which felt like an overcharge. The entire appt was 2.5 hrs as the owners decided to take other clients while we were only half way through getting pedicures, so we had one person for remainder of toes and then waited for each other for nails. .. toes with different length nails, childlike nail polish, and visibly dry skin on feet.. and the nails- similarly awful. The gel was bumpy, our cuticles were not cleaned up. When we expressed concern about the time, they said someone did not show up, though did not take responsibility for taking other clients and leaving us. Terrible experience with poorly trained nail technician's.
