Upon entering the salon it has a fresh modern look to it. The salon is very well decorated, has a great ambiance with the lighting and I actually loved the bathroom. Very clean and organized. My hair stylist is Avery Richard's. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and through the whole process ensured that I wasn't hurt and checked in on me often. She had spent 5 hours doing the balayage, foil, toner, wash, cut, style, and blow dry. I know my hair isn't easy to work with and it's super long but at no time did she make me feel uncomfortable because the process for my hair took so long. She was very hospitable. I don't usually book my next appt for hair but I really wanted to ensure that Avery does my hair again. She may be young, but she knows what she's doing. I totally appreciate her work. Avery was lovely. I really liked the decor and design of the salon. It was very clean, welcoming, and fun. They have snacks and drinks. I also enjoyed looking at the products they sell. I like the design of the bathroom and the offering of complimentary feminine and hygiene products. They are here to serve. Avery did exactly what I wanted and the price was great. It's been about 3 months since my Brazilian blowout keratin treatment and I could not be happier. Theresa was so kind, informative and walked me through the whole process. My hair was always frizzy and I would never leave the house without applying some sort of heat on it. Happy to say that with the treatment, I have not used any heat for the past 3 months and my getting ready process is 30 minutes less! My hair has never felt shinier and stronger!
