Level 10 was the first one that popped up. After reading the reviews ( all great) I decided to call the salon and ask who they would recommend for short haircuts. Two names were given to me. I decided to book an appointment with Fred. I was not disappointed. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did a great job! Fred is skilled at his craft, easy to talk to and has a great personality!

I have had one manicure and one pedicure (2 separate visits). Both services were great. The nail techs were both very kind and made sure things were how I wanted before proceeding. I got a regular polish pedicure for a trip 2+ weeks ago and they still look great. I got gel on my fingers and none of them have started to peel off like they did when I went to my precious nail salon. And the best part is how great of a massage they give your legs / hands when you get a service. I felt so pampered and it was worth every penny!! My old place would slap a hot towel on me for legitimately 15 seconds but here I get to enjoy the experience. And friendly reminder to bring cash to tip with when you can. There were quite a few people waiting but Cindy did not rush and took special care to compare each nail after every step to make sure my hands looked the same. There is no gap between the color and my cuticle and the shape is perfect. She absolutely killed the coffin shape (punny). A full gel set is $45 but they charged me $5 for the coffin shape (??) but they are so amazing I don't even care. With that being said, the woman who did my hair fried it, I have fine hair, you don't get to rip it out, she literally pulled the comb though the knots she created, anyone with common sense knows you don't do that, even after conditioning my hair it felt dry and fried, she was extremely rough and couldn't tell that I was getting madder each pull of my head. If this is how paying customers are treated you do not belong in business, and the hairdresser should be fried or retrained, but in my opinion she doesn't belong as a hairdresser. I will never ever go back, she didn't even cut or style it as requested. Very poor service and quality, I guess you get what you pay for.
