Hair was done nicely. But customer service was horrible. The woman who did my hair told me it would come out to 48 dollars and that they would let my 20$dollars off a 50$ service coupon slide, the owner was so rude and didn't take into consideration the fact that her employee gave me false information. She was also very disrespectful and talked down to me. Update:Here is a photo of the coupon which claims to have stated "color service" I am more and more disappointed with this establishment every time I speak to someone from there. The absolute worst experience at a salon I've ever had. The owner was rude and dismissive towards me and her colleague, said people who lived in my town were "scuzzy," and the person cutting my hair lacked experience (to the point that she asked two colleagues how to cut my hair during my haircut). While I understand people need time and opportunities to learn a skill, the interactions between the staff were tense and resulted in several people cutting my hair in the course of a 45-minute cut! My hair is just not that complicated and the result was awful. I asked for a refund and received it. read more

Amanti has moved to a new and improved location. It's beautiful and looks like it belongs in the city. I have been seeing Melissa, the owner, since 2008 which says a lot since prior to that I jumped from one hairdresser to another. I'm pretty picky about my hi-lights and Melissa knows the exact shade. She also is the most meticulous when it comes to a cut. She's truly a gifted artist. read more

Brianna is the absolute best. She puts so much time and effort into your hair and won't let you leave unless you love it. I've been in Brianna's chair for 20 minute trims and 5 hour balayages. The hairdressers are all in high school and have no acknowledgement of what customer service or customer satisfaction is.
