Level 10 was the first one that popped up. After reading the reviews ( all great) I decided to call the salon and ask who they would recommend for short haircuts. Two names were given to me. I decided to book an appointment with Fred. I was not disappointed. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did a great job! I have had one manicure and one pedicure (2 separate visits). Both services were great. The nail techs were both very kind and made sure things were how I wanted before proceeding. I got a regular polish pedicure for a trip 2+ weeks ago and they still look great. I got gel on my fingers and none of them have started to peel off like they did when I went to my precious nail salon. And the best part is how great of a massage they give your legs / hands when you get a service. I felt so pampered and it was worth every penny!! My old place would slap a hot towel on me for legitimately 15 seconds but here I get to enjoy the experience. And friendly reminder to bring cash to tip with when you can. Always preferred over tip on the card for folks working in the service industry :)

Your job is to do what is asked of you by the customer not what you want to do. With that being said, the woman who did my hair fried it, I have fine hair, you don't get to rip it out, she literally pulled the comb though the knots she created, anyone with common sense knows you don't do that, even after conditioning my hair it felt dry and fried, she was extremely rough and couldn't tell that I was getting madder each pull of my head. If this is how paying customers are treated you do not belong in business, and the hairdresser should be fried or retrained, but in my opinion she doesn't belong as a hairdresser. I will never ever go back, she didn't even cut or style it as requested. Very poor service and quality, I guess you get what you pay for.

They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted. For a mani/and deluxe pedi it was $69 with tax. Really a good deal. I will definitely be back to see Michelle again, this is definitely my new nail salon.
