It was a warm and welcoming environment that I felt very comfortable walking into for the first time. Vivian was my stylist and she was amazing! She greeted me at the door, had me wash my hands, and then chatted with me about what I wanted with my hair. I was in desperate need of a haircut and she discussed all of the possibilities I had to get back to healthy while keeping as much length as possible.
