Laurie was able to fit me into her schedule for the next day. She did a fantastic job! She's very personable, makes you feel comfortable and I love her nail room! I made my two week follow up right after, I like the idea of having the same person doing my nails every time it's more personable. While I was getting my nails done I met Haley and expressed how I did not like a previous hair cut and balayage I got at another salon. She took a look at my hair and told me she could def give me what I want and I booked an apt for the next week! Hayley did a great job on my hair, she is so sweet and we had a fun time talking. As we have moved over the years, we have tried other places, but always come back to Body Secrets, even if we have to drive longer. They are SO clean--and we are very particular about this aspect (especially with me being in healthcare)--so you feel safe and comfortable enough to truly relax! They are truly attentive to your every need--warm neck wraps, something to drink, massage chairs, catering the service to your needs, etc. Their manicures and pedicures are fantastic and truly spa-quality, with quality products, a relaxing atmosphere, attention to every detail, great massages, exfoliation, everything. I recently went there for a mother-daughter spa day with a massage and pedi for me, facial and pedi for my mom. Dawn gave one of the best (probably the best) massage I've ever had. I told her I'm the type that usually has trouble relaxing, and areas of my body tend to get painful and spasm from massage--so she truly made it a relaxing experience, with me feeling so comfortable I wasn't even self conscious (like I usually am), and my painful areas actually felt amazing! She did such an amazing massage!!!! She tied in aromatherapy, hot stones, deep and light massage, in such a skilled, relaxing way! Highly, highly recommend! My mom's skin was glowing after her facial--she looked great and loved it! Our pedicures were amazing too! No. What about the pumpkin wine? Oh we are all out. No sorry, nothing. And the pedi was so bad. No attention AT ALL to callouses. No scrub no filing. My feet were as rough after as before. I have had many many pedicures and this was the WORST. And to top it off. If you pay by charge, they put that info in their computer whether you like it or not. I will never go back-you do not need my in credit card i on file!!! "Its secure". No!.... every website can get hacked! My advice. Go ANYWHERE else!!
