After my first experience at Milano Nail Salon, I would NOT go back nor would I recommend it to…read moreothers. My friend and I went for mani/pedis for her birthday, and we were excited to try this salon due to its positive Google reviews. However, now, we know they offer $5 vouchers for 5 star Google reviews; this is not only disingenuous, but upsetting. The nail techs tried many times to get us to purchase the more expensive gel polish, despite the fact that we kept declining. Our pedicures were relatively quick, even though we scheduled spa pedicure appointments - I would say they were basic, maybe slightly elevated. We also got basic manicures which felt rushed. My nail tech left some cuts on my cuticles and brushed past them like they weren't there, and I felt as though the establishment as a whole was a bit dirty. To top it off, our two basic mani/pedis + tip cost $225, which felt like an overcharge. As we left, the nail techs even pressured us into paying with Venmo, and then seemed dissatisfied with the tip we left (which was more than generous for the service we received). Definitely will not be back.
