I love this place! The atmosphere and cleanliness are amazing and make the experience for me. Not to mention I've never had a bad pedicure here. It's just what I need for "me" time. Thank you ladies! read more

Excellent clean, professional shop!!! In and out! They follow their appointments and are not overbooked! My new favorite salon for mani pedi! Thanks read more

So glad I found this place. 5 stars on all expectations. Just perfect! First and foremost ultra-clean and sanitary, professional, courteous, and truly an elegant environment to relax in. Will be back again. Thank you. read more

The whole experience was great! The salon was so cute and clean, very relaxing and detailed work! This will be my new regular place:)

Solongo, the lady in the front with glasses has AWFUL customer service. I'm sure she's miserable inside but there's no reason to treat others like that. No eye contact when I walked in, and then she yelled at me to hurry up and PICK COLOR! The entire experience was bad, I don't recommend anyone come here. Spent over $100 for a bad job on my nails too. read more

What a lovely environment to get my nails done! Prices were great. Staff was wonderful. Going back soon!

Simple, clean, beautifully done. This new salon is so nice. I'm so over the silly fountains and dirty equipment. I walked in and was greeted right away from a sweet soft spoken woman who was not yelling at me from across the room. I was offered tea, a massage and she made sure I was happy with the shape and color of my nails. I had such a nice relaxing experience I can't wait to go back! read more

Great atmosphere with high ceilings and airy so it doesn't smell like polish which is good for pregnant women! Clean studio and friendly staff. Love that I can book appt online too and earn points. read more

The service was fine the studio is beautiful too ... the manicurist that completed my no chip manicure was awesome! But the owner/manager reprimanded me about the tip ! I purchased it through Groupon ... for a mani/pedi and I received additional savings from Groupon beyond the Groupon price. Well, she didn't like my tip and told me my service was worth $85 ... although I didn't pay that amount she reacted strongly to my 10% tip. Welp I gave a larger tip but she lost a customer... I was quite offended by her reprimanding me about a tip ... Just shocked ! read more

I enjoyed myself here! The ladies were kind and hard working. The owner was also kind and friendly. My nails looked great and they gave my daughters a great manicure as well. Clean and relaxing too! My only wish is that they stocked their nail polishes well. One color I liked was already finished. Hate to find a color I love only for it to be at the tail end of its life. WAMP. WAMP. read more

We visited the salon today with my mother who recently had knee replacement surgery and was getting her first pedicure since surgery. The staff was so accommodating and made sure everything was just perfect for us. Our nails turned out beautiful and we were very impressed by the cleanliness. Thank you so much to the team for a great experience! read more

I was visiting from out of town and chose this place based on reviews and proximity. It was a great experience--the place itself is clean and bright, staff were friendly, and I got a great pedicure. Sad this place isn't in my home city. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Naperville. read more

This nail salon is so pretty, but the service wasn't great. My pedicure appointment was at 3:15 and I was done by 3:50. Their pedicure massages are literally 30 seconds per leg. She cut my toenails way to short, I asked for her to cut down one nail and just file and shape. She had no space to actually put polish on. Definitely will not be returning. read more

Loveeee this nail salon. If your looking for a clean place this is the one. Great service overall. Found my new nail salon

The worst experience I think I've ever had at a nail salon. Usually massage chairs can recline and decline and move forward and backwards, so I asked and the owner I believe responded "well they aren't car seats, so no". An "unfortunately they don't" would have sufficed. There is absolutely no social distancing, and in these times that's necessary. Pedicure was just okay, she went so quickly. There were also three white women inside the shop, and I was the only Latina, and no attitude was given to them. Take that info with a grain of salt, just felt like a racial thing. There are so many other nail salons who deserve your money than this one!! read more

The ladies are amazing and friendly, my nails turned out great, and the studio itself is so cute! Love this place!

I just moved to Naperville from Norridge and I've been to five different nail salons, I finally found THE ONE! Clean/friendly/great manicure! The no chip color selection is great. They offered me tea and water. Lovely touch. read more

I loved how peaceful and beautiful the place is. You feel special from the moment you enter. The decor is very chic and personally I appreciated the lack of awkward small talk during my pedicure. My mind was allowed to wander and get lost... just what I wanted! My life is noisy, this was a beautiful escape... and my pedicure looks amazing. read more

wish I could give this place 6/5 stars! super cute, clean, and has so much aesthetic to it. if you're even considering coming to this location I assure you will not be disappointed in the service and results! i will definitely be coming back! read more

This is a beautiful, modern salon! My friend bought me a Groupon gift for a no chip manicure and I got a classic pedicure too. The place is very clean and they did a great job. Would love to come back soon! read more

Tried to make an appointment via online booking system which showed available appointments weeks in advance. I showed up and the place was closed. I was sent 2 confirmation emails and texts about my appointment. When I called to complain, the owner said it was MY problem and should have checked their hours. Um, why didn't they check their online booking and call me to let me know?! The owner was VERY rude to me on the phone. I will never go back and do not recommend going there! read more

NailBar Studio is a clean and relaxing nail spa in Naperville. No chemical smell and a peaceful environment. All tools are sanitized. They also wash hands between clients, which other "nail salons" go from client to client. Pay attention people! read more

This is one of the cleanest places I've been and she (I believe Kim) did an excellent job!

Love these ladies and the great job they do! I travel three towns over to come here.

Beautiful nail salon, the decor is warm and cozy. Very clean, all new, and EXCELLENT service. My daughter and I went for pedicures and we're very pleased. We will back! read more

Unfortunately I need to change my review based on my second visit. The manicure was wonderful, but the pedicure was with another technician who seemed to be in a hurry. I look forward to the pedicures because they are so relaxing, and I felt that I was in pain during it (rough massage, more aggressive technique for cuticle care), and she didn't spend a lot of time or care like the first time I went. She didn't ask if I liked the nail color, which is usually the case when I get my nails done. Now I don't really like the color (no big deal), but the experience here definitely changes depending on the technician. read more

Came here while on vacation and it was such nice place. My no chip came out perfect . Thank you girls

I have recently gotten a job where my nails need to look perfect..so gel manicures are now a regular thing for me. I tried out NailBar Studio three times, and two of the three were horrible. This is a place where they recommend you have an appointment before heading in so I book online for what I want done. The first time was fine, just a typical gel manicure. The second time I had an express gel and pedicure and I sat waiting to get my nails done for two and a half hours for an appointment that should have taken max 45 minutes. Ridiculous but I didn't say anything since they were super busy. I thought I would give it one more shot and booked one gel manicure for a Thursday evening. When I got there I was waved to the colors and picked out my gel polish. The manager was on the phone and she asked me if I had an appointment and I said "yes for (my name)" and she continued her phone conversation. Twenty minutes into my manicure she calls over to me saying I didn't have an appointment and I needed to show her my confirmation email. To my horror I couldn't find it in my inbox, but I remember I took a screenshot of (what I thought was ) my confirmation. Turns out I never clicked confirm. I apologized and, since there was only one other customer there, figured the two other workers at the nail salon could help out and all would be fine. Instead the manager told me to get out of the chair and wait because this customer had a reservation and I did not. Once again, I was mid manicure. I was shocked. Both the other customer and I left (I tipped the lady who was helping me because it was not her fault and she did remove my polish) the establishment because we both felt so uncomfortable. She made sure to scold me again about not making a reservation (once again, I thought I had and I thought she had checked me in). NEVER GO HERE. There are lots of other nail salons that are kind, understanding, and treat people right. This is not one of them. 0/5 stars. read more

This is the nicest nail salon I've ever been in. It's so clean and the atmosphere is very calm. They were also very nice and it's well priced! The only thing is, they started my appointment 20 minutes late. Although I'm for sure coming back! read more

I love this new little salon. I made a last minute appointment over the weekend and had no problem getting in. I went for a pedicure but was so impressed with everyone and everything that I got a no chip manicure too. The most important thing in a nail salon to me is the cleanliness, as it should be for everyone. Im sure I have been to my fair share of dirty places that don't sterilize their instruments or clean their pedicure bowls. This place was immaculate. Everything was clean, the instruments were removed from the sterilizer and opened in front of me, and all of the files and nail buffers were disposable. It was lovely. The massage chair was comfortable during the pedicure. The nail tech I had was very nice. I was offered a beverage when I sat down, for which I received water but it looked like they also had coffee and even maybe wine! Their polish selection wasn't extensive but I'm sure it will grow and all of their other +s way outweigh that one small - read more
