Upon arrival, I notice that inside was pretty big but also tight because they were packed. Most of the technicians had people in their chairs. They just move really quickly and were able to get folks in and out. I got a full set with Lee. I also got a pedicure but unfortunately, I forget the boys name who did it. The pedicure didn't even last one day, which was so disappointing. By the time I got to my event the following day, most of my toes had already chipped off. It's so frustrating when you pay for a service that doesn't last. When I do my toenails myself, they last for weeks because I don't use cheap polish to begin with, as well as I use SECHE VITE (a fast drying top coat) to seal the deal. I wish nail salons would invest in this and other quality polish for regular mani/pedis. Anyways, I absolutely LOVED my full set and am glad I found Lee. She was quick and efficient, although she had to keep leaving to answer phones, etc (maybe she's one of the bosses or managers). But I will continue to get my full sets with Lee.

I got SnS done and they usually last me about 3 weeks at my usual place so I was very nervous to try another location. So far it's been about a week and a half and it's going well! I will post an update once more time has passed. Tammy took her time and was very precise which I really like, She also does an extra step and puts a layer of gel polish and puts you under the UV light which I've never seen anyone do before.

Immaculate, Family owned, meticulous nail work and super gracious describes these folks. I usually have an appointment with Kim or Lee, but all the techs are very skilled and really know how to please. The massages on hands and feet are so.o.o relaxing and most welcome. I never feel rushed even when the next appointment has arrived. Oh, and walkins are welcome, but they are very busy and might suggest returning at a designated time in just a bit. I have found calling on a bad weather day or an off day out from the weekend, has worked for me. Tell them Debbie from Virginia recommended them to you! PS. Color selections are phenomenal! Plan ahead and arrrive a few minutes before your appointment for choosing. Though credit cards are accepted, their appreciation of your paying in cash is rewarded with a bit of a discount. They told us that there was a wait which was fine. The one technician started working on my nails (soaking them off) and working on my mother's nails. All of a sudden, someone came and moved me away from my mother's to the total opposite side of the building. My mother can't hear and has memory issues. I wanted designs on my nails. I was told that nobody could do designs. I had to settle for not getting them for the first day of school. The lady that did my nails kept pulling and pushing my arms while she was doing my nails. I mentioned to her about changing the polish on my toes, she got upset with me. She said that I should have told her earlier and it was too late. She kept saying that to the point that I told her not to do it if she didn't want to. I sat in the pedicure chair and she kept trying to get me to pay more. She was supposed to get the nail polish that matched my fingernails. Half way through the pushing and pulling she realized that it was the wrong color. I just went with it because I was there for so long. She hit my toenail and messed it up. Instead of acknowledging what she did, she blamed it on me. All of the other customers had the arm of the chair put down for them and the massager turned on. My legs were shaking and she just kept pulling and pushing on me. She kept telling me that I bias messing everything up. My mom was confused. I kept telling the lady that I had to help my mom. Everyone around me heard me say it. She wouldn't let me get up to take care of her. They reuse the gloves when they do a customers nails. All they do is turn the gloves inside out. That is a major health code violation! I should report them! I will never go back here again!

She then administered anticeptic and the picked up clippers in her hand in an attempt to clip off the excess skin, when I told her to stop and said "no more cutting". She finished with my top coat and I told her in my 25 years of getting my nails done this was a first and that I was very upset and bit shaken. She replied that I had very sensitive skin (which has never been the case). I was offered no apology or discount until I called back to reiterate my disgust and expressed that I was experiencing pain in my thumb. Tina then offer me 50% off my next manicure, which felt was presumptuous and dismissive. This was on a Friday, and my thumb [although improved (treated with hydrogene peroxide, bactine and neosporin)], but remains sore and it is Monday. Also noteworthy was Tina clipping her own nails (as my nails dried) which I felt was unsanitary, unsightly & unprofessional. I will close by saying that I do not write this review lightly, but was struck by the lack of customer service, and standards that I had come to expect in previous visits with other technians. This was not the case for me, this time.

Also, when you put that many layers it makes it much easier to peel off because it is thick.
