This was the WORST overpriced nail salon I have ever been to. I had the owner... who should know better. She rush and was so rough on my hands. I asked her to make my nails slight shorter (than they already were). Before I knew it she had cut them so short every finger tip was exposed, cut to the quick. Then when she tried to " shape my nails" they were too short and she just furiously filed my finger tips... ouch! Same with my feet rush rough destroyed! Because I didn't have my glasses on I didn't see the damage and horrible job she did. My nails were worse than when I got there. Overcharged and angry! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was my first time in years going to a nail salon and omg you can trust when I say it's definitely the last. The nail tech was super rude, she kept pulling and pushing my hands, whole time "working" she never looked once at my nails because she was too busy looking at everyone and everything around the salon except for her own work. When I told her they are all shaped differently and that she left spots when painting she just said "no I didn't" and charged me $50 for this really horrific job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We I decided to try this place one more time just to give it another chance. . I will not go back. I am not sure why people rave about this place. I am putting a review so others will know. The gel that they use is soft to touch on your nails even after 2 days. The only place I have ever had soft products. Gel should be hard after the gel sets. I had a guy both times. Seems like in a rush. He kept saying how much work he had to do. It was a simple gel. Also cut my long nails a little too short. read more

I went there twice and both times they said their credit card reader wasn't working. The first time this happened, I wrote a check. I was asked to leave the "Pay To The Order" section blank. I assumed it would be stamped with the business name. When the canceled check came back, it had a personal name instead of the business. The second time they said the credit machine wasn't working and they wanted me to go into Food Lion (Martins now) and buy something, charge it, and ask for cash back so I could pay them in cash. They just don't want to pay the credit card service fee. I decided to never go back. read more

I went in for my usual pink and white (French) gel manicure. The usual lady that did my nails was unavailable so I was told to sit at another station. She was rough with my nails, shape is inconsistent, the lines at jagged, there is hair in the white making it looked cracked, I still have white paint on the sides of my skin, and not to mention it took her forever to do this poor job! Not friendly. I'm all for supporting local businesses but even the owner is rude and snappy. I didn't even get a hand massage and she tried soaking my fingers in ice cold water. I got a mani and pedi for the beach and was disappointed. I am pretty sure that that my nail tech gave me a hot stone massage without asking and charged me more. When it came to painting, HE didn't paint my entire nails. He missed the sides of my fingernails and failed to paint my toenails to the ends. read more

Overall they did a good job. I however don't recommend getting acrylics short bec they go up and look a lil weird. read more

I arrived at the nail salon 10 minutes after they were supposed to open. The staff finally came rolling in 25 minutes late. They were rude and the man doing my nails kept barking orders at me. I was handed one slat if gel colors to choose from when there was about 10 other slats. They were very pushy to rush even though there was only two of us in there. The man did not take his time and my manicure looked awful. I had polish and gel all over my fingers they didn't clean off. My actually polish was uneven. Chunky in some places, missing in others. I included pictures..... I'll never be returning to this salon. read more

Left bleeding. Tried giving them a second chance because that even the best nail techs can accidentally poke you; however, it happened again and worse this time. Also, one nail on break was relaxing in the pedi chair with her feet (shoes on) resting on the foot rest. They had the typical hand towel over the foot rest and her shoes were in that. The next person that sits at that chair for a pedi will put their bare feet on that "fresh" towel not knowing her dirty shoes were all over it. ...I wonder if my towel they used yesterday was "fresh"?!?! Guess I'll never know. As for talent, aside from being stuck with the drill TWICE, the acrylic powder wasn't shaped evenly or symmetrical. They were also not filed thin. Granted, some people like nails left thick, but not this thick! Kia did taken over after I complained and she did fix them as much as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't have Kia doing my nails originally, so I cannot speak to her abilities. Unfortunately, I will not find out if Kia wouldn't have been a better nail techs because I just cannot risk another visit to their salon to find out. read more

I got a pedicure here with my mother and sister in law a couple years ago and don't remember having any complaints. Went back for a gel mani and pedi and found the pedicure area to seem dirty. The I assume the man who was the owner was sick and coughing a lot... I understand you have to still go to work when you're sick but it definitely took away from the relaxation! For the cleanliness reason I probably won't return for a pedicure. Overall no complaints about the final result of the pedicure, though. They only have DND for their gel polish. The woman who did my nails (T) did an awesome job of shaping them- probably my favorite look of a mani, ever! I noticed when she put the top coat on she was very stingy, and it worried me for how long it would keep. Well sure enough, 2 days later 3 of nails were majorly chipped, and one of them broke before I could go in to get them fixed. I went back in to have hem fix it and they did with a smile, no complaints about it which was nice. They said if it happens again to come back, and 3 more nails are chipped but I just don't feel like spending the time to make it another 3 days! Bummed because my last mani from a different salon in MA lasted me 3 weeks. This one barely made it 1. Also had my eyebrows done. No complaints, great job with the shape! Would consider going back for the eyebrows. And like I said they are very nice! That's why I have 3 stars instead of 2. read more

Went here for a pedicure with my best friend. Got in right away and they put us in the chairs after we picked our colors. We ended up sitting in the chairs for over 30 minutes. Nobody came to put water in the basin so we could at least soak and the one lady there didn't even acknowledge us sitting there. After waiting so long we gave up and ended up walking out with no pedicure. Horrible customer service. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. read more

She was filling the nails and then filed them I said "That hurt" she said "almost done" she filled in the index finger and it was crooked so I explained that is was crooked and she explained that, that was the only way she could get it ok because my finger was crooked. read more

They provide each customer with great service and ensure that everyone receives the same amount of care and attention to detail. The best pedicure I have ever received was at Nail Two--the additions of the hot rocks and exfoliating treatment make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa. Meanwhile, my manicures have always turned out beautifully. Besides the service itself, I like Nail Two because it is efficient and well-priced. Some other nail salons in the area take forever to get your nails done and have astronomical price tags attached to them. With Nail Two, your nails will be done in a timely manner and will have the same, if not better, results. Well considering that this is the only dedicated nail salon in Greencastle...so I've found anyway. I've been here twice for pedicures and both times disappointed. I've asked for callus treatment and they just seem to scrub harder?? My feet usually dry out from the clay or product they use. They are nice people but on Saturdays forget getting in and out within any reasonable time. read more

A group of us went today..2 adults and 3 little girls. They were so nice and took care of all of us. We all got pedicures plus 4 full sets and 1 regular manicure. We were in and out in about an hour and a half all without feeling rushed. Our nails turned out gorgeous and they even made sure to do a little something extra on each of the girls nails. The pedicures were amazing too..I've never had a hot rock massage with a pedicure. AMAZING!! I will definitely be going here again read more

If one star was an option that's what I'd give! I've been coming here to get my nails done but today will be the last time! The guy painted my nails a color I picked that I ended up not liking, so I told him and he started (literally) yelling at me telling me that I should have told him sooner & that he doesn't have time to paint them a different color and that he's "busy" now. So another technician told him to switch her so she could fix them. Horrible service and customers should not be spoken to the way he spoke! I'm paying for them so I should be leaving a satisfied customer. NEVER AGAIN! read more
