Olga destroyed my nails...not only did she leave them messy and the nails just looked ugly period. She filed my skin down and I have little cuts on the ends of my fingers. She doesn't know how to do dip. I've gotten dip from.her once before and she either applies the powder too think or doesn't know how to shape the nails down at the end to make them look normal and not huge/thick and fat. She told me the reason my French dip was ugly was because my natural nail line is wide. She literally made straight white lines in on my fingers that just look ridiculous. 55 bucks and 3 tips later my nails are shorter than when I went in and just plain ugly. read more

I have been a solid customer since I first went here for a manicure! They're always so polite and are a true pleasure to visit! I've been asked so many times who did my nails and I send them straight to T-nails because they are so gentle and always making sure that I am comfortable with my nails multiple times during the process. I'm always moving stuff and their nails are able to keep up with no damage looking as amazing as the day I got them done! I will probably be a customer for life because they are awesome! read more

I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know who gets their nails done. My nails came out "bubby". I took my daughter for a manicure and they completely ignored her and made her wait until I was done with my nails and I specifically asked for them to do our nails together. Awful. They would not honor a $50 gift card that I purchased for my wife bc it expired last month. 1st of all, why is there an expiration date? It's bc they hope the customer forgets about it and the money is lost. I asked him, eventhough you were closed for months due to covid, you won't honor it? and he said 'no, the owner won't let us'. To which I replied, 'I know you're the owner. I've worked in Asian restaurants my entire life growing up, and I know what 'the owner isn't here means'. He said 'the owner is in Vietnam.' Which angered me even more, bc I KNOW he is the owner. I've given them lost of business in the past, never again. I hope they another customer never sets foot in this establishment again. Nope, not wasting my money here any longer. I was home for the holidays & made an "appointment". When I arrived I had to wait a half hour. Then the technician rushed through my appt. 2 days later my gel mani chipped right off my nails without any effort at all. So disappointed. The nail salons in Charlotte NC have my gel mani looking good for 4 -5 weeks & that's quality. read more

I'm very frustrated by this establishment at the moment - to word it nicely. I came around 7:15-20 to get a nail fixed and they rudely told that they don't have time to do it because they're closing in 10 minutes... The close at 8 everyday except Saturday. Olga did a great job on my gel manicure. I had one a few weeks ago in Florida and it wasn't even, nothing weirder than uneven nails :/ average priced for local nail places, but great job overall. I will make sure to ask for her next time. read more

May is in Vietnam I had the Russian lady by default. I got a pedicure She is not a nice person. Rushed me through and caught my the skin on my toes twice. I told her to be careful and she screamed I am being careful. Did not rub the cream in my legs. Acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. I will not have her do mu pedicure again. read more

Highly satisfied, ask for Jess. She was hilarious and fixed the damage from the salon who had previously messed up my gel manicure. Don't forget to tip your stylists! They do not receive hourly, and receive some awful tips in this area. read more

They do great work IF you can get in. They say walk ins welcome, but they will always send you away to come back later if they have more than two clients. I always leave and never come back. They move at a slow pace and forget about making an appointment! They will still take others before you. Great work just so inconvenient. read more

Would not recommend. I had a gift certificate from my husband that I wanted to use and they would not honor it because it "had expired". Expired or not, we gave them our money and I politely asked them if they would honor it. It says a lot about their business ethic and character in regards to their customers and will never be going there. read more

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and got to my appointment 10 min late. I waited for help for another 10 min then was told to sit at a chair. I excused myself to use the rest room and when I returned a customer was sitting waiting. He then told me it's too late to do my nails because another customer is waiting and for me to come back 3 hours later. I told him I wasn't available at that time so he told me to reschedule... Smh... Today I called to reschedule for Monday and he said they are closed so while I was suggesting another day he interrupted and asked me to call back with scheduled day because he had another caller and hung up on me. Would not return or recommend to a friend. Accepted as a walk-in appointment on a Friday afternoon. Waited more than 20 minutes. Pedicure performed was rushed, impersonal, and lasted less than the 20 minutes that I waited. Worst of all the pedicure was of poor quality. I actually partially ruined the manicure I had given myself (which I must say was of a better quality than the pedicure which I had just paid for) by trying to remove some of the rogue nail polish from the pedicure. Not only was the nail polish poorly applied including incomplete coverage, I was also ignored when I wanted the problem fixed until I started to correct the issue myself at the check out counter. After the pedicurist rudely attempted to correct the problems, I paid and left. When I got home I realized that the pedicure was worse than I had originally suspected. A five year old could have done a better job. I phoned the shop to try to arrange a time to have the issue corrected, but was only given certain time slots at which the same pedicurist could be available to correct the issue. Not only would my schedule not allow me to meet the time constraints provided, but why would I want the same inadequate person to correct her poor product. I informed the shop owner that I would be disputing the charge and would post a poor review on yelp. He ignorantly told me that I could not do this and hung up the phone. Thankfully I paid with a credit card and therefore will be able to dispute the charge due to "product not as described". Great customer service. So here is that poor review.
