Through three regular pedicures, I thought the quality was very good. Sadly I must post this review of their appointment system because of many time wasting experiences. I came in for two SCHEDULED appointments and still waited for close to an hour. So! Last week dropped in instead, was told "Wait". After 1/2 hour & no acknowledgment or word from any staff--I left. Today! I walked in at 1030. Was asked "Could you come back in 40 minutes?" I came back at 1110. I was seated and feet in water after 10 minutes wait. Waited 30+minutes with no word from any staff. Dried my feet & left! This will be the last try for me--I'm going elsewhere. Please show respect for your customers! read more

What can I say, the place was clean, the wait fairly short, the employees polite, the price was low, final results cute. No, this is not a "fancy" spa (no matter the name), but compared to the first nail salon we visited in Chambersburg, it's a palace. Plus, they greeted us warmly, like they wanted our business and that makes all the difference. read more

Its okay to go here, service is good and the waits aren't ever too long, but I will say if you make an appointment you probably will have to wait longer... I had an appointment for noon and waited till 1:30 almost, I even showed up early. for the price you pay its nice just if you need durable you might want to look elsewhere, gel starts to chip after a few days and after a week my acrylic starts to chip.. so its okay for what it is. read more

The first time I went there and got my nails done they did a great job that's why I gave them two stars. The second time the women did my nails for graduation rushed through them and they was uneven and looked like a mess. Third time I went i ended only being able to do a little bit of them Bc the chemicals burned my hands so bad. So I came back today for them to finished. They did a god awful job my nails look so ugly I want to cry. I showed a pic looks nothing like the pic. If u want to go somewhere that just cares about the money this is the place. read more

This is going to be a long one, so buckle up. The last time I went I told the girl I wanted something for Halloween and all she said was "okay". She didn't give me any colors to pick from, yet alone ask me what I wanted. After she finished sanding down my nails, I got up to wash my hands and she completely switched stations, had me sit somewhere else, and had all my colors picked out without even asking! She proceeded to paint my pinky, index, and thumb black; ring finger white, and my middle finger BRIGHT fluorescent orange; doing whatever design she wanted with no chance for me to give any input for what I had In mind. She started by putting a spider web on my ring finger, and was going to put the ghost on my index but she decide she didn't like it so she wiped it off with HER finger and put it on my index. Now, ~this~ is where it gets interesting. for my middle finger she puts this god awful skeleton face on my hand that looked like a drunk Jack Skellington (example in the comments) . Even SHE knew it was bad; she started laughing and was talking to her coworker next to her about it and now I'm laughing; but not because it's funny. because I'm nervous and speechless that she thinks I'm going to pay for it! She finally asks me what I think and all I asked was if we could change the design in the middle because I didn't like it and she got mad at me and told me I should've told her sooner even though She had just finished the middle nail, and wasn't even done with it. So instead of taking it off she just painted over everything with black!!! She asked me if I wanted some glitter and I when I asked what the price would be (because I wasn't quoted anything and they have no prices posted) she almost hesitated, rolled the number 35$ off her tongue and said nothing else. I said if she wanted to that that would be fine (because I was still unsatisfied with the outcome and overall service) and instead she proceeded to put a top coat on my nails without saying anything other than "35 for you" and walked away before my nails were done drying and went to the next customer!! My nails are bumpy and uneven, my shape is inconsistent and she filed my real nails underneath so thin that they are breaking on the corners. I understand businesses are taking a hit because of covid but it seems like since they've come back they are more concerned about the money and the numbers of people seen In a day vs. the quality and satisfactory of the customers walking out the door. Called to make an appointment with a specific technician. I arrived on time and the technician was starting a new client. They tried to pressure me into going with another technician but I specifically wanted the technician I requested when I made the appointment. I feel as though another technician could have serviced the client who came in before me because I specifically made the appointment to see Dana. Very unprofessional. I didn't like this salon they didn't do as good of a job they are too rough with their pedicures and the care for their customers is lacking. They hurt my foot put a whole in the skin not good took a long time to heal. I go somewhere else now thank God! Highly dislike this place not good read more

Don't bother making an appointment because if someone comes in ahead of you, they will take them first no matter what. This has happened to me twice now. They should really just say they don't make appointments because they don't honor them. read more

I love this salon and have been going there for several years. Christine does an amazing job on my nails! I always make appointments, but the walk-in customers are acknowledged quickly and serviced as soon as possible. All the nail technicians are very skilled. Highly recommend! read more

absolutely horrible. i got my nails done here, and right off the bat, the girl just started watching videos on youtube WHILE doing my nails. she sanded down my SKIN instead of my nails half of the time, telling me it was my fault. she got angry with me when she did the wrong shape, and when i went to move to dry my nails, she didn't grab my things like most places (which i didn't care at all), so i grabbed it myself. she then yelled at me for touching anything, making me mess up my nails. then she got angry with me for that as well. besides her, the owner had her dog there. the dog peed on the floor, and she encouraged the dog to throw up MORE THAN ONCE on the salon floor. absolutely disgusting, i wouldn't reccomend to anybody. read more

I really love fancy nails I am a returning customer and I usually leave with a smile on my face however the past times I went my nails have broken after just a couple days which is annoying. I do believe it's because of the worker he's an older bald man I just think he doesn't know what he's doing. Other then that it's a great place! read more
