I once had straight hair, but as I aged and after each child, my hair has taken to being curly. Of all things! For years, I have struggled with what to do with this hair, and have gone to many a professional trying to get the perfect cut. I finally found it, and my stylist for life! In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable charge. I have literally spent hundreds at a salon, only to be disappointed and fix the cut at home, and the hair cut this afternoon was far less costly and far more in tune with my facial features and my tastes! Images of U is a hidden gem that I suggest everyone find! Thank you Rhonda!

Rachel was still finishing a client so I was told politely to wait. I waited about twenty minutes. When I got to the chair I explained the cut I wanted it and she then explained how it would look etc. so I agreed to the cut and she began to spray my hair down and cut. I had wanted a shampoo but she never asked so I just let it go, I didn't want to ask after she had already started and I felt like she was rushing the cut! The cut took only about 12 minutes. I was semi happy with the cut, until I noticed later after I had to go home and wash and style my hair, that the left side of my hair was a half inch longer! Luckily I knew a friend who fixed it. I certainly didn't want to go back to her! I'm not the type to complain but my friend had went to her a week after me and his cut was uneven he had gotten a simple fade. His hair was never cleaned up around the back of the neck or on the sides, like any stylist does. All in all not happy with the cuts and no stylist should ever rush a cut. Unfortunately I will not come back or ever recommend anyone to come to your establishment.

Are you ready for your world to change?…read more The only reason why I thought of not posting what I will say, is because I know this will get Magdalen more busy and man what will I do if I ever lose her? I don't know. But let me tell you a little bit more about the decision you are about to make. My first ever waxer relocated to a whole another state and I was lost for sometime. I tried to become a regular for European Wax but their service and work did not mix well with me. I am currently located at #AspenHills #Rockville and I started looking for waxers. Wanting to find a place that feels like home and a safe space to be reborn every other 4-6 weeks. When I found Magdalen's page, the reviews automatically got my attention and decided to book being that she was 13-15 min away. The BEST decision I've made all year. When you enter, this particular smell that its so deliciously delicate welcomes you. Warning, in the beginning you will be confused and nervous because her method is so different from what everyone else is doing. But trust me when I say that it's less painful and more effective. I have thick hair and it grows really fast but after my first visit with Magdalen I noticed about only 60% of my hair growing back. Which is crazy for the amount of hair I used to grow with the other waxer. She warned me about growing less hair and less pain but you just have to book for the experience and for finding a home. She cleans THROUGHLY... life changing. Her wisdom definitely outshines her years of experience and yes, you will look forward to seeing her every visit.
