I came in to my appointment, and was going to get my nails done for my wedding. I've had the picture on my phone how I wanted my nails done. The only reason I'm not giving the service a one is because the man that did my feet did a amazing job. I would give a 3 but the fact that my wedding nails aren't what I wanted my service gets a solid 2. The lady that did my nails didn't really do a great job. Before even starting my nails, I showed her a picture, and I said "exactly like the picture, I want to add just a little bit of length to my natural nail, just even out my nails." I very rarely get my nails done, it's been years sense I've had them. I thought the design was very basic, nothing to hard. When my nails are finished, and they brought out some Stars. I asked that they could paint them on, just like I requested in the photo. They said that they cannot do it because of the length, and they also said the Stars won't have any meaning. All I wanted was my nails to look like the picture that I have been looking at for months for my wedding day. I even requested just two Stars just on my ring finger painted on there like the picture to have a symbol of me and my husband to be. The lady said that she couldn't do it because the nail wasn't long enough and it wouldn't have meaning. Even though I requested a little bit of length to my natural nail in the first place. I was so disappointed and upset and that I nearly busted into tears, these are were my wedding nails. I felt like I wasted $50, I didn't ask for much on my nails. All I requested was for my nails to look exactly like the picture. That is what I wanted and that is what I did not get. Then she brought out the glitter and my sister was like what is this? The woman assured us that this would be like the picture and not to worry about it. So we didn't. We then got to the part where she was supposed to draw 2, freaking 2 small starts on her finger and she brought out press on stars that were silver. Great thinking, but that's not what the bride wants. We told her that Katie [again my sister] didn't want that and to have them drawn on. 1:15ish- Older lady comes in with an ipad and I assumed she was waiting on someone to do her nails, this is important later on in the review. So, 1:45 comes around [and at this time we've been there more than we should have and yes I understand how long mani pedis take if they were the expensive kind. I heard everything you said about us. We were being too picky, and how I was too big to be in that chair I was sitting on. Excuse me?!?! I'm sorry would you have rather me take up a pedi chair, I was sitting on the round rolling chair beside, out of the way, the chair my sister was sitting in. So, because of the fact that: A- The staff didn't recognize their mistake B-Argued with a client to begin with which is 100% unprofessional. C-Made fun of clients in another language in front of their presence. D-The ONLY reason I'm giving this a 2 is because the man who did my sisters feet did great! Thank you! I looked for a very long time, about 3 days, trying to find the perfect nail salon for my sister. I came here with my sister who comes here often, and we had to bring my young niece along. She wasn't misbehaving, but like any other toddler she has a lot of energy. The lady who was doing my sisters nails got annoyed, by my niece I'm guessing and told someone else to take over. We had also noticed that they treated their regulars with respect but couldn't do the same for us. I recently came to this location to get my nails done. Now I was on Groupon & had came across a mani/ pedi for $16. Hey.. why not? I already wanted to try a new place. Upon arriving there was a lot of people in the waiting room. Me thinking since they have a lot of customers they must be great. Well I got seated pretty quickly & I did mention to the lady that was doing my pedi to start off with that I did have the coupon for a regular mani/ pedi. She said okay.. She started to give me the service of a deluxe. I was okay with it even though it was going to cost me $5. She had my feet soaking in cold water. I asked her a few times to make it warmer but the water didn't seem to get any hotter. I left it as that. Now my feet are soaking in ONLY water. Previous pedis that I have received at other locations they would put something in the water to soothe your feet. This wasn't the case. Especially the fact I was paying $5 extra to get the "deluxe".. already I wasn't impressed. When it came time to the scrubbing of the dead skin. She didn't use anything. She scrubbed on my dry feet. No scrub was used in the process. I wasn't very satisfied. I guess the lady had to leave & left me with another lady. I asked her to please take off the dead skin on the sides of my feet since the other lady didn't & very rudely she pushed my foot down & said "yeah yeah i got it" .. The nail polish on both my hands & feet were done by other lady. By this time I have 3 different lady's helping me. She did an amazing job with the polish. Maybe cause I had a coupon they treated me like this? Other than that my time here wasn't very great. & Ill most likely be finding somewhere else to go next time. read more

I have been patronizing this nail salon for well over 12 years. Always had a good experience. They know my name and do a good job. Today I went in. I was not greeted. That didn't even tell me where to sit. I was NOT acknowledged. Water was NOT even put in my chair. I just sat there. After 15 minutes of being ignored I left. The owner was not there. Sad to say, I went somwhere else. It was cleaner, elegant, cheaper, and did a great job right down the street. You have lost a long time customer over being ignored and rude. I have been going here for several years and have for the most part, been pleased. However, the guy that did my nails left in December and has not returned so the owner, Mary, started doing my nails. Mary is the only person there that answers the phone so she is constantly interrupted while doing nails to answer the phone. Often when the phone doesn't ring, she will actually make calls while doing your nails. She is constantly distracted. The time before last that Mary did my nails, she was rushing and I told her they hadn't dried enough but she put the oil on and rubbed them with her fingers and on the way home, I saw that I had Mary's finger smears on my nails. I had to return the next day too have them repaired. I hardly have time to get my nails done, much less to return to have them corrected. The last time Mary did them, I had an appointment and had to wait 25 minutes while Mary did someone else's nails. That really disappointed me as I work and go out of my way to come to this salon after work. People were coming in at 6:30 and Mary was telling them they could fit them in so she was again rushing with my nails. She said my nails were dry and I told her they were not and she rubbed one or two and put the oil on and then took the warm rag and wiped each nail and destroyed them because they were not dry. She said she needed to make a note that my nails took longer to dry. That's not true. She needs to give them time to dry. She had to redo the top coat and then she put my hands in the heat dryer. The next day the top coat started peeling off my nails. I don't think you use the dryer with SNS nails. I think they are supposed to air dry. I called to have them repaired and, of course, Mary answered the phone. I requested that someone else do the repairs. However, I did not return. My money will be better spent elsewhere. The salon is going downhill. I like everyone there but simply can't pay their prices to wait 25 minutes when I have an appointment and then have to go back for repairs the last two times my nails are done and have the person doing them constantly on the phone while they are being done. I gave them a second chance but I will not give them a third. read more

If I could rate this salon a "0" I would. Absolutely horrible experience. The staff is very arrogant and does not treat all of its customers equally. I was not greeted as I entered nor thanked when I left. Although, I did notice other customers being given very nice treatment. It happened over and over so I know I was not imagining it. Also, I felt rushed and most importantly they use the same tools on everyone. Nowadays, most salons use a more individual approach and provide you with your own set of nail tools or provide some sort of sanitary protection. There is absolutely nothing special about this salon and the prices are high. I will never go back and will tell all of my friends about my experience. There are far too many choices in nail salons to put up with one like this. Use your money elsewhere for a better all around experience.
