I desperately needed my SNS done and a pedicure so I found this salon not too far from me. The reviews seemed decent so I went ahead. They did great me right away and got to work. I told the lady working on me that they looked lumpy and was told that's normal before putting the top coat. Needless to say they look horrible , lumpy, a completely different shape and different lengths. Stay far away unless you're blind and want lumpy nails. When I walked in, you can tell the salon is in need of some tlc. I was not greeted, and finally still standing, I was asked what I would like. I decided to give this place a chance. I picked out a nail polish color. There are polishes in 3 different areas. Not a good look. Call me OCD if you want. Polishes should all be in one area and a bit organized by either brand, style or color. Not saying that it should be perfect, but it was hard to find what I was looking for. I needed a full set and a pedicure. I'm not sure who my manicurist was, but she was nice, once I sat down. I asked for a curved style tip and, by the end, there was no curve. Although, I do have to say, I'm satisfied with the finished look. Not exactly what I was looking for though. One thing that went wrong was that it was painful when she filed. And got a little aggressive with the dremel. My nail beds are very sore, and I bled in 3 places. She did not acknowledge the blood on my finger(s). Also I was given a pedi the old way, not in a spa chair. I was a little disappointed, but hey, whats a girl to do? I have a toe nail that is growing a little thick, and asked for it to be filed down a bit, to smooth it out. Didn't happen. She did honor me by not cutting into the sides of my toe nails, as I asked. When it came time to pay $60. Wow. That's expensive for a full set and a pedi I won't be coming back, due to the painful filing, and the issue of not delivering what I was asking for. Luckily, I had enough cash. They should take credit/debit. They would have more happy customers. read more

I went here a couple of months ago and the customer service was great, they were very engaging and accommodating. Unfortunately, the finished product while looking relatively nice, I had asked for a gradient and it had looked very splotchy. At first things went well, but judt after a couple days I was putting my shoes on and three popped off. Same happened when putting on my bra the next few days. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. Today, Lisa was able to knock my socks off. She did acrylic fill in, manicure and gel polish and I have never ever been more pleased! I live in East Cobb so driving to get my nails done will take 30 minutes every 2 weeks. I will absolutely drive all the way to Dunwoody for Lisa!!! read more

I've been here twice now, and each time, Kim has been the one to do my nails. She is fantastic. In the past, when I've gotten gel nail polish, it's begun to peel off within a week. The last two times that Kim has done my nails, the polish has stayed on until I've gone in to have it taken off. As a bonus, everyone in the salon is very friendly, and the prices are much lower than I was paying at another local nail salon. The only downside is that they do not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring cash or your checkbook! read more

Went here Thursday march 17, 2011. It was my first time here and the lady I had was good. My pedicure came out very nice. I'm giving 4 stars due to the fact they don't take credit cards. When the lady asked me to pay I handed her my credit card and she said they don't take it there, and I didn't have cash/check, which is all they take. I had to drive to my bank which was down the road. There was no sign ether. Would have been nice if they had a sign posted. BRING CASH or CHECK here!!! This little shop is nestled away in a shopping center near Perimeter mall. Great customer service and very attentive and do a pretty good job. One thing to note: they only take cash or checks! the picture i took is right after i left the place. i specifically asked if the gel polish could be so close to the cuticle that it would be touching. this did not happen and after 3 coats of the polish the purple looks completely uneven. the place is extremely outdated, but always packed, oddly. i will give it to the other reviewers that the ladies are very nice there but for a terrible job and dumpy environment , no way. i'll stick to my elegant nails in roswell. read more

I used to like going here. But after my last visit I will never return. They did a good job on the painting of my nails. But the actual service I received was awful. As for the lady who did my manicure. Omg she is the reason I will never return. This was the absolute worse manicure I had ever received in my life. She half assed doing it and tried to do it as fast as possible and was extremely rough. My hands were hurting for about 2 hours after I left! I told her about 2 nails I had that were broken and she was extra rough with them. At one point she took her own nail and scrapped as hard as she could to take the nail polish off of my nail. Didn't use remover, used her OWN nail. So unsanitary! Then instead of asking me to remove my hand from the UV light she ripped it away from my hand causing me to hit my nails on the side. She was so rough and rude. But as soon as her appointment walked in. She changed her attitude and gave them better service. They were telling her about their broken nail and she was like oh no I can be careful and help with that. So basically she did not care about me since I was a walk in and treated me awfully and tried to do my nails as fast as possible, so she could work with the person she wanted to work with. As for the pedicure. I didn't even receive the pedicure I asked for. I asked for callus removal and they only took like half off it off. Received mani-pedi for $35 at this quaint quiet shop. Not fancy, but it does have a relaxing atmosphere. Visited on a Tues morning approx 9:40 and was finished in 45 min. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My nail technician was not only slow, but had no idea what she was doing. I asked for SNS with tips & it was clearly her first time ever doing it. Multiple other nail technicians had to hover over her shoulder or come & take her place at times to show her what to do. She even had to be showed how to file my nail properly. She misused her tools, causing damage to my real nails, applied the wrong size tip to almost all of my nails, couldn't file them into the shape I repeatedly asked for, & failed to follow the basic steps of applying SNS, skipping multiple steps throughout the process. The color did not even turn out how it was supposed to. And after only 5 days my nails have already started falling off. I wish I could get my money back, but I will never be returning back to this salon! read more

I rarely leave bad reviews....however if I could give zero stars I would. my friend and I called to schedule appointments. we specifically asked if they could take out ingrowns to which they said yes. we went to our appointment and were not seated for 25 minutes. Once seated, we waited for another 20 minutes. while I was seated a woman came over and started drilling off my sns, cutting me several times on my left hand. she had a client and left me with my right hand still having sns on it. another lady came over and began on my right hand. the pedicure was just okay...not very sanitary and I still have my ingrowns. Once the pedicure was done they wanted me to walk barefoot to the nail station to which I said no. the sns is terrible my nails are awful...several cuts, mishaps and thin. it may have been her first time. if you can go anywhere else I would. what should have been an hour or so process...3 and half hours later.... do better! read more

Great little neighborhood place. No appointment necessary but once you find your favorite you'll want to book ahead! In addition to the normal mani/pedi add some extra foot massage time for a treat. Add a little shoulder massage or get your eyebrows done. What more could a girl ask for? read more
