I go here for gel manicures, SNS manicures and pedicures, and I have been happy with the services every time. The nails last a long time, regardless of the service, which is my primary concern. They do a high quality job. The staff are also engaging and create an atmosphere where you can just unwind, relax, vent, and just be yourself, which is what you want when you are going somewhere for "me time." Definitely recommend them. They take walk ins but sometimes they can get quite busy on the weekends so it's best to call in for an appointment.

She already told me that day I got my nails done that it would ruin the shoe more. So doing it once it's dry is ridiculous. Told me I'm constantly blowing up her phone when I only called Three times over the course of 2 weeks twice today and once the day I got my nails done. I have records. I will be talking to my lawyer about further processing. ALSO SIDE NOTE : Owner husband had COVID 19 to the point were he was hospitalized and felt comfortable enough to have a full blown convo about it in front of me with the nail tech while doing my nails. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable... they didn't offer any extra cleaning. I would of gotten up if he wasn't in the process of doing my feet. Paint quality isn't great started chipping days after have a gel manicure. They are all extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a efficient business. After it changed ownership and became Nail Avenue the service has gone way, way down. It started with raising prices. I put up with that because the location was convenient and I wanted to give the new management a chance. And of course, everyone is riding the inflation wave to raise prices on everything. Then, on one instance when I had made an appointment and had scheduled childcare around it to actually leave my house for 2 hours to get this nail appointment done for myself, the owner called me two hours prior to say she had to cancel because she didn't have enough nail techs. When i said ok well I'll just have to find a new place, they called back to say they would squeeze me jn. Today, I had scheduled an appointment, was confirmed and when I got to the venue at my scheduled time, I was told they had been trying to reach me because they are way, way behind schedule and cannot take me today. I asked them how I had no texts or calls or why they wouldn't have my number in their system if I booked the appointment through the very number they should have tried to reach. They had no answer. Needless to say I'm done with this place. I will not tolerate poor service and a waste of my time.
