I go here for gel manicures, SNS manicures and pedicures, and I have been happy with the services every time. The nails last a long time, regardless of the service, which is my primary concern. They do a high quality job. The staff are also engaging and create an atmosphere where you can just unwind, relax, vent, and just be yourself, which is what you want when you are going somewhere for "me time." After it changed ownership and became Nail Avenue the service has gone way, way down. It started with raising prices. Then, on one instance when I had made an appointment and had scheduled childcare around it to actually leave my house for 2 hours to get this nail appointment done for myself, the owner called me two hours prior to say she had to cancel because she didn't have enough nail techs. When i said ok well I'll just have to find a new place, they called back to say they would squeeze me jn. Today, I had scheduled an appointment, was confirmed and when I got to the venue at my scheduled time, I was told they had been trying to reach me because they are way, way behind schedule and cannot take me today. I asked them how I had no texts or calls or why they wouldn't have my number in their system if I booked the appointment through the very number they should have tried to reach. They had no answer.
