I want to love this place SO bad. They have amazing customer service + get incredible feet massages, but I've gone multiple times & they always miss the mark on my nails (whether it be shellac or sns) Today, they were so rough with my sns manicure that two of my fingers were bleeding & then they put the oil on and it was stingy my cuts. Also I broke my fingernail on my right hand ring finger and we added a tip and it is so obvious and doesn't match my other fingers at all :(

I've been going to Nail Fervor for over 4 years off and on. Saturday was my usual two week pamper session and also preparing for spring. Mani/pedi session. I only like for Henry or his wife Pam to do my nails. However Henry was booked and thank goodness Pam was available. Kim did my pedicure and she's always gentle along with a funny personality. Everyone is super pleasant and I enjoy my time spent there. If you live in the Dunwoody area, check out Nail Fervour. Enjoy a nice massage while getting your pedicure or watch a little TV on one of the two mounted flat screens in front of you. They also specialize in waxing. Nail Fervour has a clientele of both women and men of all ages and also children. There's a wide selection of colors from your darkest to your lightest from brands such as OPI, Essie and other techniques/options such as gel nails, pink/white dip powder and SNS nails. Walk-ins are accepted. They accept all forms of payment ( cash, credit cards, also surprisingly accept personal checks). There is a public restroom available for customers as well as beverages (soda, bottle water, hot/cold tea). So what are you waiting for.... Go check them out - Tell them I sent you.

Salon view on a Sunday afternoon

I stopped in for a pedicure with a friend on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't very busy so we were seated and tended to right away. The place has been here 12-13 years so the interior is not fancy, and the material on some of the chairs has cracked and is being held together by black duct tape (which caused the chair to feel scratchy on my legs). They don't have a very large collection of colors but they have the basic colors from OPI, Essie and another brand I don't recall. The staff was nice and the prices seemed average ($28 for pedi/mani, $18 for pedi). If you are in the area and want to be seen quick and don't need something really fancy I would recommend this place.

    Chipped nail within 24 hours.

Went here a few times because the workers are really nice; however, their quality of work is below average. Both times I got a gel manicure which starts peeling off in less than 24 hours. They don't last long but for it to start chipping in less than 24 hours is unsatisfactory. I wasn't even doing any manual/hard labor for them to come off. I will not be returning.

I read some older reviews and first they have new message chairs that are amazing they don't thrash you out of your seat. The hand message was amazing and i went with the $23 pedi with calus removal. She had someone waiting so i thought i would feel rushed not at all i mean this message was amazing. I came in a Thursday so it wasn't so busy and was here about 40 minutes. They have many pedi options to choose from. I was able to close eyes and relax. I also appreciate that thier wasnt so much taking among them. Makes it easy to relax without constent chatter in the salon. I'll be back!

    what i asked for.

so terrible. charged me $60 for this disaster. service was unfriendly. they used to be so good but have gone downhill. disappointed to say the least

My family visits Atlanta monthly & we usually spend a few hours at the nail spa. Based on this premise we are pretty good at determining value. For the value Nail Fever is the best nail salon we have visited in the Atlanta area. Pedicures were excellent, always upgrade. My wife and daughters loved their manicures and pedicures. Excellent service!

These are after I got them redone at Dunwoody nails. But you can see where they previously sliced my fingers. It hurts so bad today.

The posted time for opening is 9:00AM. I arrived at 9:05AM. Called the number on the door, no answer. Disappointed my time was wasted.

Worst gel manicure ever. Ragged. Bumpy. He tried twice. The pedicure was nice except for ripping my cuticle.

Not much has changed (except some pricing and the credit card fee), and they still have some very good nail technicians. I have to also say, I was shocked to watch two customers getting broken nails fixed and not tipping the nail technician. Sandy Springs is not a poor community. If you have $50 to get your nails done, or you can simply afford to have someone else do your nails for you, then you certainly have a few more dollars to tip a nail technician who depends on tips for their livelihood - it's not like they are salaried employees or even paid hourly. Hairdressers and nail technicians are dependent upon tips - EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS. My nail technician told me that it actually happens more frequently than you would expect in this neighborhood. She said she also has customers with money who say they'll Venmo her a tip yet they never do. If you're not gonna tip the nail technician (and, yes, you do tip for the repair of a broken nail), then don't go in there! Do your own nails!

Even with it busy, I was seated immediately. I waited about five minutes until the nail tech came to begin and I wasn't upset because I was still choosing my color. She was sweet and I had to repeat myself a few times for her to understand what I was asking which was rather simple. The service wasn't bad however it wasn't the best. There were some hiccups but I think it was because she was rushing considering they closed at 6pm. The establishment is clean, a bit noisy considering it was full on a Saturday evening off Roswell Rd. The price was about average for a gel pedicure and there was nothing spectacular about the place. I don't know if I would be back yet it wasn't a horrible decision. Impulsive yes, but not a place I would visit again just because. Again, the customer service was great, everyone was friendly, yet not sure if I would go back.

She said they try different methods to come to a great solution and find what works for the client. In the end, after multiple visits, she said the she feels that we can't find something that I am happy with although I have tipped every time, been nice (extremely, especially when bringing treats for the staff (macaroons) along with a bouquet of flowers)) and continued to book with them. I never said I wasn't happy as a client and honestly am appalled at how little she made me feel. The owner blocked me from being able to book appointments with no explanation and I am shocked. Below is an image of nails I got done and after 3 days they became "dirty" and turned a yellowish brown when they started at a pink nude. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

FYI: She followed all COVID protocols. The bathroom sink creative touch to put energy stones written happy and loving words on them just gave me automatic vibe that I stepped into the best nail salon experience without her even laying a hand on my nails. Now onto Madame KaSundra. She is one of the most down to earth people I've met. She is grounded and always willing to learn and appease to the clientele to the best of her ability. I didn't stop laughing once because of her warm and true to self energy. I received the apres gel manicure extensions and tbh i didnt even want them anymore because she did such a spectacular job on my natural nails. THAT'S HOW GOOD SHE IS!!!! However I love apres nails last so long and look so natural especially when someone like KASUNDRA, who takes such pride in her craft, you can't go wrong with beautiful long nails that LAST!! I opted to receive a simple design didn't have anything specific in mind. I saw a foil color I liked and allowed her creative mind to flow and.....BAM A MASTERPIECE. I can keep going on and on but you should experience it yourself. Oh she sells amazing shea butter as well! I will be back!

When I attempted to redeem it, I unfortunately did not have the physical coupon with me. However, the coupon was still clearly tied to my online account and showed as never redeemed. Despite that, I was told by the owner that she could not honor the coupon unless I had the physical copy in my hand. I explained the situation of my car being totaled out two weeks prior and even asked her directly if she was really willing to lose a customer who had been supporting her establishment and spending her hard-earned money there since its grand opening. Her response was yes. That response told me everything I needed to know about how much customer loyalty and customer service are actually valued here. At that point, it wasn't even about the coupon anymore, it was about the principle and the way a loyal customer was treated. Kristy also left the establishment shortly afterward, so between the owner's attitude and the changes that have taken place, there is absolutely no reason for me to ever return to this uncouth establishment. Loyal customers deserve to be appreciated, not dismissed. A business owner should understand that sometimes it's not the value of the coupon, it's how you choose to treat the person standing in front of you.
