I do not recommend this nail salon. The customer service was terrible. My nail tech kept trying to push acrylics on me when all I wanted was a simple gel manicure over my natural nails. I explained multiple times that these were my real nails and that I only wanted gel polish today. She then grabbed another tech, who asked me the same question again, and I had to repeat myself and explain once more that I just wanted a regular gel manicure on my natural nails. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like they weren't listening to what I was asking for. read more

I like this place but then again I don't. I never remember the lady who does my pedicures so I typically let different ladies do my feet. I've been going here for about 3 years on read more

I haven't found anything wrong with this nail place, and they are open on Sundays which is convenient. They are efficient and friendly. Pricing is quite affordable/reasonable. However, I have noticed my gel polish has peeled a little bit more here than from some other places. But that could also be that my own nails have grown thinner. I usually walk in and I am seen within just a few minutes, if not immediately. No complaints read more

Trash ass service with trash ass prices. $25 for gel polish. Never in my life have I paid that much ever !!!! $15 to repair two nails. Total $40 that's a full set. Not worth it all. Packed ghetto Nailshop not worth the prices. read more

It's a solid 3. Good prices, friendly folks, okay Mani and pedi. I paid $56 and got gel french manicure and french pedicure. I wasn't told of any deluxe version of the pedicure so maybe there is a better one but it was just standard generic lotion, hot water. It was $5 extra for removing calluses but even still the price was dirt cheap. My toes turned out great but my nails we're a funny shape and the white line was kind of uneven. I would probably go somewhere else if traffic wasn't so bad but this place was close. read more

The display showed Gel Powder Sets for 31$. The lady charged me nearly 18$ more for Shape and it being matte. The nail lady would only paint the top of my nail bed she wouldn't paint the sides , when I told her to paint them she said "no" also they trim down your nail beds a lot when you get a full set. Shaping is different than what I'm used to but they did a decent job besides that I guess. I wouldn't come back for anything but a polish change or pedicure. Advice to the shop: don't say no to a customer, people aren't always in the mood to argue for something they're paying for. UPDATE : today is the very next Afternoon and my thumbnail broke already. Usually I get gel powder because it lasts the longest, but I was doing light office cleaning at work and my thumbnail is already broke. I know it's the quality of the nail because I didn't even feel it break off , I only knew from finding the chipped nail on the ground read more

the SNS polish display does not match the color you will receive. I picked out a very very light pinkish white color. Before starting the technician warned me that it was very light and I was okay with that because I like very neutral colors on my nails. Halfway through I questioned the color because they were coming out bright hot pink! He told me the color was correct. In the end my nails look flamingo pink. They then told me that they had an issue with the manufacture of the dip powder and the colors were not coming out as advertised. They offered me no discount (not that I needed one) and they did not offer to re-do them. I asked if I could come back so they can take them off for no charge, and the receptionist told me he had to check to see if that was okay. I will not be back. Very disappointed. read more

Walked in expected a certain price based off of their display and walked out paying $15 more..... just for length. I got bamboozled. Aside from that, the acrylic set I got did no last for 2 weeks. They were extremely weak and fragile. That will be my last time going there. I'm actually getting my nails done at another salon as I type this. read more

The ONLY reason I come here is because they are waling distance from my house & I DESPERATELY needed my feet done. I tried them a few times for nails, but finally gave up How do you only have 2 people working on a Friday?? With 3pp ahead of you, the wait is extremely annoying. I wish I had the time to come back. I REALLY need to find another shop--smh read more

I'm pretty surprised by the bad reviews here. I've only been here once and already decided that this will be my new nail place. This isn't a super fancy or frilly salon but the talent is definitely there. Pedicure was perfect and the lady did a great job painting my toes. I got sns for the first time by a lady named Lee. She did an amazing job and she knows she's the best. There were zero mistakes and my nails seriously looked like perfection. All were uniformed length and painted perfectly. The crew there is nice and helpful and talks to you like you are a regular visitor. I will definitely be returning. read more

I am the type of person that hates to leave negative reviews because I don't want to send out negative energy to the universe; however, I can honestly say I gave this place 3 chances. I spent $51 on a pedi and fill 8 days ago. I'll let the pictures show how awful my nails look already read more

Nails 4 U - Glitter in the acrylic topped with clear gel. Dried fast and lasts for weeks. - Nail Salons Near Me - Sandy Springs, Georgia

Let me start off by saying I been going to this nail salon since I first move to the sandy springs area in 2015. When I first started it was well staffed and everyone was so friendly. I usually like to go to Cathy because she is so friendly and does a good job. I went in there today to get my nails down and Cathy was not there so I asked the owner Chris how long is the wait he said a hour. I waited for 15 mins and he then tells me do you want to come back tomorrow when Cathy is here. I said no because it's urgent I get my nails done today...He then goes on to say I don't feel like doing your nails. I asked why? He says because I just don't feel like doing your nails I don't want to do it. He has done my nails multiple times and I never complain I just like to go to Cathy when she is there. I'm very disgusted with the way I was treated especially considering I have been coming to this salon for years and even recommended them to all my friends.I will never be returning to this nail shop. Chris used to be such a nice guy but he is now a bitter old man with a nasty attitude and no understanding how to run a business professionally. Ditch this nail shop and go somewhere you don't have to wait a hour plus bc they only have two employees that do nails. GARBAGE. read more

I scheduled an appointment for the 4th time over a month in advance. I called to let them know I was running behind 10 mins and was told Chantelle left already!! Are you kidding me? I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior. Not only that the shampoo bowls are too high, my shirt was always wet and the stylist are more interested in posting to instagram than doing your hair. Terrible service! I will tell all of my family and friends! Do not waste your time read more

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years. The owner Chris is very nice and remembers everyone's name. They have very reasonable prices and a very friendly staff. This staff works very hard and very long hours. I will continue to patronize this salon!! read more

I'm only giving this place one star, because there was a male tech who was very nice and friendly. However I have never been so unsatisfied with my nails or eyebrows (female tech assisted me). My gel polish peeled off the same day I had my nails done! Also my eyebrows looked exactly the same as they did when I came in except mow they were uneven. I didn't ask for any additional shaping because I was terrified my eyebrows would look worse. I decided I would fix them myself. I did come back the next day to fix all of the nails that looked bad. The lady seemed upset that I came back and was very rough and kept stabbing me. I was pissed! But i remained quiet and let her finish. The next day the polish starts chipping again. A complete waste of money and I will never go back! read more

My roommate and I were looking for a nail place close to our condo and happen to stumble across Nails 4 U. We walked in and were greeted and taken care of immediately. Chris did a wonderful job on my nails (I got a full set) and was very friendly and funny. I brought my two year old daughter with me and Chris painted her nails for free, it was very sweet! He was also very patient - there were one or two times when i had to get up and bring my daughter back to her chair. I paid $22 for a full set and my roommate (who got a full set, pedicure and eyebrow wax) paid $48. This was an overall great experience and I will definitely be back for a fill in! read more

Have Danny, Chris, or Kathy do your nails. I've been coming here for the last year and they are very polite and do exactly what you want. They are quite patient and very good. I left my last shop because they had a very old lady working manicures that jacked my nails up. I past 6 shops to get to this one. The owner Chris has amazingly funny stories that keep you interested. read more

After looking for a nearby nail place, I've finally found it. I was taken care of by the excellent, funny and awesome Chris, who gave me a set of acrylics for about $20. The work was quality and I'm completely in love with the staff over there. Also, they're great about walk-ins and can generally get you seen to within a few minutes. Really worth a look if you live in the area! read more

I went a couple of weeks ago for the first time and while there are things they can work on (the appearance / cleanliness of the shop and customer service / acknowledgement when clients walk into the establishment), I love my nails! I sat with Danny to only get a gel polish change but I must say, 2 and a half weeks later my color has only chipped on one nail and you can barely even tell it's chipped. I will continue to request Danny. He was quick and precise. When I told him I noticed that one nail had clumps he immediately fixed it, without an attitude, and they've looked perfect since. I'm only dealing with new growth and that's it. Danny was great! read more

There's never a wait (which initially worried me), but I've always been happy here. To the woman below commenting on price, it is WELL KNOWN that acrylic nails are cheaper than gel nails- that's why so many women still get acrylic instead of gel. You will pay $35 at most places for a gel manicure and then whatever for your pedicure so the woman below saying $45 for both- that's the same price I've gotten from Ohio to Atlanta to Marietta to Sandy Springs. The staff is very friendly here. Lots of colors to choose from. Not much bad to say. Standard cheap nail salon. read more

Went in on a Wednesday after work. There was no one in there, surprisingly so. I got a mani/pedi! The staff was friendly. I liked this place and a bonus, it's close to my place.. $37 for mani/pedi! They prefer tips in cash, who doesn't :) The place is clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is I got no massage with my pedicure, part of the reason I pay someone else to do it. I got a light, quick massage with my manicure. Since I was the only person in there, I would have thought I would have had extra since they weren't doing anything. Disappointed!!!! I would go back though. Maybe ask them next time. It's in the Publix shopping center, yet, I never noticed it was there before. Maybe some advertising would help them. read more

Alright, so I'm pregnant and my boyfriend thought he would be sweet and go by and get me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi for this place. I had been there once before and was happy with my nails. Me and my sister went today to redeem that and she also got a mani/pedi. I got gel nails so I knew it would be a little extra, in many places I've been to it's about $7 extra for gel nails. They tried to charge me $45 dollars for my mani/pedi with gel when my gift certificate was for a mani/pedi for $27 so that means almost an extra $20 just for gel nails......no I don't think so. My sister got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure for only $40 (since when is a full set cheaper than gel nails?) so I know that wasn't right but I said whatever and gave them my card for them to charge the extra. The lady came back with the receipt and the full $45 had been charged to my card. I didn't have $45 on my card as I explained to the lady u understand it was a mistake but now I will have a $30 overdraft fee for this. I only came here bc I had a gift certificate, I do not have extra money right now for that. The ladies kept laughing about the situation, I don't understand what was funny..at all. And then made me get on the phone with her boss..twice. (So unprofessional!!) she told me that they could not refund or anything like that. After talking to her boss for 30 minutes, they decided they would void it. I walked over to my bank and they explained that voiding and refunding are not the same, voiding it only voided out of their system, it will not refund it to me. I told the lady this and she still demanded my card back to charge me again for extra money. What??? These people are insane. I will never be back and if you care about your money at all, you shouldn't either. I have never been done like that before. read more

Worst experience of my life. I picked a color that was supposed to be baby pink but when the man put it on, it was the brightest pink you've ever seen. He was pissed that I was unhappy with the color, and i told him its not my fault that the color came out looking like that. He then ended up changing and all the colors that they had as baby pinks were all the same Bright pink. I finally just ended up taking whatever he offered, i left this place unhappy with the color and how my nails look. The man was never apologetic. He made it sound like the colors turned bright pink because of me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Highway Robbery in the highest level! read more

Can I give 0 stars?!? Ok so I've been getting gel nails for the longest time and my nails grow thick and sturdy. I normally go to another nail place but they were closed so I bit the bullet and went here praying for good results. That didn't happen. The woman was so rude to begin with. No smile, just nothing. I had gel on my nails from my other place and normally they soak the gel off and scrape it off my nails. This woman DRILLED my nails like it was acrylic! Guess she was feeling lazy since there was a woman waiting behind me. My nails started to burn as she drilled my real nails. I asked her to put 3 layers of gel since that always helps to keep my nails from breaking or chipping. She gave some snooty answer about how that didn't help my nails do anything. I look at my nails and they are PAPER THIN!! I don't even think the polish is gel!!! They look like normal polish! I got my eyebrows waxed after as well. Next day my real nail chips off after I put a sock on!! Then I was looking at my hand the next day and the nail polished had chipped off on another nail. Yesterday my middle nail just chipped off in the corner. I just got out of the shower and my pinky nail tip broke off!! These are my REAL NAILS that they just f......up! That was the last straw and now here I am. Not to mention the center of my eyebrows weren't fully waxed. Save yourself!! Stay FAR FAR FAR away!! My friend got acrylics with me and her middle nail popped off 2 days ago. We went last Sunday. Never EVER again!!! read more

Went in for a gel manicure and the job was poorly done. The lady did not file my nails in the shape I asked for even after repeatedly saying I wanted oval shape. I asked for the chart they have with pictures of the shapes and she did not provide it to me. I had to get someone else to get me the chart and file my nails in the shape I had to point to. The gel application was poorly done and was not appealing when she was done read more
