After doing research I chose this place because they looked like they could do the type of nails that I wanted. I live in a suburban area and they can't do nails good out here so I drove a while to go this nail shop. Being that I have a daughter I pulled up , parked and then called them and asked if they had a wait. A woman asked me what service I needed, told me "no wait if you come now! " So I walked in 30 seconds later. The moment i walked in I was rudely approached by this Asian man and he said " oh yuh have yo daughter" does she cry? is she gong be quiet? I said well she is a human being, don't they all cry‍ but for the most part no, she usually doesn't cry if she was I would not have brought her in here. Then all of the sudden the rude MANAGER asked what color I wanted. I told him and then he looks me In my face and tells me they don't have that color. Ironically the color was SITTING ON THE SHELF RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. as I pointed to it. He then goes on to say " oh well can yuh com bak laytah we can't do nails tudaay" We are very busy. I said the lady I just spoke to 30 seconds ago told me to come in NOW. I then realized they did not want to service me and as I stood there they tried to give me b one excuse after another because I had my young daughter with me. Being treated this way was very unprofessional disrespectful. I will be sure to never come back to this dirty hole in the wall salon. I'm actually happy they treated me this way because based off the looks of the place I would probably have caught a mean infection and fungus. The mixture of a nasty salon and nasty customer service is combination of something I would rather avoid. I'll never go back or refer anyone to this trash box. They probably do do good urban nails, however I won't be finding out because they are definitely not worth my money. read more

It hurts me to write this review because I actually thought I've found a nail salon I can frequent that is right up the street from me. I came to this nail salon 3 or 4 times. The first two times I had this girl that did an amazing job on my nails, and she was a perfectionist- which I loved. I came back and I guess she either quit or moved. So I went to another lady. This new lady did my nails and during this visit she told me I should get a pedicure. I told her I have my own foot bath at home and I do them myself because I am terrified of the infections I could possibly get. She informed me that they properly sterilize and clean their equipment so I shouldn't worry about that. So I told her okay I'll get one when I come back. I came back and got a fill- in and a pedicure. I tried to come back two weeks after this service for a fill in but they were busy and the guy told me to come back in an hour. I was leaving town so I couldn't. I had to end up taking my nails off because I wanted to wait until I got back in town to get them done here. I'm glad I did take my nails off. Apparently I got a fungal infection and should have taken pictures of it when I first took them off but I didn't. I was so upset. I will never ever return to this nail salon. I was skeptical about the pedicures but ended up having an infection on my finger nails. I'll post pictures of what my nails look like now but the infection is almost off because I've been using this anti-fungal and I've been cutting the nail. I'll be doing my own nails and toes from now on. NEVER AGAIN! read more

FINALLY a nail salon that does an exceptional job and it's walking distance from my house. Can't believe I never stopped in until now. Johnny and Lisa are so friendly, and they both care about giving their customers an amazing experience. Johnny shaped my nails the exact shape I asked for. Went on Monday and I thought they did a great job initially, but as the saying goes: You get what you pay for. Yes, the prices are low, but that's probably because the products are cheap. It's Wednesday now and both my pointer fingernails are chipped as well as one of my toes. If you need your nails done on the cheap to last just the weekend this place will do, but I'd rather spend the extra money and have them last 3 weeks rather than 3 days. read more

Stopped in here 2 days ago after work. I had gotten sns (dip powder) done at another salon a couple weeks before but wasn't happy with the results. I walked in and was greeted by Johnny who also did sns on my natural nails. He had me wash my hands upon entry, mask required, and we both used hand sanitizer before he did my nails. He did an excellent job and I love my nails. The set up was a little subpar as far as his equipment (he had me rest my hands on a container of cotton balls lol). I've gotten several compliments on my nails. I will definitely be back. read more

The nail techs here are pretty nice. Once you walk in the greet you. It's a small yet cozy shop. I got a pedicure and an SNS. I usually base my pedicures off the massage as I can really do my own pedicures being a licensed professional myself. I just go to nail shops for the chair and foot massage.... massage was horrible here... I think I'll just go to treat your feet for an actual foot massage from now on.... lol Now my SNS was done by a different person... I've been getting SNS for almost two years now and I know how the process is supposed to go. He did everything correctly until the smoothing part came into play. My nails are lumpy and too thick.... I'm not sure I'd come back. read more

I'm sorry to have to say this because Lena is very friendly and has done a very good job on my nails the past 3 months but I can't go back anymore (and I live close by). Why? They are not sanitizing their equipment. I now have fungus growing in my big toe nail. This salon is the only place I could have picked it up. Now I have to get medication to clear it up and I will not be able to have a professional pedicure for MONTHS because no REPUTABLE salon will work on a client with toe nail fungus present. I noticed little things in the salon such as not using a new file for each client and that the brush I'm expected to use to wash my hands and nails before the final UV coat just sits by the sink (rather than in a container of sanitizer). They are not practicing proper hygiene. They should be inspected and required to clean up or lose their license to operate. I will not be returning. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This place was horrible. I couldn't even get my full set done. When I walked in and the lady was rude she couldn't tell me the price of the full set which shouldn't go up and down it should be a set price once I tell you what I want. Then when she was about to do my nails she tried to use the buffer machine to take off regular clear polish, I denied that because that is not nail protocol. She argued me down about my nail polish being gel and it wasn't. She realized that once she used nail polish remover and saw I wasn't lying smh. Then she used her dirty nail to push back my nail bed instead of the metal nail thing. I pushed her away and got up and left. They are doing things illegal at this nail salon and will have your nails messed up or infected. Please do not go here read more
