She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

I was there for a pedicure and Maya was my technician. She was very good and I was happy with the outcome. She was understanding of my request to not use pure acetone at all. I brought my own polish and polish remover. The basic pedicure was $30. Services have inflated quite a bit over the years but I think that they are in line with the current economy. It was easy booking the appointment on-line and so pretty easy to add additional people to your reservation with different services. I booked for a sports manicure and the deluxe pedicure and my friend for just a deluxe pedicure. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Tommy. As I was still waiting for my friend's arrival, he told me I can go ahead and pick out my colors. Once I've done that, as he was getting a seat ready, I requested if we are able to have a little bit more room because my friend will be bringing her baby in a stroller. Without hesitation he said of course and moved us to the other side where we are by ourselves. He didn't rush me to get seated and started and waited for my friend to arrive. Once we sat down, we got started, love the massage chairs and the ability to recline and relax. I had Ken who did my pedicure. Usually, I'm very sensitive with my feet, but he was gentle and gave just enough strength on the massage so it's enjoyable. He was also vigilant enough to slight wave the hot towel a bit before wrapping my legs. I did request for my nails to be trimmed and he trimmed it to a good length and applied my color. Don did my sports manicure which includes a sugar scrub and it was definitely something I needed. He also trimmed my nails nicely and shaped them to my liking, had me check along the process to make sure it's still what I wanted. I opted for a gel french tip manicure and so glad I did because they held up nicely and looks pretty. The services weren't rushed and I didn't feel like they're just trying to get us out the door so they can put another body in the chair. Upon checkout, I asked about the discount and Tommy informed me that as new customer to receive the discount I would need to write a google review, which I gladly did. I know she was trying to be friendly but i was there for service not a chat. The mask made it difficult to hear her. The customer service was pretty good and they were nice. My problem was the actual process of getting my nails done. I went for a full set of Acrylic Nails, and my eyebrows. The lady who did my nails was nice however she was very aggressive with my hands and it hurt. She was grinding my nails down a-lot and even cut the side of one of my fingers. I've never had my feet so smooth and I go to the nail shop on the regular. All of their pedicure chairs are also massage chairs so make sure to take advantage of that as soon as you sit down. Great nail color selection and they were able to easily match my toenail polish to one of the dip colors. Dip ran around $45 if I remember correct. It was very quick and efficient, done while I was still in the pedicure chair and extremely neat. No excess polish stuck in my cuticles or on my fingers. The staff here are super considerate and removed a tip at no charge for a woman who came in randomly as I was sitting under the UV light drying my toes. I would definitely come back again and I'm honestly surprised the rating for this place is not higher.

When I asked to discuss it, Lana took it upon herself to offer a replacement, which I appreciated at the time. She later told me to come pick up the new shoes and bring my old pair to exchange. However, when I arrived, the replacement shoes were a slightly different color than my existing one which was an issue because she insisted on giving me only one shoe because "only one was ruined." Shoes come as a pair... and I was never told I'd only receive a single, mismatched shoe. When I pointed that out, she repeated the same excuse and told me I should be grateful for the one shoe and "I made the employee buy me new shoes." She claimed I had "made" the employee pay for the replacement, which is untrue. She offered the replacement herself, and I never asked for it. Instead of taking responsibility as a business, she blamed her employee and then turned around and blamed me, going as far as calling me rude for making him buy them and bringing up his personal situation to guilt me.
