I was there for a pedicure and Maya was my technician. She was very good and I was happy with the outcome. She was understanding of my request to not use pure acetone at all. I brought my own polish and polish remover. The basic pedicure was $30. Services have inflated quite a bit over the years but I think that they are in line with the current economy. The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. Cindy did my friends nails and she was so kind. Inside the establishment is very clean and pretty. The massage chairs are so nice. The customer service was pretty good and they were nice. My problem was the actual process of getting my nails done. I went for a full set of Acrylic Nails, and my eyebrows. The lady who did my nails was nice however she was very aggressive with my hands and it hurt. She was grinding my nails down a-lot and even cut the side of one of my fingers. I've never had my feet so smooth and I go to the nail shop on the regular. All of their pedicure chairs are also massage chairs so make sure to take advantage of that as soon as you sit down. Great nail color selection and they were able to easily match my toenail polish to one of the dip colors. Dip ran around $45 if I remember correct. It was very quick and efficient, done while I was still in the pedicure chair and extremely neat. No excess polish stuck in my cuticles or on my fingers. The staff here are super considerate and removed a tip at no charge for a woman who came in randomly as I was sitting under the UV light drying my toes. I would definitely come back again and I'm honestly surprised the rating for this place is not higher.

I barely waited 2 minutes when the same staff member came back up to me and asked me what services I was coming in for and I explained I had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. She walked me right over to a pedicure chair and told me my nail tech would be right over. They started the water for me and I waited/soaked for about 8 minutes and Tina greeted me.
