Don't ever never go to this nail spa. The owner/manager is so rude and mean to her customers except the employee Kimberly. Although the owner/manager doesn't understand what her customers ask about, she is mad at her customers saying, "You don't understand what I am saying," and just picks a fight and causes altercation, raising her voice. She just makes her customers stressed out. What is worse, she speaks in Vietnamese whenever she curses at/talks trash about her customers because I know the Vietnamese language. Oh well, not the best experience. How excited I was when I learned that finally, I would get mani and pedi after the lockdown. I called many places where I could walk in and get the service. This salon had opening and me and my boyfriend came in. The salon was well prepared and followed guidelines for safety against covid 19. Every chair and mani tables were separated by plastic sheets/ plates. After coming in, I got a male nail technician and I wasn't happy about it (I'm picky one with nail technicians). Of course, my intuition was right. First, we started with pedicure and it was well done- no complaints. Next, we had changed to mani station and there troubles started. The technician didn't "clean" my cuticles well. I needed to show him missed parts, and he wasn't happy about it. Later, he started putting gel color and it was a disaster! After the first layer of the gel, I asked the technician to clean excess of gel while it didn't turn thick. The technician refused to do it and acted like he knew better... at that moment, I was seriously annoyed. Of course, after the gel got thick, he couldn't clean anything. On top of everything, he didn't color full nail leaving the nail sides without the color. When I asked to redo two nails, the technician just colored these two nails on top of the done nails. When I asked to out a cream on my hands, he didn't want to do it until the manager told him to do it... The long story short, the nails came out ugly. I believe the owner or manager heard that I was unhappy. When we came to pay, the lady told us to pay a smaller amount what I really appreciated because I wasn't happy with my technician and job on my nails. In the end, the place was okay. I def won't return there. If you still want to visit the place, be careful about the male technician who barely speaks English. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Stay far away from this place. On 3/3/21 I decided that wanted to get my nails done. I need a fill and I always get colored tips and a simple design. So I googled to see what time this place closes and google stated 8pm. Ok, great! Right? Completely wrong. I arrived around 5:45pm because I came immediately after work. I've been to this place twice before so no biggie. Right? I arrived at the shop. They're 2 people working from what I could see. As soon as walked in the lady asked me what I wanted and I told her a fill with gel. She says, "ok, have a seat". I do. I'm waiting maybe 10mins. She walks over to me and tells me the guy that's was suppose to do my nails can't. Now this lady has a thick accent so I can't understand her especially with an mask on. She repeated herself and I'm like. What?!? I'm confused why would you have me sit and wait for 10+ plus mins? So she walks away and says something to the man and I'm gathering my things because I'm leaving. As I'm about to walk out the door she yells, "Oh ma'am no wait he say he can do your nail." I'm like, what?!? So I'm on the phone as well and I sit down. So again I'm waiting. The wait was never the problem by the way. Another 10mins roll by and she tells me to sit at the last nail station. So mind you they didn't give me the polish swatches she goes back to work on her customer. All the while I can see the guy rushing through another customer he was working on pedi. once more I'm waiting! He sits down arm crossed with attitude. Like I could feel the attitude and nasty energy coming off this man. So I'm like can I get the color swatches. He breathes hard rolls his eyes and points because he was directing the woman to get the swatches for me. While she does that I pull up a picture of a style I wanted and asked nicely. " Can you do this?" I explained to him exactly what I wanted. He's pointing with an attitude saying "yeah I can do that" So at this point I'm side eyeing dude because I came in with great energy and in a great mood so what's the problem? I'm looking through the swatches and the lady comes over and starts to rush me through them because I had my phone out. So I took my time because... don't do that lady. This was the final straw with this nasty man with an terrible attitude. I picked a color that just so happen to be the only one close to what I wanted. I give it to him and he shoves it back at me and tells me it's a mood polish. At that point I'm done and I'm leaving anyway. I asked this man if he was "ok because he had an attitude with me"? He starts waving his hands and raising his voice telling me I don't have stay. Just NASTY, RUDE, & UNPROFESSIONAL all around! I told him sir I'm leaving because your attitude is terrible. As I'm walking out I've completed blocked anything else he had to say because if you can't say it in English don't say it all. What a nasty man. Meanwhile a customer is sitting constantly asking if he could pay and they're ignoring him! The CUSTOMER apologized to me. Neither of the workers there did. I will never be back. My son On memorial day weekend and there was no way. He got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure and pedicure. We were in and out in less than an hour. For those of you to get your nails done that is a huge win for me. Of course the first color I picked out was out of stock. This happens to me all the time. Please with the prices please with the service and the facility seemed clean. They have specialty pedicures as well you can find the menu located near your seat by the pedicure stations. I have been coming to LT nails for well over 15 years. I ventured away at one point due to my moving about the city. Only to return with an issue I had never had with my feet. An ingrown toenail. My nail was cut too short and it caused me havoc. I returned for Ha to help me correct the issue and have never allowed anyone other salon to perform my pedicures. Between Ha and Holly I have been taken care of. The owner Jennifer is amazing. I used to have and acrylic or overlays on my nails but asked me why one day. She told me my nails were extremely healthy and I did not need to do the extra with my nails. I can appreciate her honestly and it allowed me to see that she cared more about the customer than just her bottom line. They are very busy on the weekends and do not take appointments during that time. I would advise an appointment at any other time during the week. read more

So I came here after being quoted an unbelievably high price up the street for a fill in with gel polish and color change on my toes with gel polish (quoted 61 up the street) So it did take a little longer then anticipated but I appreciate that she took her time because my nails were great! (she gave my cuticles the love and tenderness they needed) There was a little confusion between what I wanted with my toes (partially because I was indecisive other part was I kept getting quoted different prices) after much deliberation and frustration (on their part-oop I'm sorry) I got a pedicure with gel polish. She took her time again which was appreciated and it came out alright. (I messed up the big toe in the uv light- not her fault) Overall it was a good job for a decent price (57 for gel fill in and gel pedicure before tip) Helen was very patient and I can see myself coming back. I went to LT Nails a couple weeks ago to get my eyebrows waxed and was super happy with the results. I'm shopping around for a new nail place, so I went back a few days ago for a fill in....the older lady there did an amazing job!! I'm a bartender and I am HARD on nails...I've had 3 closing shifts since then and they still look just as good as the day I got them done. The salon itself is a little older style, gently used equipment, the norm for a place that's been open awhile...its clean, but could use some attention to detail (dusting and such)... Everyone working seemed really professional and Pleasant. And theres a myriad of ladies there, ages and time in our city all different, so you're bound to find someone that makes u feel comfy sitting across from them for an hour. The location is really convenient. It's right on Pleasant Hill about a 1/4 mile from 85. Theres a post office, repair shops, and plenty of places to eat right there in the plaza and across the street.....I think I may have found my new place :-) read more

I was very disappointed with the service. I made an appointment but was 10 minutes late . I understand the consequences for being late but let the customer know if they need to reschedule. She remove my polish and cut my nails all deformed, then told me she's going to another client to remove her nail polish because I was late. lol (The client came in the facility 10 minutes after me, that is not good customer service ). So, I'm sitting there waiting on her(getting upset can't believe the nail technician behavior ) I'm the customer who's paying for crappy service,never again. Update on 9/17: got an acrylic fill here and had 8/10 fingers bleeding. Absolutely horrible. The lady couldn't see and was drilling my cuticles repeatedly. I was in tears- I should've left. The pedicure I had right before was good again but the acrylics were a horrifying experience. They also raised their prices but have not changed what's posted. Original post 8/17: Stopped in for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon because I had a little extra time. I'd never been but was immediately excited by the prices- I've never gotten a pedicure for $18! I waited a little while for my service and people after me had very long waits, it seems like there isn't enough staff. I would make an appointment next time. The main lady, I think her name was Jennifer, did my pedicure. It was one of the best I've ever had. When i arrived, i didnt have to wait at all.. i thought this was great because i was on my lunch break and only had an hour. Originally, i wanted SNS and they said they couldnt do it "well"? whatever that means.. the manager then told me to get gel (while she was playing a game on her ipad.. not even making eye contact with me) So then i settle on gel. well their gel selection was absolutely awful. they didnt even have OPI gel polish. the ladies kept telling me to get this for this much extra.. over and over and over. the lady doing my toes took almost 2 HOURS and hadnt even began the polish yet. there was NO reason why it should have taken 2 hours. This salon is in a very convenient location and has a wonderful, friendly, informative staff. The nail tech made great conversation with me and made me feel welcomed, and listened to everything I wanted. However, I got an SNS dip powder manicure and I had to clean them up myself because there was a lot of residue around my nails/behind the backs of my nails. Also, my cuticles were not clipped/trimmed as promised, so I had to do that myself after as well. However, after cleaning up my nails, the dip manicure looks wonderful. For $30, I would come back for the dip manicure and maybe request next time if they could clean up a little more after, and work on my cuticles a bit more. read more

Jennifer, the owner, does my nails, and she is awesome. We have the best girl talk when I'm there. She's up to date on all the new trends and has a nice variety of colors to choose from. This was the second time I'd gone at the suggestion of my cousin. The first time my Cousin arrived early told her I was on my way and when I arrived she immediately said that she cannot accommodate both of us we would have to wait. Not sure why they wouldn't do our pedicures together so we left. We went back today with two teens in tow for a day with the girls only to be met with the same attitude. I wish I could give this place a zero! I just left this joint and I am pissed without even getting my nails done. They have 5 techs on staff today, 3 doing pedicures, 2 doing nails. I walk in and a woman who appeared to the the owner asks what I want (a pedicure). She says ok, 10-15 minutes. There was no one ahead of me so I didn't think I needed to say that I was on lunch because I would still have plenty of time with me being next. While I'm waiting a woman walks in and asks how long for a pedicure and she was told about 10 minutes. The woman says, I'm visiting from out of town so I need to see if they can wait. She comes back and says that was fine. A few minutes later, the owner fills the sink with water and tells me to sit there and she'll be right with me and starts filling up the sink next to me for the woman from out of town. The woman sits and while we are waiting, she makes small talk with me and we are chatting. The owner comes back and starts to do the woman's nails before she starts mine. I look around to see if there is someone coming to take care of me. There wasn't so I say, ummmmm, I know you may be trying to accommodate this woman but she came in way after me and you are taking her before me? Neither of us has been to your shop before so why are you taking her before me? I understand that you're trying to help her but, I'm on a lunch break and I have some place to be too. The gall of the owner to ask me if I want to come back later. Later? Later? LATER? Are you freaking kidding me? No, I do not and will not be coming back later or ever again, in fact dry my mother freaking feet off so I can get out of here and start acting a donkey because I cannot understand why you would discount a paying customers time, one that was there first,just because someone else came in AFTER the first customer, saying that she was in a rush without asking the person that was there first if it would be ok. With all of that said, I am not rating them on their nail service, I am giving a poor rating because in my case, their customer service was less than sub-par, and just think, I chose this place because out of all of the shops in the area, this one is the only one that has a 4 star rating. The nail tech was very brusque while doing my gel nails. I repeatedly asked her to be more gentle, and she would only mumble "sorry." Finally, she cut my finger and it bled. "Sorry." Then she grabbed some alcohol and RUBBED it harshly into my finger. No gentleness at all. I have several smaller cuts around my fingers. The end result wasn't that good, either, So-- I paid too much for subpar service and to be cut repeatedly by some unhappy woman. The pedicure, however, was great. Wasn't sure if the person doing my nails could actually see them, and she left my cuticles pretty much untouched and painted over them. Left hangnails and patches of bare nail all over the place. I love the ladies at this salon. At most salons the nail techs don't pursue conversation but not here. They are always friendly and give great service. I can't lie sometimes there is a wait, especially since they tend to be busier on weekends. I typically try to go in on the weekdays for faster service. But it's definitely well worth the wait. My husband randomly brought me here as a surprise on 3/1/14. I normally go to a nail salon in Snellville. THE GOOD: This location is nicer than my usual spot. The equipment, tools and furniture all look brand new. During my hour here, there were three men being serviced (I noticed all wore wedding rings). I thought that was interesting. THE BAD: NOT ENOUGH VARIETY - The only nail service I get is a gel manicure. Unfortunately, they had very few colors to choose from. My regular salon has 3x more gel colors to choose from. PRICE: This location is pricier than my normal spot BUT, given that it's overall a nicer atmosphere, I didn't mind that too much. THE UGLY: The ladies working in the shop talk. A lot. And they do it very loudly. Most people in nail salons are already self-conscious because it seems like the workers are always making fun of the patrons. Example: I made a comment about being cold as my nails were being painted. The woman doing my nails said something and all the other workers laughed their hearts out. That made me uncomfortable. Overall, it's a nice, well-kept shop. But due to the lack of gel colors and their chattiness, I won't go back. read more

I just moved to the area and have been looking around for good nail salons. I went there for full set gel nails along with a pedicure. Absolutely horrible service and I must say I was very unhappy with the outcome of my nails even after explaining & showing pictures to the Nail Tech EXACTLY what I wanted. (I think she was the manager, sits at the first chair next to the register) These people do not know what valuable customer service is, they are unaccommodating, and overall just nasty. For the money I spent.....which was a lot, I should've gained a much better experience here. I've been to many nail salons and this one was not professional. They kept talking in their language and I was not satisfied with the nail technicians service at all. Nails were uneven and I asked it to be square and she rounded my gel nails ,.. I usually do the pink and white but I'm glad I went a little cheaper with gel nails, 35$ but the door and sign says 30$ .... SMH....
