POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Nail techs catch attitude with customers and yell (yes I said yell) at customers if they come back in to fix a nail. Nail techs do not focus on only you, they get up and work on other customers. They use old gel nail polish that does not set well in the UV light and try to cover it up while smiling in your face. Then when I tried to come back 2 days later to get a polish change I was told that the black smudges that occurred on my nails were not nail tech defect so I would have to pay $20. I only paid $15 for the gel polish in the first place, why would pay $20 now? And it's a polish change! I brought friends with me and we all have experienced some type of poor customer service - from rude nail techs to poor quality services. We will NOT be back. UPDATE: 7/9/2016 Your nail technicians did NOT stand by you "3 day guarantee" as we were not even offered to change the same color polish for free. If there are certain things that will affect the polish customers should be notified. I have never been to a nail salon that criticized it's customers and did not offer a solution. I used to love this place. I'm not sure what happened. The ownership hasn't changed but the quality has gone way down. This is the 2nd time I've gotten poor results and I don't require anything special. No fancy acrylics or s&s. Just a basic pedicure. This time I opted for a mani-pedi. Cuticles we're barely touched and it's been three to four months since my last visit. I never get my hands done but this time I thought I'd treat myself. I sat for at least 30 minutes waiting for them to dry. Two hours later, they're still not dry and the job looks sloppy. I'm very sad I have to find a new salon. read more

I did not catch the name of the nice lady who did my nails, but she did a wonderful job being very thorough and professional. Reviewed: 10/14/2016 I came here because a friend recommended me this place. I told the lady that this was the first time in 10+ yrs I have gotten my nails done so i was excited. She started giving me her opinions on what looks nice and trendy for acrylic nails on top of what I was already set with. This was really nice and great of her! But the one thing that i did not like was her lying to me. She gave me my total and when I asked her why did my nails come out to be more pricier than expected. She goes off telling me she told me the price(s) and that "I" forgot she said it. I did not forget a pricing that YOU forgot to tell me... and instead just went ahead and added extra stuff to make more for yourself and took advantage of the fact that i am new... She also rushed my nails because she had another person waiting and so my polish came out to be uneven where you can see the multiple layers. She did not want to acknowledge her mistakes. Then towards the end, my friend received extra services that I did not receive until I mentioned it. This location is now under new ownership, and they kept none of the existing staff... AKA everyone that was good & that I trusted is gone. I decided to stick it out for a visit to see how they did. I got an upgraded level of a pedicure. They did not remove my ingrown toe nails, and towards the end of my pedicure they clipped a large portion of my skin. The pedicurist claims that she barely clipped some dry skin and that's why it was bleeding. Upon inspection when I got home, I see that she lied. She had clipped a chunk of skin. I also got a french SNS fill in. They did the SNS very thick, so much so that it looks almost like acrylic nails. Additionally, they didn't do a very good job with the SNS because it began to separate from my natural nails after 2 weeks. I regularly get SNS, and this is typically not a problem. Also, I am not hard on my nails, so it's not as if I am causing extra damage to them. Overall, this salon went from being an exceptional salon with Tiffany, Jenny, Holly, and the girls to being a mediocre salon with new ownership. Also, one of the new male managers or owners is kinda creepy. He is probably the biggest reason that I won't be returning. read more

Nail Studio is a fabulous nail spa. I don't ever remember having such a pleasant experience in my entire life, and I've been getting my nails done for the past 20 years. I get SNS treatment on my nails. Not everyone can do SNS efficiently. I've had some nail techs at top nail salons in Atlanta do a horrible job on my nails while attempting to do SNS. Hollie did my SNS treatment at Nail Studio, and the results were spectacular!!!! The atmosphere of the spa is very relaxing. Staff members are beyond friendly, extremely accommodating, and they show a deep appreciation for their clientele. I have also been to places that specialize in SNS treatment, but their customer service leaves much to be desired, to say the least! Nail Studio is my new nail salon. It's not easy finding a great place for great nails! They had a nice selection of color, although I think some salons have more. She was so nice! She did a FANTASTIC job on my nails! They are perfect. And I wasn't in the chair for long, maybe 50 minutes (she had to remove my previous gel mani so that took a few minutes). The people aren't friendly and they charged $40 for a basic mani pedi when most other places charge $20 for the same service. I also had SNS taken off. They didn't file the powder down or anything like most salons do and instead soaked my nails and fingers in a bag full of acetone for over half an hour while they completed my pedicure. The owner or manager (I think) did my nails and toes and the paint was ok but not great. While she was doing my finger nails she hurt my pinky nail very much. After I pulled my finger away as a reaction to that, she hardly spoke. She cut my nails slightly different lengths and didn't ask what shape I wanted or anything. With my fingernails, one of the lower coats of polish wasn't allowed to dry fully before applying the next coat so now my nail polish is crinkled. During the small massage I got, the woman There is no mention of pricing that I saw in the store or on their website. They supposedly have a guarantee on their website if you aren't happy with your nails but I would rather pay to have them redone or do them myself than go back. Also their pedicures and manicures are below par even for basic services compared to other salons in the area. My mom went with me for a full set of sns with tips which took about 30 mins longer than my services and it was cheaper. This place is a rip off. read more

Let me start by saying the pedicures were amazing, I will go back JUST for the pedicure ONLY! The nails however are a different story. I took a picture of the design I wanted and the tech told me no problem she could do it, I trusted her because she seemed like she knew what she was doing...BIG MISTAKE!! My family and friends have not stopped laughing at my nails still... they look like dog claws! This is by far the worst full set I have ever had in my life and I was lucky enough to pay $98 for this crap . The 1st time they put the design the tech did not wait til the polish dries before she put the top coat so it smeared, badly. She did not attempt to fix it then..she was going to let me leave like that, I had to show her and her manager and he made her redo the 2 nails which was a mistake al together because this is how I ended up with the dog claws! read more
