It's been a long time coming, but I finally have time to write a review. In the year that I've been getting manis and pedis here I think I've had a service with about every single technician. I always leave satisfied, and I appreciate the cleanliness and how quick they are. I'm not one to linger around, nor am I chatty when getting services done so I love that they all respect the vibes and don't pry into your life like other places. This was my second time coming here. First time the gel on my pedicure started peeling off same day and I had to come back to get it fixed because they didn't dry it good enough. I still tried them again for a gel manicure. Had an appt but when I arrived tech was running late with a customer and had me waiting 15 minutes. Tech name is Mindy or Mina. i understood and just waited, but what I don't like is after leaving two of my nails chipped the next day. When we pay extra for gel we expect it to last at least a week or more. Definitely should not be chipping or peeling same day or next day. What bothers me is that when I called to ask for her to fix it, she told me she was booked back to back and that I would have to come back Tuesday (which is 2 days away). She gave no apology or justification, just told me I would have to come back Tuesday. considering that I would now have to spend time coming back again for something she did incorrectly, you would think she would prioritize fixing it. After seeing other reviews I'm realizing that they are not too good at sealing gel and should work on improving their process. Also, some of their staff don't wear face shields all the time, which I believe is mandatory. The lady that did my eyebrows did not wear it the first time I went. UPDATE: Since leaving original message a few hours ago, three more nails are chipped and gel is peeling. Avoid this place if you can or you will be running back and forth wasting time having them fix issues with gel. read more

I tend to switch nail shops often, but I think I just found my new favorite spot. The shop is clean and Andrew and Mindy as super nice and make you feel comfortable. I was impressed with the way they interact with their customers and they knew many of the customers by name. I have 2 month coming here, and i am ALWAYS satisfied with my nail sets! My first new set last me 1 1/2 with 2 fills of course but no chip no lifting, gel never chipped I'm honestly so happy i found this place because their full set are so affordable and their work is great! If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a rushed deluxe pedicure. The lady right next to me got the same pedicure, started before me and ended after me. On top of that I got a manicure and the lady only dipped ONE hand in water. She did a dry manicure on my left hand for some reason? I was also not given a hand massage that is included with the manicure. My manicure was 10 minutes long max. I told her what she did when she asked me to pay and still had me pay full price and tried to massage my hands in the middle of the salon on the purple seat and i declined. Like what kind of service is this? I came here once before and loved it. Recommended people to come here as well. I will make sure to tell people to save their money and not come here after this appointment. I am completely disappointed because I paid full price for a half manicure. It was my first time going to this nail studio by Andrew. I didn't make an appointment but as I walked in I was asked if I wanted a full set and I said yes. I was waiting for 30 minutes then the same lady comes up to me and tells me that it's going to take an additional 40 minutes and that if I wanted to wait or make an appointment for another day. I just think she should've told me this as soon as I walked in instead of telling me after I was already waiting for 30 minutes. Such a shame and a waste of time! This place is a hidden gem. I called the day before and was gladly surprised that they had an opening for a pedi the next morning. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the tech that work with me but she was great. Got my pedi with a green tea mask, a mango scrub, and paraffin wax, safe to say that my feet are soft and presentable for sandals. Highly recommend this sweet spot! Andrew did my nails for years while he worked for another local nail shop and when I found out he left, I deflated. To my pleasant surprise, he opened his own shop not far from the other one. I was elated! I drove by, just to make sure it was his shop, and sure enough, there he was, doing what he does so well, in a beautiful, modern shop! I popped in to tell him my day was made and he greeted me with his awesome smile, a hug, and a chuckle. One thing I love about Andrew is his relaxed and fun personality.He even squeezed my daughter and I both in for gel manicures the very same evening, which was bomb, because I had a special event the following early morning. I had the worst experience at this nail salon. The employees were extremely rude and i noticed that they kept talking about my choice of colors, I simply wanted a dip ombré and they told me they were unable to do that, although it's a selection on their menu and i had previously seen photos of the dip ombré on their page (hence why i requested it in the first place). On top of that, I had made an appointment and specified what I wanted and they were okay with it. I did not catch the name for both of the lady's that attended me but i was clear and told the first one that I wanted a fill, she then later stated, "you weren't clear with what you wanted." After that i got another lady to do my fill and she kept hurting me, I kept pulling my hand away and she would just grab it hard telling me to stop moving, if i was moving it was because she was hurting me ! She then continued to hurt me and tried to give me an "ombré" that was horrible but according to her it was pretty. She was simply putting glitter on top of the polish that i already had. i dont know if they were in a rush to go home or if they're always like that but point is I am never again coming to this nail salon, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! read more
