I have noticed, in general, that women tend to take their time over men. My mom had the gentleman and it seemed like he was a bit faster than the woman. This is something I just observe everywhere I go. But my mom was very pleased. I may be more critical than she is haha. Overall, I'm very very happy and will continue to come here whenever I visit. I travel for my job, across all of USA, and sometimes have to get a pedi/mani while out of town. I don't like going anywhere else, because NOBODY comes even close to the dedication and detail of Joey! As far as walk-ins, it's just like any other place of business that schedules appointments. Make one and you can most likely be guaranteed a time frame that does not keep you waiting. Oh, and please don't show up a half hour before they close. Be courteous and respectful of their time. They already work 12 hour days, don't keep them there after closing time. Call ahead of time, to see how busy they are, and plan your day accordingly. Also, PLEASE don't forget to tip! I leave at least a 20% tip. They depend on your tips to make a living. Play the kindness forward...

I call my nail tech a doctor because he keeps me from having to go to the podiatrist. I always make an appointment. Don't just expect to walk in and get serviced right away. Be courteous and respectful of their timing and schedules as well. And please always make sure to tip!! They work long, hard hours, 6 days a week with hardly any breaks for eating. I take my tech snacks every time. They're really nice people and my tech brings a smile to my face and makes me laugh. I love it!

What I didn't expect was that when trying to remove one of the nails he would cut my actual nail in half and the ripped part of it off while removing the acrylic. The full set I ended up with is very uneven and not what I asked for at all. I'm very picky with my nails and am always clear with the fact that I want my nails short, square and not overly filled on the sides. I woke up one morning and decided that enough was enough with my hair. Surprisingly I was able to snag an appointment with Michael for the same day, and went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted, or could even do with my hair. And OH MY GOD did Mike deliver!! I parted with my length and went for the big chop, one that more-so fits my line of work and two kid lifestyle. To top it off, the positive energy that I felt as soon as I walked through the front door was unlike any other, and we had so much to talk about through the entirety of the appointment!
