This place needs to be closed. The techs were clowning around and swearing at each other. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! But even if you put that aside, I wonder if the techs are trained or certified- a male tech did my nails. In the dim light of the shop his work looked okay. His work made me think he may be new. BUT, when I got outside, I could see he left to much polish in spots. It looks like my 5 year old granddaughter polished my nails. This tech couldn't have been trained. He can't do a basic polish. I've been here twice, the first time was for a fill and I was happy with how my nails turned out so I decided to go back when I needed a new set of pink and whites. Now here's where my bad experience started, the nails the tech was removing where quiet thick so I expected it to be difficult. What I didn't expect was that when trying to remove one of the nails he would cut my actual nail in half and the ripped part of it off while removing the acrylic. The full set I ended up with is very uneven and not what I asked for at all. I'm very picky with my nails and am always clear with the fact that I want my nails short, square and not overly filled on the sides. Well apparently he was too busy thinking about lunch and ordering it to see he didn't listen. I won't be coming back here and will now have to find someone to fix these when I need a fill. read more

The receptionist was horrible. we went there for a mother daughter day. we were called after a half hour for our service. I was taken immediately while my daughter was taken to soak after maybe a half hour. she was left to soak for a very long time. I was completely finished before they even started her pedicure. I went about a week for a full set and pedicure. Since I walk in, the staff didn't welcome after few minutes later. The girl doing my pedicure she seemed to be upset and didn't have me the opportunity of change my polish because I wasn't liking it. Wish I would looked on Yelp before going! Totally true about the unwelcoming environment. My friend and I arrived there for simple pedicures at 7:03p (sign said open til9p). Guy at counter was crabby and showing off his bright yellow nails. Terrible experience. The staff was super unfriendly and hardly even TRIED to engage. Showed my technician a simple design I wanted done for my nails (it's my birthday this weekend and was really excited to treat myself), and he flat out told me "no". I tried to remain friendly through the whole appointment, but he was cold and completely rushed the process. Turns out, he had an appointment right after mine so he rushed to be done in time... By the time I was drying my nails, there was glue and splattered nail polish all over my fingers. The nails are very sloppy and I am very disappointed in the experience overall. The lady that did my nails seemed to be the manager. Absolute horrible attitude and customer service. I asked her for a simple snowflake on my ring finger for the holidays. She first tried to talk me out of it saying "it would look tacky". Come to find out it was because she had no artistic abilities what so ever, it looked like a white blob. The entire staff was very unpresentable. No one looked to have put any effort into coming to work besides rolling out of bed. This place was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The techs are rude and mean. They're not friendly at all and do horrible work. They were mean, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. My nails looked like garbage and when I came in to get them fixed I sat there for over 2 hours waiting for them to get done. The tech that did them knows she did a horrible job and then said she wouldn't touch me to fix them. There was no responsibility taken. I left no tip and she was pissed. They don't acknowledge you and they are extremely rude. My tech talked on the phone the entire time and swore on the phone with vulgar language. She was making fun of me to the other techs right to my face and calling me picky and high maintenance when I asked her to help me fix her work on my nails. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Unprofessional doesn't begin to explain my experiences with this establishment! I went there about 6+ months prior, was quoted a price by the stylist and given a different price when I checked out. I stayed away for some time and decided to give it one more try. When I went in,I was greeted with "You haven't been here in a while" I responded by saying "yes, I wasn't very happy the last time." The stylist responded with "That wasn't our fault!!" I was already there and decided to go forward with getting my nails done; as I was leaving on a trip in the morning. Through the duration of my service, I was told the gems I wanted to use looked cheap! Which was funny considering I picked items they sold in the salon. When I described what I wanted on my nails her response was "I mean... where do u come up with this?!" I responded with I came up with it on my own; she then repeated herself as if how I wanted 'my nails' was ridiculous. I had showed her a picture of how I wanted one of my nails to look, when finished, it didn't resemble the photo. When I said something she said, "well there's glitter on that picture, and scolded me for not informing her to put the glitter on there as well! I responded with "I am not a nail tech mam, I just wanted it like the photo". She persisted to tell me "Well u may not be a nail tech but other people would have specified!" Not only was her domineer brash, insulting, and unprofessional, I can certainly say I was consistently unimpressed with her unprofessionalism! In the couple times I was there I was told about, how her husband was a stripper, talk about Brazilian Waxing and how her man liked her the way she was, and she played multiple episodes of an inappropriate adult cartoon throughout the ENTIRE time she worked on my nails. I got a full set of acrylics and I was very unhappy about them! They looked uneven and crooked and the polish had bubbles in it. On top of that the nail techs were unbelievably rude and ignorant. The one girl actually sat there with her feet up in front of me and drank coffee while looking at me funny and complaining about one of her coworkers. She had said that her coworker had fallen down a flight of stair so she was in a neck brace, she proceeded to make the remark that "her hands aren't broken she can come into work". Such a disappointing experience. The inside is nice, clean and spacious, but the quality and service is poor. I came in for a mani/pedi. The technician giving my pedicure didn't give me any options for pedicure type, giving me an "express pedicure" which was so bare bones that my heels were rough, jagged and in worse shape than when I came in. During the manicure, the other technicians who didn't have clients carried out loud (and often crass) conversation right next to my station, and frequently distracted my technician with (non-work related) questions and offers of food. And in the drying process, the top coat they used bubbled up and gave an unfinished experience, making me think it was low quality product. And on top of it all, the whole thing cost over $50. Terrible experience. If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! I went in here after work for a mani/pedi, upon arriving I was greeted by the host Jonny. Everything was okay at first. Once I got my pedicure the lady told me she wouldn't be able to do my nails. Johnny was walking by and I asked him why didn't he let me know she wouldn't be able to do my nails as well. He replied I'm not a mind reader this upset me so bad as a paying customer. I didn't have the time to wait in line all over again so I decided to leave once my toes were done. I went in for gel/shellac on my nails. The man who did it did a horrible job. The paint is bubbly, uneven, and peeling two days later. It is also sloppy around my fingers. When I went back two days later he was extremely rude. He refused to get me back in to redo it at a time that was convenient for me, insisting that I work around their schedule. When I asked for a refund both he and the manager Linda refused, saying that "the service industry doesn't give refunds." What about paying for a service you didn't receive? I paid for a quality manicure and it looks like a kindergartner painted my nails. Needless to say I won't be back, and I would caution anyone against using their services. This is without a doubt the shittiest gel polish I have ever gotten. Came here because I had to come to the mall anyway, so I figured how bad could it be? It's bad. Really, really bad. I have tiny fingernails and it takes me forever to grow them to a point where they can be painted, so when I am able to get polish on I am pretty particular. First of all, the nail tech didn't even ask me what shape I wanted my nails, she just whipped out her file and started going at it. She filed the sides down so much that there are visible chunks of nail missing and the sides look uneven. The actual polish job was awful, she paints over the sides and the front onto the skin and when that starts to peel off, it takes the nail polish with it. 15 min later and my pinky nail is already peeling. Please, please, PLEASE listen to the negative reviews and avoid unless you enjoy throwing away money. It's actually impressive how bad of a job they do. I usually do not have any problems here but there is one employee that bothers me and I haven't said anything but after today I can't help myself anymore. Everyone is nice and works hard and I always leave happy with my nails but not with what goes on with Heather. She has done my nails numerous times and usually does a fine a job but she can't stop talking about her drama. One time she cried the whole time doing my nails and cut the crap out of my hands and yes HANDS not just my fingers. Another time she had to use the restroom in the middle of doing my service which is fine I did not mind but when I saw her walk over to Tony Sacos and have a drink while she is in the process of doing my nails I was not very happy. Today my whole service she talked about her Facebook drama and stuff about her "crazy ex boyfriend" to an extent that I did not know how to react.
