I felt ignored and thought to leave. I decided to stay since I had a appointment. I was then greeted a few minutes later and I mentioned i had an appointment and was there for a pedicure. The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

I had to ask someone else to turn off the water because it was about to overflow then the original girl who turned it on SPRINTED back to turn it off and was apologizing. But never asked me about the water temperature which was scalding hot and obviously steaming so I couldn't even put my feet in. Then someone who came in after me got their pedicure first and a second person that also came in after me was going to get theirs started until another employee yelled at them to do mine first instead. Then the actual pedicure wasn't great. He did not scrub my feet or even trim down my cuticles which are some of the most basic parts of a pedicure?? Definitely not with the money and will not be coming back.

I am dealing with low back and upper thigh pain (I can't seem to remember to stretch before my daily jogs and am paying the price!) and needed some temporary relief so I booked a 50 minute warm stone massage session about a month beforehand which cost me $95. This pricing seems to be within range of what I would expect nowadays. Overall, the stone concept was fun but, next time, I would like to try the Sports Massage as I think that would be exactly what I need for my aging body. I am happy that I got to try a Warm Stone massage for the first time and see what the fuss is all about though! After my massage, I was gifted a little goodie bag as a first time visitor and was shown around the speakeasy next door, which has a gorgeously decorated, cozy vibe. I did not order any of the drinks so I cannot judge on that element. I plan to book another appointment soon!

She didn't round the corners of my nails and they were sharp; the polish started peeling on some nails after only 4 days. There is a lot of turnover of staff there and I have not had consistency.

He was distracted by people coming into the shop and it was close to closing time. So I can understand. I found the language barrier hard to understand at times especially when they're wearing masks.
