I felt ignored and thought to leave. I decided to stay since I had a appointment. I was then greeted a few minutes later and I mentioned i had an appointment and was there for a pedicure. The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

I had to ask someone else to turn off the water because it was about to overflow then the original girl who turned it on SPRINTED back to turn it off and was apologizing. But never asked me about the water temperature which was scalding hot and obviously steaming so I couldn't even put my feet in. Then someone who came in after me got their pedicure first and a second person that also came in after me was going to get theirs started until another employee yelled at them to do mine first instead. Then the actual pedicure wasn't great. He did not scrub my feet or even trim down my cuticles which are some of the most basic parts of a pedicure?? Definitely not with the money and will not be coming back.

My pedicure was fabulous and I just relaxed enjoy the moment. The ambience in the colors of the room and the music playing and just relaxed me and put me into a Zen state. The last place that had done my nails had a wreck them and I was embarrassed even show them to anyone her eyes popped when she saw them. She said don't worry we will fix you right up. My nails are so beautiful I cannot believe it they look exactly like my own nails and the color she chose for me is out of this world. I highly recommend the shop to get all the personal care your nails your feet and your spirit need. You will not be disappointed. Vincent did my gel manicure and was so friendly and personable. Gina did my pedicure afterwards and came over to greet me while Vincent was finishing my nails. Gina was very accommodating and was very personable and attentive as well. I opted for the spa pedicure, which included callus removal, salt scrub and hot towels in attention to the usual nail filing, soaking and polish. I was given my choice of coffee or water. (She has healthy nails and doesn't wear acrylics nor gel). She showed a picture of acrylic nails just to show the style. The salon tried to convince her to get acrylics. When that didn't work, they told her to get gel. She called me to ask me what to do and I told her to ask for a regular French manicure. She asked, and a gentleman in the background told her it would chip, it wouldn't look good and she should get gel. My daughter deals with anxiety and started getting upset. She was going to settle for regular polish with no design, and ultimately decided to leave...IN TEARS! Furious, I called the salon and the gentleman repeatedly told me she never asked for a French manicure. (I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER WHEN SHE ASKED.) I said I would just write a review and hung up. The gentleman called me back within 5 min to continue to dispute. I asked the purpose of the call and they hung up. NEVER again!
