I asked for French tips with a gold line. The lady who did them for me seemed nice at the beginning. I can admit I was moving a bit at the start but that was before any shaping. While applying the gel hybrid to my nail and going under the light I kept telling her my nail beds were burning. Multiple times she either ignored me or told me to take my hand out of the lamp and put it back in. That's exactly what I did and it still hurt very bad. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any type of salon. My first clue should have been the lack of cleanliness there. Then, my nail tech was very rude. She burned me with her drill 7 times. When I would twitch she wouldn't apologize, she gave me dirty looks. Then the job she did painting my nails with gel polish was horrible. She had it all over the sides of my fingers. I am convinced she was not a professional. I refused to pay the full price so another nail tech redid everything, which looked great, but I was there for over 2 1/2 hours. Then to top it off I ended up with a fungus on my thumb. I like this salon! I've been going off and on for a few years now. I'm in a wheelchair and they are very accommodating. I only have manicures done and use tables #1 or #2. Easier to get in and out. Now more people in CLE are doing it. You would think they would want to grow their business by fostering relationships with their client. I made an appointment online. Upon arriving I was told my appointment wasn't accepted because you have to book 10 hours in advance. I didn't see that on the web page so I looked again then asked the front desk person to show me where that is stated. The front desk lady ignored me as someone behind her yelled it's on there we will get to you in 20 Mins. I stayed against my better judgement. I wanted chrome polish on my nature nails. The nail technician was very nice but there was polish all over my skin. He stated it will come off after washing my hands. That was not the case. I had to scrub the polish off. I left the chair feeling like a 2 year old did my nails. I trusted that the access chrome would come off easily but that was not the case. The prices are cheap but not worth the headache. read more

Awful experience! I'll never go back here. It simply isn't safe. I asked for a nail repair & instead of soaking my nail off patiently the lady tries to pry it off with a nail tip. I even expressed to her my pain & discomfort several times. Finally she pushes the nail tip in & tore my nail! My nail was split & bleeding all over the place. I told her to just stop! Since she tore my nail instead of soaking it in acetone I couldn't put it in acetone myself because my nail was so raw. When the nail finally healed enough for me to remove it the nail bed had fungus on it from moisture getting under the acrylic. Aside from this incident they just don't conduct themselves in a friendly professional manner. read more

I made an appointment here because I had to get my nails done before going out of town and I could run over during my lunch hour at work. The place smelled like a port-a-potty. The woman who did my nails was in a filthy smock covered in lord knows what and literally removed all her tools from the pocket of said smock before using them on me. I feel like I have always had terrible luck with nail salons, I give this place a second chance and went back to get a fill-in with gel and it was an incredibly thick application which made my nails look uneven. They also left polish underneath my nails, and when I asked them to remove one of my acrylics and replace it the woman told me she wouldn't because she didn't think it needed it. I used to have my nails done here years ago, but stopped because I no longer worked in the area. I decided to go back because Ann did such a great job. This was my 2nd time getting my nails done since going back and the experience was horrible! The polish I got was a sheer polish but it was not applied evenly. I left out and went to my car and went right back to in to let Ann know. Well, she yelled " I told you it was shear" Very nicely, I said I understand, but my nails are not evenly covered. Megan? (not sure that's her name) said you have to come back at 7pm or tomorrow at 7pm. Mind you it was around 3pm at the time. I kindly left, but never went back because I did not have time. Well, I tried to schedule another appointment this past week (don't now why) I called for 2 days straight, calls went to voicemail. I even sent a text for an appointment. No response. I feel like they have my number flagged or something. I had one of my friends call and they called her right back saying they saw that she had called. That is absolutely horrible they treated me that way because I asked them to fix something that was not to my liking. I mean, I am a paying customer who tips. Their loss! Don't give them your money. I had the worst nail experience there yesterday. The salon is very dirty. The techs go back and forth from scrubbing feet to doing your nails without sanitizing their hands. The nail tech filling my acrylics shaved my nails down so much that my SKIN was showing in layers THROUGH MY NAILS and I was BLEEDING. I had told her I was in pain and clearly bleeding. She ignored me and kept saying, "No mam". I finally had to completely tell her to stop all together. By then the acrylic was on my nails and it looked terrible. Completely uneven and misshapen. She called the manager over who was rude and insisting my nails were fine. If you know about nail enhancements you know a good job does NOT DAMAGE your real nails! I was in there for over 2 hours because I made them soak off the acrylic to show the manager how terrible she treated my nails! He said I was lying until he SAW MY NAILS and had no response. He was very rude and uneducated. Wouldn't tell me who the owner was. He in fact is the owner and told me the business had no owner and he was hired by another manager. I have never had such HORRIBLE service in my life especially at a nail salon. I wish I could give 0 stars bc even one star has to be earned. There have been times where I have gotten a manicure and it's started to chip the next day and any time I've contacted the salon where the service was completed they were apologetic and happily had an available tech repair the damage. I had an SNS manicure done for the first time and had come to USA Nail for the first time per a friend's recommendation. The manicure is supposed to last for at least a month (obviously grows out a bit with nail growth). Within a week there were four nails where the manicure was coming undone. I called them and they had me come back. They were not at all apologetic, which I overlooked. The same tech who had initially done my manicure, Ann, did the repair. The very next day another nail basically completely came undone while opening a button - are you kidding me?!?!? I went back and rather than being apologetic they began blaming me and the color I chose, saying that it's the color I chose and the fact that my nails are too short, mind you Ann never said any of this when I got the manicure before starting it. I was so furious with the way they were talking to me, their audacity to blame me, I said I'd be writing a review and would be telling my friends who do come there about how I had been treated. I also said I would never be coming back to which Ann replied "thank you please don't." She rushed through the repair and rather than making sure the remaining nails were ok she just started to redo all of them when I specifically asked her to fix the one that broke off. She said well I don't want you coming back again so she wanted to just redo all of them. I didn't have time to sit there for her to redo all of them. Her behavior was appalling.
