My husband and I came in today for mani's & pedi's. The service was great! They are very careful regarding COVID-19. Our temperature was taken when we got it ithere was social distancing & lots of cleaning. Everything came out well. Usually this place is packed on the weekends. It was nice to be there without people all over the place however; I hope their business picks back up. Next day- polish is chipping on 2 toes! . Called to talk someone. No one could understand me. Very disappointed. read more

Upon entering the place is nice, clean, and serene..the young man who did my pedicure was great..he took his time and didn't rush..of course I got the almond milk honey pedicure which was great.. However, the young lady who did my nails, was not so good..she could not get the length correct so I went with a shorter version, then the gel that she applied was too thick..also the rhinestone that I had put on was fine on the right hand but the left hand she had to redo and the thumb and pinky was still crooked.. I was so tired of trying to have her correct her mistake that I just gave up..the amount spent was not worth it..I won't be going back there if they insist on her doing my nails..I rather have the men doing them..it seems like they take their time and know the correct amount of gel/acrylic to use.. read more

Where should I start? The customer service is terrible. I tried to give multiple times to this shop to "get it right," but they failed me each time. My nails were extremely sloppy and I was refused to have them corrected. This was after I paid for my service with a tip. I hope they improve for future customers. However, If you really value customer service and experience, find another salon. read more

I'm relatively new to the area and decided to give this place a try on a Monday evening. Came in, not the most friendly vibe/greeting but they got started on my pedicure immediately, and it was good. They have a huge selection of polishes, so that's certainly a plus. Here's the downside--I got a full set and was not happy with the outcome at all. There were gaps in where the acrylic didn't cover which I had to point out, the shaping was horrible, as was the craftsmanship of the nails overall. When I sat down, I showed him the shape I wanted but it looks like my elementary school aged cousin shaped them. Smh. Nevertheless, I doubt I'll give it another go. I don't have time for folks practicing on my nails. I expect a quality experience first time around. read more

After getting my nails done here a couple of times, I trusted them enough to give them the task of doing my gender reveal nails. Tyler went above and beyond and paid attention to every single detail. I showed him an inspo pic and he matched it to a T. These pictures don't do enough justice. And not to mention that he is super kind and gentle. He even fixed my broken/chipped nails without a tip. On yesterday I went to the salon for pedicure, manicure, and face wax. I was given a young man, a novice for the pedicure. He had no clue how to give a pedicure. A couple of his co-workers had even told him to do differently. (they demonstrated) After 15-20 minutes I was so frustrated and displeased I told him to stop. Tyler offered to polish my toes. I refused because none of the prelimary procedures had been accomplished, including removing the previous polish completely. The other services were fine. I did not expect to have to pay for a pedicure (I did not get), yet I was. I did question it and received no response. I did notice the young man did not service anyone else while I was there. read more

Clean facility, up to date nail & pedicure stations, a few dollars above the average, fairly friendly staff, quiet. Subpar skills. I'm not sure what's so hard about an even coat of polish, symmetrical nail shape and removing ALL the dead skin and cuticle. There was nobody waiting so I'm not sure why my tech rushed through my mani-pedi. However, the tech that did my boyfriends mani-pedi did a good job and took her time. It seems that they both had their own techniques, which is odd in a salon if you want consistent results. My pedicure was okay. Not up to my standards, but it seems like this is a lost art. My manicure was not good at all, I still had dead skin and even a little dirt under my nails when I got in the car. It's a big fat NO for me read more

terrible service and most of them have extremely nasty attitudes!!! never again!!! nails didn't even last a full week!

I have given this place several tries to impress me. And today was the last straw. I went in today at 5:20pm and the guy said it was OVER AND HOUR wait!!! Ain't no way I'm gonna be able to do that. It was about 6-7 people waiting and 5 people working!!! The first time I went my polish chipped literally 2 days later. Second time, I waited about 45 minutes then they called a lady who just walked in the door to get a pedicure before me, even after he told me to sign in, and he did not check the clipboard. So I stood up and politely said I have been here for :45 minutes. That's when he said oh what's your name, then he checks the clipboard. I use them because they are very close to home. I will NOT be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone! read more

The card at the pedicure station I am sitting at clearly says premium spa pedicure package is $30.00. I told the technician that's what I wanted. She acted as if she didn't know what I'm talking about at first then said service is $35. I told her that I can only go by price on card and that it was already written in a different that I didn't make it up. She took card to front desk and he brought back a different card that said the service is $45.00!!! I come here for tranquility, the later hours and the way they handle my problem toe; but they should have honored the price on the card. Plus this time she seemed to have a hard time figuring out the toe and took it for granted that I did not want an upgraded service. Started emptying the water and I asked is that all and she said yes. Probably won't be back! read more

I'm in love!! I've been going here for six months now and despite movie to south shore, I still travel here once a week! It's best to make an appointment or go during the day before 2. Nail spa is kinda popular to they get busy fast. I have never trusted the sanitary habits of any salon so, I bring my own "works" (lol), they have always been accommodating, not only do they rec new tools, but also clean mine. The salon has a large selection of polish and depending on your tech, they really take their time (my lady who I refuse to name is very good and takes her time, I feel like I'm her only client for the day). After years of looking, I've found my true love! read more

She's the only one I prefer to do my nails. Lobos is my second choice. Kevin does good work as well. I would've given 5 stars but I've had a bad experience with their other technicians not being as neat.Like other reviews stated you never know what you're going to get. It all depends on your nail tech. But overall pretty good. Prices are reasonable and they have a large selection of nail polish. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE....Michael did my nails and stayed on his phone messaging and FaceTiming the entire time....will NEVER EVER go back

I've tried several nail shops and I'm sure the ladies can agree with me when I say as soon as I begin to like a place, I soon get disappointed. But I must say each time I've gotten my nails done at the Nails Spa, I leave well pleased. My nails & toes always look perfect. By the way Tina does my nails. read more

Today, I got better service than in the past. There was more detail and less customers

Kept pushing "powder" on me and my sister, telling us they didn't have gel polish even though there is a wall full of gel polish right behind them. After saying 5 times that I just wanted polish he kept insisting that I get powder. Told us that it would be $60 for powder full set even though their menu says $50. Up charging in a pandemic... Then my boyfriend asked for a regular manicure and she told him it was going to be $12. At the end she told him it was going to be $36 because she did no chip even though he didn't ask for that. You can tell they don't care about the customer they just want money. Will never go here again. read more

Do not go here! Poor customer service- they have roaches, the no chip polish is watered down and chips within 7 days of application. I waited over 45 minutes (soaking in water) for a pedicure. The water turned cold. Has to be under new management because service and quality has declined significantly. read more

This use to be a really great spot to get your nails done. This place use to be clean, swift, and produce great work. This is definitely not the case anymore. I believe they are under new management and now their work is sloppy, no longer offer incentives to customers like water and punch card for discounted services. My nails were crooked and my wait time was doubled because of all the times services had to be performed multiple times because of poor performance. Tried this place again 2 years later for a quick polish change since I live within walking distance to the shop. They guy at the door is rude, and the older lady that polished my feet, painted the skin. Nothing here gas gotten better. read more

Very Rude!! I read the reviews and overall they suggested the staff was nice but be careful who you choose because some of the technicians do sloppy work. So my first time in I didn't know who to choose and while I was picking a color a guy with red hair was kind of rushing me to pick it. I replied it's my first time here and I'm trying to choose the right tech and color. After that he took the lady that walked in after me, which was fine. So, I made a call to a friend who recommended this nail salon and she said the red haired guy did good nails. I went up to him and asked if he can do mine we he got the chance. He replied no someone else do your nails. I politely put my polish back and walked out. If I can give no star I would I am a customer just like anyone else. read more

Good and bad experience... my first time there and though the nail tech was great one of the men there was very very rude. I wasn't sure on my color choice so while in between a break from washing my hands I was looking to find the color I really wanted. The Colors are behind the Nail tech seat and though there are no signs to say do not enter I stepped up just a little bit only for him in a high pitch aggressive voice ask what are you doing and what are you looking for...clearly nail polish as that being the only thing back there...I said I'm looking to change my color he said where is your nail tech I went over to my nail tech she allowed me to go behind and look for the color I desired only for him to stand up and yell at me stating you can't come back here I told him she told me it was ok in which she did. He tried rushing me into getting a color with no consideration of the color I really wanted and also me spending my money with them again overall she was great he was rude I don't know his name but I know he has bald thinning hair at the top of his head!!!!! 2845 W 95th street, Evergreen Park........This was my favorite shop to go to back in the day, but not now. Ladies I went for a pedicure with my daughter. They started the water for us both and while I waited for my person the jets for the water turned off for me. I looked down and saw particles floating around in the bowl. I immediately removed my feet and asked for the bowl to be cleaned and a new plastic liner to be added. It took 5 minutes for me to get the person to understand what the complaint was. He kept trying to just change the liner, I demanded the bowl be cleaned also. I let it go until i observed that the next clients that sat in our chairs were seated. We then observed that the bowls weren't rinsed out nor the liners changed from out pedicures. It seems that we are not guaranteed sterilization. This is the last time I will go here. Beware!!!!! read more

Ive been here a couple times and its very inconsistent depending on who you get. Also, at times unprofessional, one lady as I sat down waiting for her to start she had to make two phone calls with headphones in and as she grabs my hand to look at them with a file in her hand im thinkin okay were starting, but i was wrong she starts filing her own finger! After she was done she started my manicure. But in the end sometimes you get a good manicure so its just convenient for me to stop here sometimes after work. Best way to describe this place is like a box of chocolates you never know what you get! read more

I have tried this place twice now because of it's convenient location. Thats all it has going for it. It's like a sweat shop and needs a deep cleaning. Seriously the last time I should have refused to pay, my 3 year old could have painted my nails better. There was polish all over my cuticles and sides, but frankly I just wanted to get out of there and never look back. Ghetto. read more

This is probably my new favorite nail salon. It is absolutely beautiful inside with everything updated and very spacious. They are friendly and ask you questions which is very nice. I got an acrylic fill in and the guy did them extremely fast, I was impressed. He did tell me I was good to go after drying them for about 15 mins and after I left and got home I ended up smudging one of them. It's not very noticeable, but I can notice it which is annoying for my OCD! Besides that, I will definitely be coming here more often. read more

I tried this place due to it's proximity and was very pleased. Good selection of OPI polishes which I prefer. I got their regular manicure and pedicure which I thought was a great deal at $32. It did not include any of the extras, like scrubs or massages, that some places include, but since I'm not crazy about those anyway that was fine with me. They have pedicure chairs which are set in a circle which is nice because it feels a bit more private. The only nitpicky thing I have to say is that although they accept credit cards, you can't use it for a tip. Nice place. I'll be back! read more

This used to be the spot! Busy all the time yet now nobody is here no new fixtures run down old I mean OLD polishes! Tech did a good job but if your looking to keep business you need to run a business and nobody is trying to keep this place going. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE! THEY NEED MORE TRAINING AND STERILIZATION! If I can rate is 0 stars I would. So let me begin by saying I will never cheat on my nail tech ever again by trying out a new place , all because it was closer to my job and I had to get my nails done before a wedding. Now I have to wait 2 weeks or less so I can take this ugly no chip off. So I walked in and right away I can tell they're not as busy as other nail salons near by. I sit down and the young guy that was going to do my nails kept getting up because he wasn't prepared with all the stuff he needed. He had my nails soaking in acetone for 10min. He began filing my nails and right away I knew he didn't know what he was doing, I was tempted to walk out but I was already 25min in. He didn't even cut my cuticles completely. HE OPENED UP THE CUTICLE CUTTER FROM A POUCH THAT WAS NOT STERILIZED ! Big red flag. If i get any infection or MRSA, best believe they're going to pay for it. He kept using his long thumb nail to clean off around my nails and under which is pretty nasty. When he finally began to do my no chip, I had to keep pointing out lint , air bubbles or just how it wouldn't look right or neat and he kept huffing and puffing about it. He was literally PAINTING OVER any little lint he seen on my nail instead of taking it off. I was already frustrated and couldn't believe I was about to pay $33 for these nails. It took him AN HOUR AND TEN MIN to finish my nails. It should not take that long to get a simple no chip manicure! I didn't even let him massage my hands/arms like they do in the end. I just had to leave already. He took that long just for my nails to look like a kid did them. Ridiculous. I felt as if I was his guinea pig. I will not be coming back, lesson learned!!! read more
