When I wanted her to alter or fix an issue, she did it. My only issue was she didn't take her time at the end to clean up the access nail polish on my fingers from the design. Not a big issue though. She kept getting polish on my skin and needing to wipe it off. When she was almost finished, she went to buff a couple of my nails and it was still wet so got ruined. She "fixed" them, but now, a couple of hours later, they are all messed up from doing things like eating and washing my hands. Chunks of polish came off and there is tacky semi-wet polish that has rubbed into my skin. Now I'm out $40 and can't go back because I'm sitting on a plane.

I don't know who did my daughter's nails, but I believe it was one of the managers or even the owner but the experience my daughter had was quite poor. I understand that she had moved around a couple of times and i always tell her to make sure she sits as still as she can but she did move a few times, one for an itch on her leg, once because her feet tickled and the other time it was to turn her IPad off (which ok I get it - that's probably annoying to them and that's why I told her to just put it on the floor) and maybe a little jerk here and there but the guy was very aggressive with her and very rude. He kept sighing at her, he would roll his eyes and he kept saying "quit moving!" In a very rude tone and even threatened to take her IPad from her, which is so unprofessional. Again, I understand both sides but she really wasn't that bad and I'm sorry but if 9 year old children annoy you, find someone else to do their nails. I've taken my daughter to our old location and actually one more place the last two years and nobody has ever been this rude to her or that irritated, nobody. I'm very disappointed and she was highly upset at this interaction that I went to complain but I saw him rush around the corner and she started to get upset and didn't want any confrontation, so we left. This ruined her entire experience and I'm not happy. Again, if you don't have patience to do children's nails, then find someone else to do it if you can't control yourself and your tone. (To get my nails taken off) I definitely did feel rushed and the guy who did my nails was running all over the place and he was nice to me. However, the young lady who did my nails, was not so good..she could not get the length correct so I went with a shorter version, then the gel that she applied was too thick..also the rhinestone that I had put on was fine on the right hand but the left hand she had to redo and the thumb and pinky was still crooked.. I was so tired of trying to have her correct her mistake that I just gave up..the amount spent was not worth it..I won't be going back there if they insist on her doing my nails..I rather have the men doing them..it seems like they take their time and know the correct amount of gel/acrylic to use..
