But after about 8 days, my no chip chipped and the polish started to rise near my cuticles. So I'm not sure if the polish was old or what. But if I need to go back, I'll bring my own polish or look for one with a newer bottle.

After waiting longer than expected, I eventually had to ask multiple times--essentially beg--just to be helped. When I was finally taken, the service felt rushed and disorganized. The technician who was originally supposed to take care of me claimed he had something to do and couldn't provide my service. However, while I was getting my toes done, I watched him take two other customers after me, which made it obvious that he simply chose not to assist me. As a first-time customer, this was incredibly discouraging and unprofessional. To make matters worse, at the end of my appointment, I was presented with legal terms and conditions that I was required to sign in order to check out. These were never disclosed before the service began, which felt very misleading and inappropriate. I made it clear that I did not agree to those terms. This practice is illegal in the state of Illinois. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing from beginning to end.
