From the moment you walk through the door their greeting is joyful and professional. They inquire if you would like a beverage to drink. The conversations are always fun and interesting. Their salon is impeccable and creatively decorated. As for the quality of their nail artistry, it is WOW... Nicole and Kim set high standards for themselves. I am a fan!!! Thanks, to both of you! I grew up doing my own nails and I have *very* high standards. I never thought I'd be one of 'those…read morepeople' who had their nails done every two weeks... but here I am. I get Shellac gel manicures (with nail art of course) and a wonderful pedicure every two weeks. There's a good reason that people who come once usually become regular clients because the care and talent these artists demonstrate is truly next-level. (And busy -- book your appointments ahead!!!) These amazing artists are always training and stay on top of the latest trends and products (did anyone say glitter?). They are also the cleanest shop I've been and adhere to the strictest disinfection methods to ensure you have a safe visit. After two years, I've come to learn firsthand that they have the best clients. Not only that - they have a comfortable environment (and having a great tie every time doesn't hurt either!). I know my nail technician as an artist; not the 'person who does my nails.' My nails are her canvas and I get so excited to see what we're doing next time. I never looked forward to appointments like I do my nail appointments. Go and get hooked like I did. You'll be rewarded with having the healthiest, best looking nails in town!

I am giving 1 stars only because my nails actually turned out really good, but the overall…read moreexperience was incredibly frustrating and pushy. I will not be coming back. From the moment I walked in, I was given conflicting information. The first technician told me I could get an acrylic overlay on my natural nails to achieve an almond shape. However, once I sat down, the tech doing my nails insisted I had to get tips put on because my natural nails weren't long enough. Even after explaining that I wanted them very short; at a length virtually identical to my natural nails anyway; she pushed back, got another technician involved, and both of them kept pressuring me. To make matters worse, while I was trying to figure out what to do, the nail tech doing my pedicure was aggressively pushing me to hurry up and pick a color. The double pressure made what should have been a relaxing service super stressful. The biggest issue came when it was time to pay. None of the extra add-ons were explained upfront. A standard full set with gel/acrylic is listed at $50, but my subtotal jumped to $180 before tip! They tacked on almost $50 in surprise extra charges; including $35 for the design, $5 for "length" on very short nails, $5 for the almond shape, and $10 for a French tip on my toes that wasn't even gel paint, just regular polish. When I questioned the charges, there was zero effort to apologize, explain, or fix the situation. I still left a $40 tip for the staff because the work itself was nice, bringing my total to $220, but the lack of transparency and high-pressure environment ruined the experience. Watch out for hidden fees here; they will upcharge you for every tiny thing without giving you a heads-up.
