No cuticle attention at all, no lotion, no hand massage. $20.00 charge for filing and painting my nails. When I asked about it, they said they would knock off 5.00 and explained they were busy. Their pricing seemed fair compared to others around the Dacula area. The nail salon is nice and clean. I went on Friday morning without an appointment and was able to get helped. I got a basic manicure with light blue nail polish and in pedicure I got their mid range price one which was the one that came with hot stone massage which felt amazingggggg and must try in my view. My nail polish was not felt because I don't like to wear nail polish on a regular basis anymore. They had a ton of options to choose from. I'll definitely will be back - this nail salon is going to be my go to !!!!

Then she said thank you as if she was done. When I asked her about the hot stones, she said they dont come with this pedicure... when I asked to see the menu again, she tried to point to the more expensive one saying that one came with it. The guy doing it was very sweet and thorough. I had an appointment for both SNS and pedicure. No one started on my hands for 40 min. There was one other customer in there with 4 employees just sitting on their phone. One of them only came by to soak my nails after I said something. Left my hands in acetone for over 20 min, soaked them again and then finally who I believe is the new owner, came and started rushing my manicure. Very aggressively might I add. My fingers are bleeding from it and now they burn. My sns is so poorly done l. It looks like they poured cement on my fingernails. I was there for two hours. I also want to mention that I did tell them over the phone that I wanted my hands and feet to be done at the same time. Only thing good about this place is the pedicure guy. They charged extra for things at the end. Typical bad nail salon.
